20/05/2025: I have never been to a better bar. Absolutely fantastic staff. So welcoming and warm. Drinks are fantastic. The most Irish bar in Mayo, absolutely brilliant. Genuine owners and staff, if you travel to Westport, you cant miss this pub! Amazing.

11/05/2025: We stopped in last week to pick up the kids climbing the reek. We had a booth right away and ordered the grilled ham and cheese with soup that was good.
I gave it 4 stars because the Guinness tasted a little funky. Maybe dirty lines ?

18/08/2024: We enjoyed our meal in the restaurant which was full of locals enjoying a good night out. The beef and salmon main courses were excellent and we had an unusual but absolutely delicious fruit custard dessert.

26/04/2025: Great pizzas and great service also.
We sat at the outside tables with our dog. It was raining lightly but the awning was out and we were perfectly sheltered.
Staff were lovely and friendly and very helpful and the pizzas were really excellent.
The place had a steady stream of customers and it's no surprise that it's so well regarded.
We'll be back for sure next time we're in town.

This Must Be The Place

11/05/2025: Classically decorated Irish lunchroom in Westport.
We stopped here for a coffee/tea when we were in Westport. Good coffee and a nice selection of snacks and pastries. Interior is something Drue Pritchard (Salvage Hunters) would be jealous of.
Staff are very friendly and helpful.

24/05/2025: Attracted by its appearance and delicious pastries, we decided to have a coffee and a muffin, and it was almost a mystical experience. The muffins were delicious, and it was the best coffee we've had in Ireland. There were even people enjoying their Irish breakfast.
24/03/2025: Lovely friendly atmosphere. Whether you're on your own or with others, the service is impeccable and the food homecooked and very tasty, also reasonably priced. A real gem😊

01/05/2025: Under a year, the service is improved highly. Sometimes they still have problem with forget drinks, but they fix this fast ad professional when you tell them. The staff is so more kind now as well.
23/04/2025: Saw the review and almost all was recommended! Came here for our lunch the food was fab . But so sock and surprise that the lady ( she must be an owner ) otherwise dont think she allows to wearing so unprofessional! Extremely short and tight skirt with four inch high shoe serve the table and customers? Seems like naked at the bottom!! What a big joke ! Swear we had never seen this before in any restaurants even a take away shop ! So ridiculous and low class
