The best restaurants in Dublin

09/11/2024: The food was fantastic and service was top notch. I can’t wait to go back. Probably the best fish and chips, top 5 I have had, maybe the best! Oyster was fresh and amazing. I highly recommend and it probably one of the top 20 places I have ever eat in the world!!! Can’t say enough!

08/11/2024: Fantastic fish and chips at Beshoffs Sea Grill. Big thank you to Vasyl for looking after me and my Family so well, Vasyl truly went above and beyond. Lovely food and atmosphere. Well worth the visit. We will be back soon for more yummy food 😊

30/10/2024: we hadn't been in.Reeves for quite a while so last night myself and my husband were there for a meal which was fab lovely to meet all they staff again and Racheal so we really enjoyed Service was outstanding we won't be leaving it as long again as we used to go regularly they only thing we missed out on was the nice little packet of chocolates which were been given out when Bill was been paid maybe we were not entitled to them even though we have been valid customers over the years anyway it was only a small thing but it would have been nice to be given them like everyone else and not left out but I suppose there is always a reason.!!! anyway we enjoyed our night kind regards mary and Aidan Hughes missed out on our wee chocolate treat while all other customers enjoyed ????

29/10/2024: We were just there to drink. Service fits. Price level as usual in the center of Dublin. As in any pub, the ambience is simply great, even if the decoration could have been given a basic cleaning.

26/09/2024: Have been coming to Harry Byrnes for 30+ years. A great bar with fabulous atmosphere. Highly recommend the bar.

29/03/2024: Dublin is a city full of great ramen spots. Unfortunately, Kyodai Izakaya does not seem to be one of them, based on my visit (see pictures). The noodles were not shaken while they were cooking, so they were stuck together in a solid lump. The prawns were carelessly shelled and overcooked. The soy marinated egg was over boiled. The food came as a disappointment, as the restaurant is a comfortable setting with nice staff and a reasonably priced menu. However, a higher attention to detail wouldn't go astray.

29/03/2024: Quite a discovery in the center. It is surprising that with the prices and quality it has it is not full. Phenomenal!!!

07/11/2024: Nice experience, thanks to the good weather that allowed us to stay in the garden. But 7 euros for a portion of (10?) fries is a bit too much. Definitely to try a pint of Guinness directly from the brewery; very nice interior design.

02/11/2024: Sooooo, we are not dark beer drinkers, but we felt we couldn’t go to Ireland and not have a Guinness. Well, I don’t care if you are a beer drinker or not, this place is a must see and taste!!! The beer was delicious and the tour was really cool. Love love love.

08/11/2024: Excellent food, served with courtesy and respect. The testament to Kinara is the fact it is still so busy after so many years with repeat business. A favourite restaurant in the locality. The rear cocktail bar is an example of style, luxury and taste, with an exceptionally good barman. Do yourself a favour and make a reservation, you won't regret it.

02/11/2024: Food is very good but their grill platter is my favourite. Ambience is very good and location is excellent.

02/11/2024: More of a novelty bar in my opinion but certainly worth a visit if you're around. It is tiny, it's officially the smallest in Dublin but you'll hear it being billed as the smallest in Ireland. I can't confirm or deny the latter but it's certainly a unique place to drink. It does get busy as total capacity is circa 40 people with seating for maybe half that. You'll get in tight and cozy with the group and there is generally good craic every time I've visited.

11/11/2024: AVOID! Visiting this "authentic Italian" restaurant in Dublin was a disaster. Left waiting at the door, and none of the staff spoke Italian, which felt misleading. We orderdered pasta which was overly priced and not great, oysters, and wine, only to get severe food poisoning two days later, forcing us to miss flights back to NYC, with one friend nearly hospitalized. With by the way—no apology or concern for the health risk at all. Overpriced, unhygienic, and indifferent to customer safety—AVOID at all costs.

03/04/2024: Great wee pub, lovely atmosphere, dog friendly, great pints. Toasties available. What more could you ask for.

02/04/2024: Best coffee around and fantastic staff. Excellent selection of pastries and cakes. Very popular for breakfast and lunches. Great value
