The best restaurants in Wicklow

06/07/2025: Went here after a lovely hike in glendalough and was greeted by the most lovely of servers, Amy, who kept us entertained for our entire visit with quick wit and great service. Would highly recommend going here to meet this lovely woman alone

29/06/2025: We were out as family in and around Roundwood and rang this restaurant to find about food options as we had specific dietary requirements and they were super helpful, knowledgeable. We came down for food and enjoyed a very nice meal 4 of us ( 2 Kids and 2 adults). What made our visit special was the behaviour of the staff, they were super nice. Would definitely recommend and also visit again.

08/08/2025: An stunning gem in the centre of Wicklow. The food was so authentic with beautiful ingredients - in fact the best Italian food we've had outside of Italy. Would definitely recommend the risotto and tiramasu :)

12/08/2025: My husband & I and our four kids decided to stop for food after a day out. We came across a lovely pub called O'Shea's Corner. We were greeted with a friendly welcome. The pub has a nice cozy feel to it and the restaurant was nicely decorated. There's a good choice for meat eaters and vegan/ vegetarian's which was a delight for me being vegetarian. I still find it rare to have such a choice for vegan/vegetarian's. Most places will only offer either a veg stir-fry or veg curry, this gets boring and is very disappointing 😞 so it was a lovely surprise to actually have such a choice😀. I had the Chana Masala with pilau rice and I shared some garlic naan bread with my son who had the chicken tikka masala. Both of meals were delicious. My husband had scampi and chips , 2 of our sons had fish and chips and our other son had chicken tikka burger with chips. The food was very tasty and the portion sizes were good. We would definitely come back here again and will recommend it to our family and friends.

27/05/2025: Probably the worst place to park your car with an all day parking permit... The people who manage this parking lot have buttons instead of eyes, and cannot read beyond the time shown on the ticket... My car was clamped because of this, and after paying the fine, when I returned at 7pm....they removed the clamp from my car only at midnight... I had to wait it out...

11/09/2025: We've travelled in Nepal a few times so we were attracted to this restaurant whilst visiting Arklow. So glad we tried it, fantastic food and service. We should have noted the servers name a really pleasant guy from Nepal. Belated thanks for a very enjoyable evening. We also liked the tables etc. Interesting to note many positive reviews one particularly negative. The negative one certainly not our experience. We will definately visit again if back in Arklow. 07/09/2025: My most Favourite restaurant ever, have been many times and got many take aways never a complaint, been very happy with all the meals, unbelievably tasty food, a great change from the norm. Would recommend everyone to go and experience the Himalayan Aroma. A big thumbs up from me 👌👍🏼👍🏼

26/08/2025: As a returning customer, albeit after a long gap, we had high expectations. They were exceeded. Excellent service and amazing food. The beef stew pasta was so tasty and well cooked. My wife’s pizza was delicious.

07/07/2025: We're rarely in Bray but today we came across this lovely little place. The owners made us very welcome and there's a lovely atmosphere here. We had absolutely delicious crepes for lunch and a glass of wine. A reason to return to Bray!

22/07/2025: Decided to stop here at 7am on the off chance after getting the ferry to Rosslare. Cracking little cafe, great cooked breakfast with high quality ingredients. Highly recommended.
