The best restaurants in Dublin

17/05/2025: Delicious, tender steaks with a wonderful, authentic peppercorn sauce. Both of our servers were so kind and efficient! And the Moroccan Orange Cake was so moist and divine! I will cherish the flavor... Highly recommend.

17/05/2025: Top notch service, great atmosphere. Food nothing special though. And really pricey. One T bone steak, one glass of wine, a starter (tiny portion) and fries as a side, that came to 94€. T bone was nothing special, especially for the price of 59€. Have eaten better steaks elsewhere. Will be trying another steakhouse next time in Dublin.

18/05/2025: We were passing through and looking for a place to eat when we happened upon this pub. The food was delicious, the service was excellent, and the atmosphere was extraordinary. There were signs with sayings everywhere, and there was always something to laugh about. It's beautifully decorated. The seating is very comfortable and I definitely recommend it.

06/04/2025: Warm, quaint and friendly coffee shop with an array of pastries, gourmet food and lovely wine and drinks. The coffee is excellent and is made with skill by the well trained baristas.

10/05/2025: Quirky pub with electronic darts, several bars and a DJ. So, very good atmosphere. Very good cocktails 🍸 made by top Frenchies. Pleasant service

17/05/2025: the Beef & Guinness pie was over salted so it was impossible to eat it, the glass of wine was poured from a long-open bottle, were disappointed by visiting this place

19/05/2025: I was hesitant despite the advice I received. I have to say the experience was gratifying. I doubt you'll find better food in Dublin. Good and well-prepared products. The price? You're in Dublin. Totally recommended. The service was very pleasant and attentive. P.S. For croquette tapas, add one more; even if they raise the price a bit. That's how it's even.

19/05/2025: The atmosphere and service was excellent. Unfortunately, all of the food was VERY salty and we ended up leaving most of it. The garlic prawns were inedible because of the salt. The pork belly bites were disappointing as even without the salt they were more like pork scratchings. The scallop fish pie tastes of liquorice. This is a shame as I don’t like to leave bad reviews but it really was a let down- hopefully just a bad day for the chef as not seen other reviews regarding excessive salt.

10/05/2025: We have been to 8a Brasserie on several occasions, latest being a week ago for my daughter’s 2nd birthday. There were 10 of us in total and we asked for a table in a private section upstairs which we got. My toddler and her 2 cousins were running around playing with balloons and we just got friendly smiles from the staff. Our waiter, Michael, was very attentive and made sure we have everything we need. I think we spent there good 3 hours and nobody was rushing us to wrap it up. Great experience overall, especially for celebrating a special occasion.

19/05/2025: I contacted Eve to make a cake for my daughter's birthday. I sent her some photos of what I'd ideally like to have and wow did she deliver. It was absolutely stunning, not to mention delicious. She also delivered on the day I asked for (I only requested it 10 days before my event!) and on time. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her cakes and services. Thank you, Eve, you made my daughter's birthday party extra special.

11/05/2025: I ordered a christening cake off Eve for my daughter’s christening and was completely blown away by how beautiful it was! It was much better than I was expecting and the lemon cake on the inside was divine. I will 100% be ordering cakes from Eve for all future occasions in my home. ☺️

23/05/2025: Visitado en un día laborable de la tarde después de buscar su carta de vinos y menú, (gran copa de Albariño catalogado como € 10 . 30) , fui a pagar dos vasos, me distraje cuando pagué y sólo después me di cuenta de que me cobraban 28 € . 60 . Decidí darles la oportunidad de ver si esto era un error, escribí un correo electrónico preguntando por qué la diferencia de precio, Sin respuesta, escribí de nuevo, sin respuesta. Así que me temo que tienen una mala crítica. El precio es ridículo, también el menú en su pared muestra precios más altos que los anunciados si desea hacer una reserva en línea. Deshonestos, así que han perdido negocios futuros y no se les recomendará a nadie que vaya. No me sorprendió que solo había otro cliente en el lugar un viernes a la hora del almuerzo.
