The best restaurants in Donegal

15/08/2024: Music is too loud, could barely hear the person with me! As a trained barista, the coffee I ordered came in a cup I’d use at home & looked AND tasted like instant coffee I’d have at home. Won’t be back unfortunately.

30/04/2024: I visited when in buncrana end of April 2024. Had seen good reviews and I wasn't disappointed. I'm coeliac. Choice of gluten free bread, and I chose Dundee cake. A good sized portion and delicious. Choice of milks and the American coffee was lovely. My friend had a almond square which was delicious. Staff efficient and friendly, good seating, supervalue next door

24/10/2024: My food went down the wrong way. I had to bring it back up. It made a mess of the floor. The staff were so understanding and never made me feel awkward. Staff very very nice.

16/06/2024: The beer here 'Heinekin' was terrible, the lines are clearly not cleaned properly, common place and sadly a lot of people don't know what a good pint should taste like

26/07/2024: Went for the Friday night quiz because of glowing recommendations from friends when the mc called on my fiancé for the extra points round and when he didn't know the song he had to sing and didn't give the man the reaction he wanted he started being weirdly aggressive and touching my fiancé and grabbing the silly wig he had to put on off his head. Such an uncomfortable experience that ruined the entire night. Do not know why this man thought it was ok to touch a stranger

01/10/2024: What an expensive rip off ! €8.60 or something for a warm ( not hot) sausage roll. Thought it was a joke when we got our bill for €34 for 3 sausage rolls, no side salad as advertised, 2 drinks and a carrot cake! Yup , nearly €9 for a tepid sausage roll. My holidaying family apologised to me for the price as I said i would treat them. What a disgrace and a poor representation of the people of Ireland's hospitality.

16/06/2024: I ate at Blazers 2 nights running. The service was attentive and friendly. I liked the food. The ambience was quieter than other places in town, which really suited me. I'd go back if even in town again.

31/08/2024: Heard a lot about Tin Tai and tried Tin Tai. Highly priced and food is not worth the price. Curry sauce was charged very high. Spice bag has very small portion of chicken, no flavour and lot of chips. Better Chinese options available in Letterkenny.

01/11/2024: We ( me ,my wife and one kid) had visited this resturant first time and billed more than 50 Euros which is quite high for this resturant for 2 adults and 1 child.There is one person called Paul who is very rude.The resturant closes at 11, it was my kid who was taking her last bite.This person came and ordered very roughly to get up and leave the resturant immediately. We said let her finish in 1 more minute and not to behave like this.He mentioned to leave immediately again and started shouting mentioning don't want us to come again. I heard many people also the same feedback about Paul that he is behaving like this.Not sure if the owner would know this but due to him many of the people is not going to the resturant further.Also in Ireland these behaviour is unexpected.

21/09/2024: Great spot near the coast. Staff were helpful but line was really long. After about ten minutes when me and all of my friends had gone to the toilet we could finally order. Amazing milkshakes. Definitely recommend one. Prices were reasonable. Food was also nice enough. Not enough tables for all of the people that were there. Probably wouldn't recommend it if you're in a rush.

24/07/2024: I took 3 football teams in for dinner and the food and more importantly the service was brilliant! Thank you for accommodating 30 of us so well and quickly.
