16/09/2025: A pleasant experience. The staff was always attentive to our every need. It's very close to places to have a drink, the distillery, eat, shop, the beach, and the cliffs.

18/08/2025: I wouldn’t stay again, tv wasn’t working in the room. There was no bar or restaurant opened either.

23/11/2024: The reason it got 4 stars is the premise was cold on arrival at 6pm ( it doesn’t open at 17:30 as stated on trip adviser ) I had the Chicken supreme and better half had the fish and chips. Have to say very tasty. We were served by Anastasia who was very polite, moving us to a warmer position etc. I recommend Nivana, but leave to a bit later if weather is cold

31/05/2024: Good selection on the menu and nice size portions. Food was amazing and not a long wait. Cosy atmosphere with the open fire on, I wasn't able to manage a pudding but from looking at others they looked lovely too. Highly recommend 😀

13/10/2024: As always the Tassie made five of us very satisfied with our meal, four of us going for the Turkey and Ham and what a substantial meal with loads of mash and veg on the table. We even topped off with dessert and delicious wouldn't do it justice. The staff are always so pleasant from the minute you enter the door and with a wedding on as well doesn't affect the level of hospitality. Indeed I've been going here whenever possible when in Letterkenny for many years now, and it's never failed to do themselves proud . Thanks once again.

10/11/2024: Lovely spot to eat in Tralee! Food lovely always enjoyed any meal I’ve had here! Fast service and value for money! Food reasonable despite prices gone up since Covid. A great place to take a break from shopping around the town. Atmosphere great and staff lovely. Highly recommend when in Tralee for a visit.

05/11/2024: This is my favourite cafe in Tralee, I am so sad to hear it is closing. The most delicious food, very reasonably priced, amazing coffee, excellent staff and so family and dog friendly, we will really miss it

25/10/2024: Excellent meal & excellent service. I ordered a rare steak & wow I’m a steak lover but this was exceptional. Salad, baby potatoes, sautéed onions along with a glass of Merlot. I don’t often eat alone but was made to feel very welcome & comfortable. Unable to finish meal but have lunch sorted for tomorrow! Top class, thank you to the chef Gregory and waiting staff. A special thanks to Silvane, she has the X factor!

21/10/2024: This was an unbelievably very good restaurant. Heading into winter on the West Coast of Ireland, the food, the service, and the atmosphere including the playlist was simply sublime. I’m not being paid to write this review, but it was probably one of the best meals I have eaten out in a very long time. Everything tasted fresh and full of flavour; from the steak to the asparagus to the potatoes, bread and peppercorn sauce I don’t think I have tasted better.
