19/09/2026: The food is amazing!!! Can really recommend it! I ate the protein pancakes and they were excellent! But servers (not all of them) might wanna consider acknowledging/speaking to all guests, not only men. Otherwise well, no tip.

13/09/2026: If you’re reading this you need to come here. This place is a literal hole in the wall. A true gem that attracts interesting characters and just creates a great vibe for chatting and getting to know people. We stumbled across this once and found ourselves coming back every day

03/09/2026: Astonishingly bad martini cart service. Rolling out a cart with a bunch of martini glasses and a “pre-mixed” bottle of mid vodka and a small carafe of whatever they called Pickled then pouring both into my glass is NOT martini service. The server insisted everything was cold and pre diluted. Not only was it not cold enough but was really terrible. Extremely bitter, not “pickled” and not what one would expect from a high end cocktail lounge. I understand the modifiers are meant to rinse the glass, which would have been a vast improvement but the entire contents were poured in the glass making it undrinkable. I expected the martini to be shaken (if vodka) tableside.

21/09/2026: Atmosphere is like 7 out of 5 stars, what great vibes in here. Such an adorable little cafe with all kinds of delicious treats, and it's open in the evening for when you could use a night off from the pub scene to just sip a cozy tea amidst twinkling lights and soft music instead. We really loved this spot.

19/06/2026: It was a fantastic weekend stay. All the staff were attentive, making sure everything was perfect. Excellent breakfast. Excellent service overall. Drinks on the terrace were a very pleasant experience. We will definitely be back.

19/06/2026: Wonderful quiet hotels for meetings. Great staff just as in their Amsterdam location. Love the name "the marker" very John Wick 🍻 Reccomend the tiger prawn salad. Roof top bar has stunning views! (often booked for private events, last two days have been) Wonderful conference space as well. Beautiful rooms and spa, thank you for the double upgrade!

25/06/2026: We stumbled upon this place while shopping for Aran wool sweaters. Very good stop for lunch. Old, classy and lots of history. Food was delicious.

12/09/2026: Truly Italian! I just fancy something Italian and I found it here. I always pass by here in my walk to Bray seafront and can’t believe I have been passing by here to miss this. Now, I’m addicted. Cannoli is truly delicious and the coffee is super. The panini is freshly made and staff is brilliant and friendly. Carpe Diem, you’re now my favourite in Bray. Thank you!

09/09/2026: Small restaurant with limited seating, but a good selection of salads and sandwiches. It’s a little hard to spot the sign from the road, but look for the purple building! We had the mixed salad with tuna and the roasted ham panini—both were fresh and delicious.

03/09/2026: Absolutely a treat, tasty food, amazing staff, so friendly, professional, a happy welcoming ambiance, will be back and highly recommend stopping here, like a little holiday, thank you.

30/08/2026: This is the first time I come here and I must say the food is excellent. I had the avocado toast and the ingredients were super fresh but also well combined. Even the tomatoes on the side were gently roasted with balsamic vinegar to enhance the flavour. Well done.

23/07/2026: I have no complaints about the talbot hotel in midtown. The staff were so helpful and friendly, the room was very spacious especially with us having a toddler with us the only 1 downfall was we were looking forward to the swimming pool but the temperature of the water was freezing my toddler was shivering with the cold in the water and spend all of 3/4 minutes in the pool. But over all we enjoyed our first family holiday in the hotel.

16/07/2026: Very easy to book . From the time we arrived to book in , the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was lovely and comfortable, spotlessly clean . It was our anniversary and the staff arranged chocolates in the room which was a lovely touch of kindness. The breakfast was delicious, a great range . We definitely will be back again.

25/09/2026: We had our Day 2 wedding celebration at Blackbird Ballycotton, and we couldn’t have picked a better place! Mossie was incredibly helpful from the very beginning and made organising everything so easy. Having the private area out the back for our 60 guests was fantastic, with plenty of space for everyone to relax, enjoy themselves and celebrate with us. We even managed to get the sunshine, which made the day even more special! The food from Trawler Boys was absolutely amazing, and a huge thank you to Fiona and the entire team at Blackbird for making our day so special. Everyone had such a brilliant time, and we can’t wait to come back again in the future for more pints, food and plenty of craic! Thanks again to everyone at Blackbird for a fantastic day. ❤️
