19/05/2025: Loved the food in here. I had a chicken sandwich, a smoothie and some coffee. The service was alright. I'm not sure if I'd like to come back though -- I was there on a busy day, the place is pretty small, and I didn't really enjoy the fact that it was crammed with so many people. I couldn't sit comfortably and the air was stuffy.

24/05/2025: I had the Seafood Pancake and Saucy Crispy Fried Chicken Breast — both were absolutely delicious! The pancake was perfectly crispy on the outside and packed with fresh seafood inside, and the chicken was tender, juicy, and coated in a rich, flavorful sauce. Honestly, these are the best Korean dishes I’ve had so far. Highly recommend if you’re craving authentic Korean flavors!

04/05/2025: This restaurant is in the heart of the lively temple bar area of Dublin. We received a warm welcome from Mike who was friendly,helpful and very efficient. Atmosphere was friendly and lively. The food was traditional Irish and comfortable. Mike suggested we shared boxty fries before our meal which were delicious
27/04/2025: Pasé a Boxty sin reservación en un domingo ocupado por la noche. En 10 minutos estábamos sentados en una mesa leyendo el menú. Mi querida esposa tiene celiaquía (alérgica al gluten) y nuestra camarera Oggi fue muy precisa al señalar lo que mi esposa podía comer. Resulta que Boxty tiene una amplia gama de comidas sin gluten. Elegí el pastel de pastores y mi esposa eligió la tradicional carne en conserva. Ambas comidas eran de gran calidad.
El servicio fue eficiente y amable. Es caro, sin embargo esto se compensa con la calidad de la comida y el servicio.
¡Cuidado con Oggi, tiene una cara amable!

12/05/2025: When my granddaughter got her 1st holy communion last week which we got a buffet of 5 or 6 big plates with cocktail sausage with small spring rolls and chicken goujon for everyone on table but cocktails sausage was not fresh at all. Everyone was saying that cocktail sausages were horrible tastes. My friend did complain to woman about sausage which was not fresh, but she did not say anything at all. So we will never go there in future.

31/05/2025: We didn't have a booking but they were very helpful with getting us a table. Food is pretty much average and our drinks got a bit mixed up as the waitress couldn't really remember what we ordered.
Otherwise, it's a nice place to spend an evening. Neat and tidy and had great atmosphere. Recommended. :)

01/05/2025: You can only get in when you ring the bell. The owner then opens it and decides whether you are allowed in. But it wasn't a problem if you were nice and friendly and not too drunk.
A must see if you are in Dublin.
20/04/2025: We were turned away at the door by an elderly woman on the grounds that residents of Ireland had priority entry. Discriminatory and disturbing. Clearly not recommended!

28/04/2025: I was at Taco Bell today around 7.30pm and it was the worst experience that I’ve had in my whole life.
The staff didn’t even make an effort to heat up my order, the cheese and the meat were totally cold, and the place was not even full, it was very empty by the way.
I made a complain about the food because it was cold and when I was leaving they started laughing. If could, I would give a zero to that place.
27/04/2025: Last few hours in Dublin and we decided to eat a pizza, and we took a very good chance, excellent and large pizza for a price in relation to great quality, I recommend it to anyone who went to Dublin

Dean and Mark behind the bar are exquisite at their bar skills.
Have them make your drinks!
My irish papa would have loved the mashed potatoes with mushrooms and gravy! Perfection! It's so good it could feed the world and cause world peace! Go! Don't walk run!

28/05/2025: I went here today for high tea with my sister we absolutely loved it. Everything from the food to the tea to the service was excellent. We quit enjoyed it and meet the owner of the hotel Finn. We will absolutely be back and will also stay at the castle hotel as it looks very interesting and has old antique vibes.
20/04/2025: The Old Music Shop Restaurant in Dublin derives its name from its location in the former premises of Walton’s Music Shop, a renowned establishment that operated there for over 80 years. Founded in 1924 by Martin Walton—a musician who participated in the 1916 Easter Rising and later served as a bodyguard to Michael Collins—Walton’s became a cornerstone of Irish musical culture. It was home to Ireland’s first music school, the Dublin College of Music, and is remembered for its motto: “If you’re going to sing a song, sing an Irish song” .  
Coffee and cafe in the Castle hotel. Don’t be fooled the entrance is through the hotel. They have a great menu with generous portions.
