28/12/2025: Normally this doesn’t disappoint but today absolute shit wouldn’t give it to a dog lasagne heated to hard crust disgrace and chicken curry same thick gunk for curry and burnt in microwave will def not be back if this shit continues gone downhill so badly

20/12/2025: Sometimes when I'm taking public transport between Limerick and Kilkenny, the bus is late arriving into clonmel; meaning id have to wait around town for a few hours. Usually I would be mad about this, but having an excuse to visit this café always almost leaves me excited to miss my bus

13/12/2025: Great place to stay! Barman Ray, wears many hats. He checked us in, even helped me with my bags upstairs, then informed us of breakfast hours in the morning. Clean, comfortable, and centrally located in city centre. Nice hot breakfast to start the next day. Friendly service by all. We would definitely stay again. Thank you.

17/09/2025: This is an absolute gem of a hotel. We were doing a road trip through Ireland and had to stop for a night due to change of plans. Killeen house was just few minutes out of Killarney and could adjust us while most hotels were sold out due to bank holiday. Picturesque and quiet location with great rustic charm. Rooms were very clean, tastefully updated and decent sized. Absolutely the BEST staff and service that can compete squarely with any world class hotel. Breakfast was cooked on order and truly delightful. There is nothing we could wish better for. If only we could stay longer….highly recommended if you are in the area.

07/09/2025: This hotel is absolutely beautiful. Just outside of Killarney, getting both downtown and into the surrounding nature is an absolute breeze if you've rented a car. The room we stayed in was adorable with a super comfortable bed. Their new addition (rooms 401+) has AC, which is a nice bonus, and a great view of the mountains. Breakfast requires a reservation, and is actually incredibly good. Best hotel breakfast we had the entire trip, and their berry tea was fantastic. Cannot recommend highly enough.

28/10/2025: This restaurant has been in my sight for a few years but never got the chance to go until last weekend and by God did it live up to my expectations and hopes and what I've heard the food was amazing the service was fantastic the restaurant itself is so cosy and warm I love the ambience would definitely recommend to anyone if you haven't been to go as you will not be dissappointed

05/11/2025: We were staying in Lansdowne Hotel and the receptionist recommended this Restaurant. It was absolutely excellent from starter right through to the Crepes. We had the Chowder and Prawn Cocktail to start and then the Lamb and Steak and finished with the Crepe and a glass of Port. Honestly it was fantastic and to top it all the staff were excellent and the Chef/Owner then came out and sat with us for a chat so you got a real feel for how it works. If you are in Kenmare or within 100km this restaurant is worth the effort.

19/08/2025: Everything was amazing. The views are unreal. The food is phenomenal. I had the carrot and parsnip soup with homemade brown bread and then the fish on a bed of lentils for main. An-bhlasta ar fad!
