24/11/2024: We got the Lighthouse to do catering in our home for a Christening and we would highly recommend Mary and co. The food was fabulous and all our guests commented on how lovely it was. There is a great choice on offer, and from ordering to delivery, the service is seamless! It was great coming back from the church and having the food all set up ready to go! We will definitely order again!
16/09/2024: Thank you Mary & Sal for the excellent service in the catering business, I have used the Lighthouse for serval occasions and have no hesitations in giving the highest compliments for the food, service and friendliness. I highly recommend their chicken curry, beef stroganoff, potato gratin and pasta dishes with meat balls and side salads.

10/02/2025: While the quality of food here is excellent, the quantity in which it is served is very poor. Especially considering the high prices (a lager costs 7 euros for a start) Verging on skimpy at times, I got one sliver of focaccia with a very small bowl of chowder, my partner got 4 prawns in a starter dish of 14.95 euros. The portion of fish served with chips was terribly small too, almost half the size of a serving you'd expect anywhere else. The cheese board was also very skimpy, not even a grape was served with the small servings of cheese and crackers. The staff are very friendly and welcoming, but we felt hungry on leaving, such a disappointment.

02/04/2025: I called in on route back from a work trip, I’d just missed the end of lunch but they were more than accommodating and I had the best fajitas with chips and salad, a very reasonable price and large portions.
Staff were so friendly and chatty.
Def recommend

25/03/2025: Superb food and wine at really affordable prices. The French Chef is extremely passionate and knowledgeable about his cuisine, and also very friendly and welcoming. The owner and waiting staff are also very friendly and helpful.
This pub/restaurant deserves to be successful. Fine dining quality food at very good prices, what is there not to like.
