The best restaurants in Dublin

21/05/2026: Great ambience indoor and outdoor. They also render to the takeaway pizzas from the food truck outside. Goats gruff. Best place to hangout with some pizza and drinks in summer.

11/05/2026: It was a busy que in the car park at lunch time (as you’d expect) so I thought it might be easier to just park and order at the kiosk. While you can do this, it’s not really set up for pedestrian orders like say Dash at Hole in the Wall. It’s easier to drive through and at peak times there will be lots of cars. The sandwich special was delicious. You can take away or eat at a very pleasant tented area beside the car park.

12/04/2026: Great pub, go here often. The pizza they used to serve here was great. The burgers and wings they replaced it with could be a lot better. Was with a group, none of us enjoyed the food. Still a great pub though

19/08/2025: Visited here numerous times whilst on a stag weekend. Always very welcoming, excellent beer selection and prices. Toastie and a Guinness for 8 euros is great value for money. Easily the best Guinness we had all weekend.

07/09/2025: Beanhive? More like Queuehive. This place should hand out sleeping bags with every order, because you’ll be here long enough to consider filing for squatter’s rights. I waited so long for a sandwich I started a new life, paid taxes, and raised a family in the queue. And yet… when it finally landed in front of me, it was incredible. Annoyingly good. The kind of sandwich that makes you angry because you can’t even stay mad at it. So yeah, Beanhive on Dawson Street: where time stands still, staff move at the speed of interpretive dance, and the food is frustratingly delicious.

26/10/2025: Some of the best pastries ive ever tasty, and the fry up was delicious too probably the best place we ate in dublin, the quality was outstanding but expect to queue as this place gets very busy

16/05/2026: The food and desserts were absolutely amazing! The seating was a bit uncomfortable since there were no backrests, but aside from that, everything was perfect. In terms of value for money, service, and taste, it was outstanding. I would definitely love to visit again!

19/11/2025: I had a great experience at Jay Kays Café. The food was excellent—everything I tried was delicious, from the French toast and avocado toast to the eggs Benedict with pulled beef sandwich. The hot chocolate was also wonderful and comforting. The only thing that didn’t quite suit my taste was the Irish coffee, which was a bit too strong for me, but that comes down to personal preference more than anything else. The café has a lovely ambience as well, making it a pleasant spot to relax and enjoy a meal. Overall, I really enjoyed my visit and would happily return to try more from their menu.

23/03/2026: Very cosy and welcoming place with a lovely atmosphere. Our server, Oleksandr, was fantastic—friendly, approachable, and made us feel really comfortable. The kids’ menu had lots of great options, which was a big plus. The mini burger was a little on the dry side and one dish was slightly overcooked, but nothing major—everyone was hungry and still enjoyed their meals. Overall, a pleasant experience and we had a nice time 😊

26/04/2026: Mid afternoon Sunday 26th April 2026 we ordered a pint of Guinness and a pint of Heineken...half way through the Guinness been pulled a fly landed on top of the pint ,then the barman tipped the fly into the sink and continues to pull the pint. ...we couldn't believe what we had seen but we said nothing...the pint of Guinness was given to us with nothing said...my Heineken was terrible with a bitter taste...we had been to Kehoes and Grogans earlier and the Heineken was just great....we mentioned this to the barman as we left and he replied with a smart remark....terrible beer and a terrible attitude from the barman...steer clear of this place, they serve slop and beer with flies in it...appalling attitude to customers.....

24/04/2026: I had lunch there, nice relaxed and quiet environment at that time. Good was good value and service good too.
