From start to finish, the team went above and beyond to make the day special. The food is truly authentic and every dish we ordered was yummy. A huge shoutout to the kitchen for the Malai Kofta—it was customized perfectly to our taste and was a massive hit with our guests. The Dal makhani was also amazing, packed with flavor and cooked to perfection. Everyone had a fantastic time and left with full bellies. 11/01/2026: I went here for the first time ever for a date night & it was absolutely 💯 from start to finish! The atmosphere was cosy & warm, we had a 3 course and it was amazingly delicious & I haven't been able to finish every meal from a 3 course in a long, long time! Have to compliment especially the sticky toffee pudding, it was to die for 🤤 The staff were extremely friendly & professional, kind & warm. Definitely will be back again to sample more from the menu! 😊 Sadly, I scoffed down the dessert so fast, I forgot to snap a picture 😂

09/01/2026: Great place to eat! I have been to Silken Thomas several times with friends and recently my fiancée. Food is always delicious. Steaks are amazing. I ordered medium rare and it was perfectly cooked. My fiancée ordered his rare and said it’s the best steak he ever had. Fries were fluffy and crispy. Also ordered spicy chicken wings with blue cheese sauce and desserts and can warmly recommend everything. Service and the staff is always lovely and super helpful if you need recommendations. We were looked after by a dark haired older lady and she was super. On weekdays you barely have to wait for the food. Very big venue and lots of tables so great for a couple or even bigger parties.

19/10/2025: Great range of products the deli was one of the best i have ever seen. The staff were fantastic and Cheerful even dealing with the very big que which they got sorted quickly and professionally everyone seemed happy with there purchases

07/01/2026: We booked a table for New Year's Eve. It was our first time to visit. The food was excellent and wine selection was good. Service was a little patchy. For us, there was very little atmosphere. Maybe our expectations were off. We would definitely go back and would recommend it.

14/12/2025: Arrived & had a pint at the bar, shown upstairs to a table on it's own. Service was good until mains & then we were totally forgotten. Went downstairs asked for service, returned upstairs and waited and waited. Finally got fed up went downstairs, paid the bill and left. Very disappointed as this was our Christmas outing.

21/09/2025: Fantastic place with great service. Very busy place , that shows its popularity. Kid friendly place. For the money the portion of food is also more than adequate. Really enjoyed. People queuing to get a seat, but we got it in 5 minutes.

09/09/2025: Sásta in Maynooth has incredibly delicious food. It's especially good for vegetarians and vegans. The vegan breakfast is gorgeous. I would do anything for that turmeric hummus! Everything here is prepared from scratch. You can taste the difference. Give it a go!

23/11/2025: The whole experience was amazing. We went there for breakfast and ordered the full Irish Breakfast, omelette and nutella pancakes. The owners were extremely accomodating and so friendly. Everything we odered was scrumptious and the service was perfect. A nice and cosy place with warm hearted owners making this a most pleasent experience. We will definately be going back! Haleema

16/01/2026: Food was good. Group of 5 couples so in total we paid a large bill. When we came to pay the owner refused to allow us to pay separately as couples. We won't be going back there again!
