16/11/2024: Seriously, tasty food. Got a pizza, savage. Burgers, we're savage, Steak looked unreal. Top class service. Fantastic establishment.

14/11/2024: The food was smashing, absolutely could not fault it, full of flavour and good portion sizes. The price seemed a little on the high side for the type of food but I guess that’s the city effect. The atmosphere was good but the happy birthday song came on I think 5-6 times in the space of 1.5 hours, got a little annoying. Staff were nice but service was very slow, after the meal I ordered a coffee while my wife ordered a dessert, the dessert arrived, 30 minutes later there was still no sign of the coffee so I paid for the items we did have and we left.

08/11/2024: What a find! The staff couldn’t have been nicer. I came in on my own and they found me a seat and helped me pick my glasses of wine. Super welcoming and a lovely vibe in the place. I’ll be back to buy some bottles to take home!

21/11/2024: A wonderful gift shop with a wide array of different items for sale, from candles, to jewellery, notebooks, books, cards (the cards are unique and some are very funny). I bought a beautiful book of Irish Wild Birds and some cards. Well worth a visit.

20/12/2024: Lovely little cafe with cute interior. Tasty coffee & snacks. The reason for the 3 stars is the service. The last few times I’ve been in there the baristas have been very rude. They don’t acknowledge you, there is no niceties, just plonking the coffee or food in front of you. It’s such a shame because it would put you off going in there because it makes you as the customer feel unwelcome.

11/12/2024: Hadn’t visited for a while so decided to return. Lucky to get in the door because they closed at nine sharp and turned the lights out. Ordered chips which were plentiful, Chicken goujons that were tough and chewy , Curry sauce that was lukewarm, Peas that were the same. Very expensive. Having washed the film of Greece from my mouth, I decided I won’t be back.

17/11/2024: Visité el Golden Fry por primera vez en lo que fue un sábado por la noche ocupado. Los dos caballeros detrás del mostrador tienen un muy buen sistema y la línea se movió de una manera rápida y ordenada. Tenía un cuarto de libra con queso y tocino y unas patatas fritas y curry. El caballero que toma pagos fue muy amable y muy amablemente añadió un pastel de patata gratis cuando le dije que era mi primera vez aquí. Almohada tarta de patata y probablemente la mejor salsa de curry en Cork. La calidad de la carne de la hamburguesa era muy muy buena. Gracias chicos, sin duda volveré.

10/11/2024: Best breakfast in town, avocado toast, and poached eggs, my favourite and such great value, staff are outstanding friendly, knowledgeable and fast even though it's always busy. Great coffee, too

09/09/2024: For the fourth time I've crossed the center of Cork to try the Chicken Ciabatta, an incredible flavor. I highly recommend it. They should give the prize of the month to whoever makes this sandwich.

01/12/2024: Hi, I attended with my family last night , ( Robert Kelly, 9 in the party) and I wanted to say what a fabulous experience we had. Everything from the welcoming staff, the beautiful food, the waitress/ waiter staff to the young lady taking our bets at the table. We were celebrating 2 birthdays ( my Mum and niece) and the staff sang a lovely happy birthday!!!!! It was also a Xmas gathering as I live in Wales 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿. Thank you for such a great night, the organisation of the night was second to none! Will be telling every one of our wonderful experience!!! Keep doing what you're doing, because it’s perfect! 14/12/2024: Found everything to be as good as ever, especially the food. Service was excellent too as the staff dealt with everything that was thrown at them - my friends are odd - with aplomb. Unavoidable Christmas hustle and bustle; the 'inner' section is quieter and warmer if you manage to get in there.
