11/08/2026: Great function room and great atmosphere in bar area. So helpful and accommodating. Had a hen party in function room and it was perfect. Recently been done up and trying to bring a new crowd in again.
11/08/2026: I recently had my hen party in their function room. They accomodated us on short notice. They went above and beyond for us. Great facilities, great athmosphere. Up stairs had everything we needed like toilets a small beer garden and plenty of room for a band and even had a small dance floor. The staff were great and very friendly. We had the best night and there were no issues at all. Thanks to all of the staff at the harbour bar for been so accomodating. Much appreciated.

10/08/2026: It's grand. Good selection of delicious food. The staff are a bit disinterested and the prices are a bit higher than they should be but overall it's grand.
06/08/2026: Ok, expensive for a poorly filled roll, staff nice, wont recomend here general eating area soulless, feel of uncleanliness.
Unfortunately nearly all of the salads have spring onions in them,a cheap filler that makes it impossible to chose onion free salad and adversely affects the taste of all.

23/07/2026: The three-course meal was fantastic. You can choose from the menu for each course, and all at really fair prices. The service is super friendly, very quick, and patient, even if you, as a tourist, don't quite understand the language right away.
For us, the best part of all was that for the first time in a week and a half in Ireland, we were allowed to eat in a restaurant with our dog!!!

23/07/2026: The food here was very good and reasonably priced. You can put together your own three-course meal. All of this for €22, which I think is very good value for Irish standards. What was also very important to us was that it was the first restaurant where we could eat inside with our dog. Up until now, this had only been possible outside here in the south of Ireland. There were comfortable armchairs, air conditioning, and incredibly attentive and friendly staff. Since we're here for a few more days, we'll definitely go back.

04/07/2026: OMG Just ordered food from here. Everything was fab. Nicest chicken sprimg onion and ginger dish I have had in long time. Loads of chicken and plenty of fresh veg and ginger. Really pleased. Delivery was very quick and driver so polite. 5 stars from me. Will be calling again

09/08/2026: Hi love this cafe and the staff and everyone is lovely. Unfortunately I have to write to make sure to tell you guys that the dishes and glassware really smelt of sort of damp mouldy smell from the washing or dishwasher . Please look at cleaning or detoxing the dishwasher as the plates and everything the smell really put me off my food. Everything else is perfect though. !!
03/08/2026: Vick's is the best breakfast place in Greystones. Menu is very simple, you can be sure is always fresh and delicious. I'm recommend that place in 100%. The best traditional Irish breakfast I had in Ireland.

05/05/2026: Waited at the counter to ask for a take away coffee, the first person I met said okay then continued on with her work and never came back, second person who asked if I was okay then said “I don’t have time for that, we’re too busy”. There were empty tables inside and plenty people behind the counter.
Poor reception to be greeted with for a visitor to the area.
29/04/2026: An absolute gem of spot, was recommended to us by a local and by God he was on the ball, staff were bubbly and up for the crsic, service was clean and prompt. Outside seating in gorgeous weather.
Workmans breakfast was spot on, perfect portion size and fabulous.
Definitely will return

Unfair price for the amount of food.
The place is beautiful, but it lacks some identity.
It doesn't justify the price x quality x quantity.
The dishes came wrong and after they realized it, they removed them from my table and took them to another!?!? How is that possible... Didn't they take them back to the kitchen to prepare for another table?
The gnocchi dish was served with very few gnocchi.
09/08/2026: I do not normally write reviews but I give this one star in the hope management may eventually become more accomodating for people with allergies. I have eaten in many places with my 5 yr old daughter who has allergies and the majority although they cannot guarantee cross contamination are very helpful and make an effort to reduce the risk. Acoca Fern House Cafe is one of the least accommodating places, in the end we left without ordering. Chef and manager seemed very inconvenienced to be dealing with someone with an allergy and were not interested. At their price point you would expect more professional service.

08/06/2026: Have been here many times, but not since the new people took it over. Decided to call in. On entering nothing has changed.
So got the same, usual welcoming feeling.
A great atmosphere.
In the past have seen people watching sports on TV, didn't notice this time, which in one way was a bit easier to talk.
Big premises.
Very deceiving from the road, much bigger inside.
Anyway the food is beautiful still the same great choices. Staff very efficient.
Parking on the road.
We still haven't managed to stay here yet so will have to sometime in the future, so look forward to that.
Good value.
Call in you won't be disappointed.
