19/11/2025: Best Chinese I’ve had in arklow 👏🏼

28/10/2025: I’m giving them 5 stars because: 1. Food- I ordered dry noodles as a side and salt and chilli chicken wings as a starter. The wings weren’t too salty and it was crunchy. So good with sweet and chilli sauce. The dry noodles was 10/10 as it comes with beansprouts, onions and Spring onions. I think it is the best among the best side noodles I’ve ever tasted ( for a takeaway level) . Not the usual dry noodles side you normally get from any chinese takeaway. My partner ordered Chicken balls and chips. The chips were Chunky and perfectly made. It wasn’t soggy and it was crunchy that it feels so good as it melts in your tongue. Not the usual soggy chips you get from other Chinese takeaway. The chicken balls were huge and it comes with an actual chicken breast inside. 2. Service- We ate our food inside the shop itself as we decided we don’t want to eat inside the car and it’s cold outside. They gave us plates and allowed us to eat in although its take away only (really appreciate that). 3. Atmosphere- The place itself is spacious inside, they have two tables and chairs you can use when you’re waiting around. Place was organise and not too messy inside. Chefs were wearing a hair cap while cooking which I think hygienic and great! Food from Chinese takeaways can either “great “or “just okay” but this one, you should try. Good value for money plus their food is simply amazing! I’d say cooked and prepared with finesse!

20/07/2025: Hi, Sitting here writing this review, we ordered breakfast. Arrived cold, they reheated the plate. Beans were burnt and pale, poached eggs were too runny, not cooked correctly to eat. This is the first review I've done, normally we let it slide if we get bad food. But this was so bad. The Service was great, waitress so apologetic, not her fault.

19/07/2025: we’ve gone here before and really loved the food. We haven’t been in about 6 months and the entire menu has changed and is way smaller now. The food is expensive for what you get, they forgot one of our sandwiches and it was rushed out to the table. The cheese wasn’t melted on any of the food, we ordered garlic cheese chips and most of the cheese was at the bottom with very little sauce. My partner found something hard in their beef toastie which seemed to be a part of a bone. Staff were very good despite everything. Food was disappointing for the price that you pay and it’s a massive downgrade from what it was.

03/09/2025: The food is delicious, the service is very nice and friendly, it has a great vibe and the prices are great. We also received a free sweet reward in the form of a caramel cookie, I love it. I recommend 10 out of 10!!

28/08/2025: We just stopped in a full hour before their published closing time, looking for coffee because we had a long drive ahead. The owners were closing up. They had no interest in helping us. I can only conclude that they have no interest in new business.

12/07/2025: A fabulous mixed tandoori platter, watching Gaelic football for the first time. A variety of seating areas -- at the bar, in the lounge, or outside under the sun umbrellas. Fantastic staff, excellent food, a grand experience.

13/10/2025: Nice local. Actually has a couple of interesting beers on draught (Larkin 4% IPA was particularly nice) A friendly unpretentious place.

26/09/2025: I had booked my sisters 21st surprise birthday party. I can say from the day I booked it we were made so welcome to the pub. Thanks to the boss and the staff for the best night. The function room and venue was amazing and ideal for us. Great for christening party etc. would highly recommend. Couldn’t Thank yous enough.

12/09/2025: First time calling to this restaurant and I have to say I was really pleasantly surprised, the staff were really friendly and very good fun, put me in good humour. The coffee I had was possibly the best coffee I've ever had. The breakfast was amazing and kept me going for the day. If your in the area, give this place a try, you won't be disappointed

25/08/2025: Not a coffee house. Coffee made in machine taste like dish water €7 for two. Better off going to a petrol station

05/09/2025: The Grain Store is a cozy and inviting restaurant in Ireland, perfect for any occasion. The outdoor seating is lovely on a sunny day, while the fireplace creates a warm, welcoming atmosphere indoors. Great food, excellent service, and plenty of charm make it a spot worth visiting.

20/11/2025: The chicken noodle soup is so bland, it really shouldn’t be on the menu.

10/11/2025: Nice food and lovely staff. The outdoor heater were not working so it got a bit nippy but we enjoyed our food.Prices are reasonable.

27/08/2025: Popped into Delightfully Delicious for an early Sunday morning breakfast while in Arklow , and was so glad I did. The food was extremely tasty, with great friendly service from all the staff in a relaxing atmosphere. If you are looking for somewhere to eat in Arklow, I highly recommend Delightfully Delicious.
