01/04/2024: Very friendly owner and staff (and dog), the food was simple yet super delicious and very reasonably priced. I had a vegetarian and (I believe) gluten free dish so there’s something for everyone…
The sun was shining and there’s some tables outside so we opted to lunch outside in a right little sun trap.
I can’t wait to go back!

24/02/2024: My parents and I enjoyed a beautiful meal in The New Haven restaurant this evening. We came away very satisfied and will definitely return. The anti pasti was very generous and tasty along with the braised pork belly.
Most of all, the service was extremely good and the staff very friendly. We were taken care of especially well by Vienne, who had a smile on her face every time she came to our table. She added massively to our great dining experience!
Looking forward to returning.

13/05/2024: Great staff, friendly and welcoming, but food prices are ridiculous. €20 for a beef burger, with chips and a tiny bowl of awful salad. The burger was dry and tasteless. How can that price be justified. at local butcher 2lb of high quality mince meat is €9 .. A lot of tasty juicy burgers can be made from that... A total rip off , And served on a cutting board, !!! not very hygienic... What ever happened to a plate.

Lovely staff, good food, we shared a camenber starter, for main course we had fish pie and a pork belly and prawn ramen noodle, both very nice but I would have preferred rice or sorba noodles. There's a lovely atmosphere in this restaurant
07/12/2023: First time here. Simply delicious food. Friendly staff, lovely vibe. Four of us in our party and every plate licked clean. Desserts went the same way. Make sure you book. Definitely will be back!

04/04/2024: The gentleman who looked after us was charming, funny and so keen to help, even getting the Chef to add a little more kick to the curry when I was ordering. The food was excellent.
Though a busy restaurant we managed to get a table without booking (a last minute treat for the day).
Reserving is definitely a very sensible thing to do so please don't follow my lead.
The atmosphere is relaxed and very welcoming.
Certainly a restaurant to visit often.
02/04/2024: We celebrated a birthday in Bramley Lodge this week and the team were fantastic and very accommodating considering we were a large group with lots of kids. The food was delicious and we all had such a lovely time. Thank you.

24/03/2024: On my trip home from cork, I stopped in for food and where the bar woman asked me what I liked. We asked for drinks and a food menu and the bar woman then said “I’m not serving you” and walked away. I went back up to the bar woman where she told me they where closing up but the had plenty of customers and it was only 5:30 in the evening. I won’t be returning or recommending here to anyone! How rude!?
