11/01/2025: Doing research on the best pubs around Cork, this was constantly mentioned. The hype is real, a proper Irish pub, wooden decor, lovely open fire. Fantastic Guinness & of course Beamish. Really nice locals & the owner was a really nice guy. A definite must in Cork.

21/03/2025: Had my granddaughter's confirmation Lunch today and I would highly recommend it... We were a group of 22 adults and children. The service was on point and the food was fabulous as always. I would like to thank the manager Sheila's attention to detail which made it a special day for everyone... All staff were lovely 🤩 also

Kevin and the team are a special part of the community - always ready to greet you with a warm smile:) The deli food, catering, coffees, and cakes are all irresistible, and the kids love the ice cream and jellies! 01/03/2025: The Café has a good atmosphere, but there are some areas for improvement. Staff should ensure tables are cleaned for the next customer—I had to clean mine myself. Also, I don’t think it’s good practice to ask customers for exact change when paying cash

We sat at the counter top and it felt like we were the only 2 in the room . Comfort meets class .
The food is just 10/10 everything , left wanting more of everything ! Desert was world class .
Wine was fabulous, and help to pick which one we would like . Customer service was outstanding such friendly staff , making you feel so welcome and chatting to you throughout but this didn’t take from the intimacy the setting creates and just the welcoming happy vibes the room leaves off .
We will definitely be returning !

01/04/2025: I recently had a quick visit to the hotel for a drink to be greated by a friendly face her name was debbie all the staff where phenomenal but by far she stood out the most with her bar skills and manor I'd highly recommend visiting for a drink as the warmth and friendly ness amongst staff would make you enjoy a quiet drink 🙌🙌🙌
