29/10/2024: I have always liked going to this place as it seems a little more up market than the usual Shannon Industrial places you go to eat lunch. Today I was not happy. I ordered a chicken salad sandwich, waitress asked what salad do you want and I said whatever salad is available except egg.. it was a pretty clear instruction. we were the only ones there at the time as it was just turned 12pm. What I got was a toasted ham cheese and onion sandwich! not even close to chicken. I told the waitress straight away and not even a "sorry our mistake" was uttered. she then went about ordering the sandwich again and from the distance she called over and said "do you want lettuce" I said yes please, I want white bread, no butter, and what ever salad is available with chicken as long as there is no egg.. I sat and waited until 12.26 and had to actually go ask the waitress to see if my sandwich was ready as I had not been waiting almost half an hour. she slowly walked off to the kitchen and came out with it straight away.. again it was not what I ordered, I got a dry chicken and lettuce sandwich which I was now forced to eat as I was already running late to return back to work. When I complained as I was paying she said "its a make you own sandwich, you have to pick what you want in it" to which I told her I DID PICK WHAT I WANTED .. "I asked for a chicken salad sandwich, when you asked what salad I said all of the salad whatever is available" ... again I didnt get a sorry or any kind of reply just !do you want your receipt".. I wont be eating there again if you cant even get a chicken salad sandwich right! ... I must add, I have ordered this before and it came out quickly and perfect, todays issue was with the waitress who ordered it wrong twice..

23/12/2024: I had fish and chips from the takeaway last night, disgusting, the fish was obviously old frozen dried out rubbish, went in the bin.

02/01/2025: Good warming food on a cold day. Service was quick and the food was delicious.

27/10/2024: Nice food, quite delicious. Prompt and courteous service.

06/07/2024: Pedí un Frappuccino de avellanas sin crema batida, tenía un Frappuccino de caramelo con crema. Eran 4 empleados siendo el mostrador a las 8 pm no era autobús. La mesa estaba sucia, el personal hablaba entre ellos. Cuando me fui, pedí dirección, la persona me dijo que lo buscara en Google.

19/05/2024: It’s a nice place but it won’t open at its usual times when there is a concert on in the 3 arena which is really annoying. They won’t open till late in the afternoon.

21/01/2025: Excellent and prompt service. Christoph was great. I stopped in for tea and coffee with my sister and her husband

26/08/2024: Really well made food, tasted absolutely delicious. Staff couldn't do enough for us and the Mancunian front of house was so friendly. The toilets left a lot to be desired but the atmosphere and friendliness of the staff overshone any negatives.

26/07/2024: My 2 friends and I were Very, Very disappointed with our stay here. We were give a price by email two weeks before. On our checking in we were charged over and above the price given. €90 each with out breakfast. On questioning the cost it was reduced to €73 although some of our group were charged the lesser price of €60 all for the same accommodation. The bedroom had no electrical plugs only a double adaptor. The bathroom has not been updated I'm sure from the 80's. We will not be back.

21/01/2025: Se sentó y observó al bar Damaris. Su habilidad para manejar un ambiente acelerado fue un placer verlo. El bar estaba muy ocupado en Nochevieja con una boda, y él navegó este ajetreado turno eficientemente, con facilidad. Gracias. Un cliente feliz.

05/11/2024: Really good food. The Pork Belly was really nice and even the cheap option Baked ham and Cheddar was really well served. Not very efficient service. When it is busy insist on calling the waiter. Took me 20 minutes unnecessarily to even place my order.
