05/06/2025: We stumbled upon this place through Google and were really hungry. Unbelievable. They only serve breakfast until 12:00. But we must have looked so starved that they offered us proper food. The food is amazing. The portions are really large. The service is so friendly. The prices are absolutely reasonable. Thanks for the service.

14/06/2025: A cute chic retaurant in Donegal town. I was struggling to find vegan food in Donegal and Blás pulled through. I got “The Healthy Bowl” with falafel and it was a little bland but had lots of good veggies. It comes with 1 falafel and if you opt not to get cheese they’ll add an extra one. Doesn’t completely fill you up but still a great option. Thanks Blás!

14/06/2025: Fantastic place. The best steak I ever had. That cheese cake was delicious 😋. Staff So So Nice I think you should pay Staff more money. It was my last Hotel stay on a Mizen Head to Malin along the Wild Atlantic Way. What a fantastic Hotel stay to finish a fab road trip over 2000 miles round trip.

10/07/2025: ⸻ A very cosy and delicious place in Ballybofey! They always serve fresh, high-quality food — from hearty burgers to light salads. I really enjoyed the warm goat cheese salad with nuts, and the large plate with meats, veggies and mixed salads — everything was well prepared and beautifully presented. Friendly staff and a lovely atmosphere. I’ll definitely come back!

21/06/2025: A great local restaurant with super staff and beautiful food. I had a breakfast bagel which was really nice and the coffee is very good. Slightly hidden off the main street, it is well worth visiting.

14/07/2025: Shocking. Went in Valentine’s Day 2025 & got a phone call 20 minutes prior booking that there is a power outage. Ruined Valentine’s Day for me and my partner. Thought I’d give them another chance on my 30th birthday which was on the 12th July. Arrived at 5:15, table booked for 5pm. Restaurant yet again lost power. Left a family of 12 including a 2 year old stuck for anything to eat. To my disgust the 1st time, Railway have yet to offer any compensation. Today I’ve just received an email saying “thanks for visiting, please leave a review”.. Safe to say I will never be back. 30th birthday was ruined. Birthday cake ruined. Of course il never hear from them to offer any condolences but instead they ask me to leave a review :)

I had the fish and chips, which were perfectly battered, accompanied by a fabulous side salad. The service was top-notch. The atmosphere was very welcoming, and the decor was stylish. I would highly recommend it.

02/07/2025: I was recently in Dunfanaghy for two nights and after 8 days in Donegal, I had my best meal of the entire trip in this bar! It was totally unexpected, because I'll be honest, when I walked in, it wasn't the vibe I wanted. There's several TVs and the music was quite loud, so it very much has the atmosphere of a sports bar. Nevertheless, I parked myself at the bar and ordered dinner and OMG. I had the seabass and it was literally the best meal I have had in a LONG time. I mean, it was so good that I am still thinking about over a week later and felt the need to write a review! While it is sort of loud and one of the bartenders wasn't particularly friendly, I would go back in a second to try more of their food. Highly recommend!

23/06/2025: Myself and 8 other family members had food here on Saturday the 21st. There is nothing I could fault about the place. The food was lovely and the service was quick. Would definitely gi back again

20/06/2025: I had my first fish pie and loved it. Tried a new gin (or 2) and a bit of sherry trifle for dessert. Absolutely lovely. The staff were professional and quite friendly. I highly recommend, particularly after a long day of cycling.
