The best restaurants in Wicklow

09/08/2025: My cappuccino was fabulous and the staff were super friendly. Bit sad that i was tight on time and had to get a takeaway. Next time I am in Wicklow, I will have food and will dine in. Can't wait !!

31/10/2025: Can only comment on food and service. Beautiful historic building and superb quality food. Roast beef portion was small though but compensated but generous vegetables. Soup was wonderful. Very quiet but perfect getaway for couples looking for a quiet time.

10/10/2025: A very good experience at Hunter's. Excellent food, a very warm welcome and service for the duration, clean comfortable room, a good hot shower, relaxing environment. I would happily return.

08/11/2025: Great food and service. Very clean place and friendly service. We we for pizza and the topping where very goo. The base needs improvement, message to chefs. More crispy and diferent brea. Stil good but can improve. The shoothies are very good. I reccomended moody roster cafe.

26/10/2025: We had dinner at the restaurant, and it was delicious, with very generous portions. I tried the Wicklow Venison, which was delicious. The place, although small, is cozy. One nice thing I found nice was that we arrived after a hike in inappropriate clothing, and they were super friendly and attentive.

04/10/2025: Stunning food, the scallops and monkfish are absolutely unbelievable dishes.

18/09/2025: It was amazing food. We both had the monkfish and would definitely recommend it. We also tried the rum baba and the creme brulee and they were delicious. We were also given excellent service. We would come back to Wicklow just to eat here.

12/11/2025: Always a pleasure eating here be it breakfast or lunch. They could be quite busy especially going lunchtime. The food quality always a 5 star. My personal favorite is the prawn tacos and I love to take away the vegan balls.

20/10/2025: I never leave reviews but I had to after my experience here this Sunday. My family and I are regulars here, the girls who work on the weekends are so sweet and always have a smile on their faces. But this Sunday left me with a horrible taste in my mouth , the manager was yelling at the staff in front of all the customers, shouting names and accusations at them. It was horrible to see especially since they’ve always been so lovely The food is so so good here, but after that experience I will not be going back. Disgusting behaviour from the manager.

17/12/2025: Lightning fast service, almost too quick! Lovely restaurant, very well presented with loads of seating. Staff are polite and friendly. Food portions are decent and the price is very fair. I would recommend a visit.
