02/01/2026: The food was fantastic!!! The setting was so creative and cozy, perfect atmosphere for some warm, delicious food. Highly recommend coming here if you want a good feed in a lovely, homey restaurant.

16/12/2025: Enjoyed a fabulous brunch with my family in the cozy pub at the Martello. Staff were very accommodating (mom in wheelchair and a young toddler in our group) and provided excellent service. Highly recommended!

05/12/2025: Only in Wicklow can you get a new tube in double buggy fitted quicker than it takes to heat your mice pie, all under the same roof.🚲 super service.

16/01/2026: I didn’t stay in the hotel but I went for the pizza truck which is lovely. It would be great if on busy days such as Saturday or Sundays in summer they would have events and live music

14/01/2026: We love the walks around the lake and the nice vibe over summer, so we decided to get married in the Docker’s bar, with the lake view as our background. We were blessed with a beautiful and sunny day. The ceremony and the small family reception was wonderful. As it is a dog friendly venue our little one was there with us, and this was a big highlight. The food was delicious and all the service provided by the staff members was excellent. I can’t wait to come back and revisit our recent made memories!
