15/03/2025: Overall 3/5 ... ordered a "cornish" with chips, pasty not fluffy at all, filling good, 3/5, chips like cardboard and no condiments unless you pay for them and that for a price tag of 15 quid 2/5, didn't ask for salad, won't eat it, won't rate it n/a, service quick but remade food 4/5, coffee tough excellent 4.5 / 5, will I come back, likely not unless as today I'm awfully hungry

20/04/2025: Couple days ago, I ordered McDonald's, I ordered a large meal and that i will be dine in. And i got medium meal in take out bag. At least food was tasty.

18/04/2025: Ordered here via Uber Eats. Pros: Big Mac and Double Cheeseburger were decent, as expected. Cons: Fries were cold, soggy, and unsalted. Order was missing napkins, ketchup, and salt. Summary: Burgers were okay, but the fries were a major letdown, and the missing condiments were annoying. Wouldn't recommend the fries.

13/10/2024: Docked in here on a Sunday midday for breakfast/brunch. Place was well full but it's Sunday after all. Got a table down the back, fair enough. Good varied menu in there but first thing that hits are the prices. This is an expensive spot. Full Irish breakfast is € 16:50 ! Can I keep the plate ? An hour later I was in Knock Airport and the full Irish was cheaper up there ! And we all know airport prices. Ordered an uneventful scrambled egg and bacon which was slowly consumed waiting for my cappuccino that finally arrived from an under pressure young waitress. It came with toast. Hooray. Asked for marmalade. They were all out. Interesting...... I'll know for again......

28/01/2025: Worse hotel and boorish staff have ever met! Rural staff who are not trained to work with customers! they need to work with the herd on the farm, not in the hotel!))) horror and nightmare! shame on the whole town of Letterkenny!😡😡😡

26/02/2025: Got a pizza that the cheese all slid to the side, granted they said they'd bring a new one but the dough of the pizzas aren't like they used to be. It used to be light, floury and very enjoyable. Now the dough is kind of heavy like it either have freezer burn or was previously cooked and reheated. Whatever you're all doing it isn't working.

27/12/2024: The Cheese Pizza and Chips Was Delicious It Takes Delivery On Just Eat Or Apache Pizza App The Delivery Driver Was Friendly. It Located On The Port Road Between Specsavers & An Grianan Theatre I Would Like To Order It Again.

16/11/2024: Ordered over an hour ago said its would be 45 minutes and yet over a 45 min late. Phoned to ask how long and the fella that answered the phone was so rude and unnecessarily unhelpful. Never had bother with them until now I'll not be giving my money to them again....hire some staff with manners!!!

10/07/2024: Kati was very helpful. She was prompt. The menu was extensive. The prices were reasonable and the quality of the food was excellent! I highly recommend Primavera and give it a five.

07/06/2024: Very disappointed that when we requested bread, olives and balsamic to share we were told they didn't do this!!! Its an ITALIAN RESTAURANT! Food was good, staff were friendly if a little overwhelmed by our request! Most annoying of all was that when we're leaving we saw.. guess what?? Oil, balsamic and bread they had bread! Felt it was a little penny pinching..

09/03/2025: Went for the doner kebab first—grand stuff altogether, but the portion was massive, nearly too much! Later in the night, dropped in again for a chicken curry with rice, and it hit the spot nicely. The main lad running the place is from Nepal, had a great chat with him—sound fella. Lovely people, fair play to them!

02/11/2024: These boys work very hard and produce just fabulous food. It's a must visit when you're in the Gaeltacht.

15/12/2024: Tried to order a takeaway to Malin Head and got told that it was too windy to make a delivery. I have never heard such an outright stupid excuse to avoid making service.Will not be ordering from here again because of this. Which is a shame, because the food is actually fantastic.

01/03/2025: Used to be a regular long time ago but stopped for a while due to declining standards Decided to give it another try today after some months Helpful and friendly service from the cashier staff kelly Improved service, hygiene. Seats and tables now much cleaner, although could be improved is at the standard of typical fast food restaurants Food also much improved- less dry, more juicy meat with better frying. Quality is not bad. good prices 10 euros for 6 piece chicken My friend got a 18 wings as depicted Good job on the comeback and keep it up!

07/04/2025: The staff are fantastic but I have to say the dj on a Sunday is shocking he's that bad he just presses play on the laptop its a set play list I counted 7 people including myself asking for a song because it's all his music which is emptying the place on a Sunday asking for a song only to be told no I have a play list can't play that the place goes from lively to dead because the dj is lazy and drinking doesn't want to bother ends when he feels like and from a regular customer who put alot of money behind the bar either a group of 8 friends will no longer becoming in because it's not a good night out anymore atmosphere is dead because the dj is so bad they need to change the dj plenty of people are talking about it the staff are fantastic door staff and bar staff but dj on Sunday is ruining the entertainment for people

02/01/2025: **Disappointing Experience** We ordered takeaway from Shapla on the 31st of December, and I regret to say the service was unacceptable. When I called to place the order, I asked the person on the phone to give me a moment to get the Airbnb address. Instead of being patient, he told me to call back when I was ready and ended the call abruptly. When I called back with the address, he struggled to hear me and repeatedly moaned in frustration, even though I repeated myself several times. When the delivery driver arrived, I couldn’t tell if it was the same person or not, but the attitude was just as unpleasant. We told him to give us a second while we grabbed the cash for our €90 order, and he sighed, placed the food on the ground, and snatched the money rudely before walking away without a word. As for the food, the quality was equally disappointing. I found a hair in the food, the rice was unsalted, the chips were cold, and the butter chicken tasted like leftover curry sauce from the day before. The only redeeming item was the naan bread, but even that was overly doughy. I understand it was New Year’s Eve and a busy time, but this does not excuse such poor service and attitude. Customer service is crucial in the restaurant industry, and sadly, none of that was evident during our experience. I would not recommend this place to anyone, and I hope the management takes this feedback seriously to improve both their food quality and their attitude toward customers.

08/11/2024: Got a 9-inch box today. Go ahead for it if you want to die from salt overdose. Could not be bothered going back. I just chucked it in the bin.

30/03/2025: We went for Mother's Day lunch. The waiter and waitresses serving our table were so helpful and friendly. However the menu was very limited, not one chicken / white meat dish on it. No allergies highlighted on the menus. The kids chicken bites were nuggets! Some of the starters came out luke warm and the chocolate fudge looked liked something taken from a freezer and heated. Just before leaving some other waitresses accross from us were having a discussion over tips left on another table. I would not go back for food. Very disappointing.

20/02/2025: My wife and I went in for a light lunch. We ordered two toasted sandwiches - one ham and cheese with white bread, one ham and cheese with brown bread and a tea and a coffee. The drinks were served reasonably quickly but it was over half an hour before the sandwiches came. By this time the tea and coffee were stone cold. The sandwiches were made with “plastic” cheese. NOT GOOD ENOUGH. However the potato crisps were nice.
