El personal es encantador - llegamos sin reserva y el camarero nos sentó y era muy agradable. Comida de buena calidad a precios razonables - vale la pena visitar aquí

07/03/2025: We went in here after a Kerry Dublin GAA match. Place was jammed, we eventually found seats at the bar and had great craic. The locals were gracious in defeat (we are Dubs )and we had good chats about the match with no animosity at all. Everyone was friendly, staff were great joining in with the craic as well. Carz loved the pint of Coors and I settled on a local Cider which was really good.
27/02/2025: Busy pub with a nice atmosphere. Was able to watch the Derry/Galway match before heading to Austin Stack Park. Good and friendly place. Guinness was top notch too.

18/03/2025: Carrig House is a beautiful place. The scenery is out of this World, the minute you step inside the door, you get a sense of calm, the beautiful welcome from Claire and Kevin gives permission to switch off from your busy life & let us take care of you! I'd 2 thoroughly enjoyable days at Carrig. The service was impeccable. The food is one of the highlights. We went for a lake view room. So happy we did. Switched my phone off for the entire stay and sat in nature, I listened to the birds from my room while overlooking the lake.Carrig House has been on my destination list for over a decade, finally made it and it exceeded my expectations.
26/10/2024: Fantastic place, food and atmosphere. Great views of the Lake and the house is wonderful.

10/03/2025: After pleasant evening in Killarney our friends advised us to visit CafeDuPark in Plaza hotel. As a final destination for drinks it was the best idea. Charming atmosphere, We were surprised of Sarah’s service and Muay-Thai cocktails made by Denis. Thanks lads ;) We will remember this evening for a long time.

05/09/2024: Had the most amazing meal in this little gem. Food was fantastic, service was excellent & the atmosphere was so relaxing. The food was of the highest quality & so tasty. Would definitely recommend this place & we will definitely be back next season.

09/02/2025: We recently were told about this gem through a friend, and it has quickly become one of our favorite places to eat in Tralee. Every dish is packed with flavor, Highly recommend the chicken supreme.
The staff are incredibly friendly, making the whole experience even better. Great value for the quality you get. A must-visit if you’re in the area! Looking forward to our next trip back.

22/03/2025: Had an amazing stay over the weekend at Kilcoolys! The staff, food and vibe in their pub was immaculate! Have stayed here before, it is only a very short walk to the beautiful beach, will definitely be back again!

02/01/2025: The food was good & solid. Starters: Chowder tasty, little bit thick though (personal choice) with nice homemade brown bread. Fish & chips were three fish goujons, which were too small for a portion. Very tasty homemade tartare & nicely dressed salad. Chips were frozen - I would recommend they use different. Would help distinguish the place from rest. Dessert was homemade sticky toffee & was tasty. Coffee ok. Service was very good and attentive. Food came out quickly. Price wise not expensive & reasonable enough. Would recommend 👌

Under stated and such a simple place. It’s not grand , but the welcome is warming. A bar with some simple food. Deep fried Scallops !!, A cold Fish platter , Smoked Salmon ,Poached. Salmon , Crab Meat and a hand full of mussels ,Plus a dip and Wheaten Bread with a Salad Garnish. Refreshing and simple . Bowls of Mussels in a lovely stock.
Definitely , different ,and they do accommodation .

Delicious food, a fantastic bar, and exceptional service. The owner and staff are incredibly welcoming, making you feel right at home. They're more than happy to share their knowledge of the area, recommend hidden gems, and provide valuable insights into Ireland's rich history. Plus, parking is a breeze - a rare find in Ireland! 11/10 would recommend
06/01/2025: We hadn’t planned to stay here on our trip back to Dublin. Because of atrocious weather conditions we couldn’t progress. Liz and her team kindly reopened her B&B for us and a few other stranded travellers. We had a comfortable stay with nice food including breakfast. Then we were on our way. Fantastic Kerry hospitality.
