19/05/2025: A very nice hotel in a lovely location near Blessington. We found the staff very friendly and accommodating. The Spa treatment was very nice but we did miss the access to thermal suites. The room was well decorated and spacious but we did encounter a few blips (shower hot and cold, toilet not flushing fully, limescale kettle). Overall a nice stay.

19/05/2025: A beautiful location, a high-class golf, and a wedding venue,the golf course is a tough challenge and a reasonable price for what is on offe vslue gor money here,the food and rooms are superb in the hotel.

18/03/2025: Excellent performance as always from John Spillane from Passage West in Cork. A unique artist and raconteur. The accolades are well deserved. First time in the Mermaid, but hopefully, it won't be my last. Great theater and facilities.

05/04/2025: Really amazing place hidden away in Wicklow town. Came expecting some wine and cheese and instead was slapped in the face with such a lovely experience. Zakia whom looked after us with such finesse and a natural expertise in service paired with the fantastic spread, made our evening very special. We enjoyed some of the most incredible Arancini I have ever eaten and the wine was beautiful and on point. Get in there, it’s properly worth every cent.

03/04/2025: Booked in for a team dinner for 15 people and we're all accommodated on one big table. We had a great night. There's something for everyone on the menu and massive selection of drinks including wine on tap and various cocktails. Servers were quick and friendly and everybody's food came out at the same time without issues. They even brought out a surprise birthday dessert for one of us because they overheard us talking. Would highly recommend and we'll definitely be back again!

30/04/2025: Have been here lots of times so updating. No need as nothing has changed. Thank God. Still the same great service. Staff fantastic, great people skills. Menu brilliant. A goods sports bar as there was tv's on show events. Still haven't stayed but will sometime and still looking forward to that. If the breakfast is half as good as the other choices on the menu it will be georgeous. Always love our visit.
