The Wicklow Heather

Laragh
02/04/2024: We visited Wicklow Heather Restaurant yesterday for a birthday dinner. The staff were super friendly from arrival, and checked in on refills for drinks (and gravy!) Lovely traditional Irish food. Between us we had the seafood chowder, leg of lamb, duck breast, Turkey & Ham and lamb stew. Portion sizes were generous and we left absolutely stuffed! We were also offered complimentary Irish liquer as we were celebrating a birthday, which was a nice touch. Also shown the impressive collection of first and limited edition books, including Dracula! Would highly recommend this place. Cosy, quirky and friendly. Thanks (:
01/04/2024: Everything was perfect. Beautiful place. Very warm and inviting atmosphere charming and the owner from Galway our county Had a wonderful blessed Easter weekend Thank you Teresa
