10/10/2026: We had a brilliant evening here for my dad’s 80th birthday. The staff made our night - they went above and beyond with decorations and the service was warm, welcoming and really attentive.
The food was also of an incredibly high standard - especially the seafood specials (the sea trout and sea bass were particular highlights!).
We’ll definitely return!

24/09/2026: I like the avocado toast but the portion is too small, so I had to add a scone. It is such a pleasure. For the first time I tasted a scone that’s fluffy inside and full of buttery flavors. It changed my impression of scones. Definitely worth a visit.

31/07/2026: We, a family of four, were in Glencolmcille for a week and ended up eating here 3 times. There are a couple of other decent restaurants around, but none of them beats this place. Home cooked, delicious food with great depth of flavour. Highly recommend.

10/08/2026: The only issue with this restaurant is trying to decide what to order! After awhile most menus start looking the same, not here! Unique and very well done! I was lucky to start my stay in Donegal here and it's last place when I leave.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

12/10/2026: Popped in for a cuppa on a cold day. Nice spot with friendly staff and a good selection. Had already had lunch so skipped eating but the cakes looked so good we picked some for lunch for our hike the next day. Great fuel that kept us going :)

We were given a table in front of the kitchen (and there was a suitable one free further away) and now our clothes STINK of fat. The waitress was nice but in a terrible hurry and seemed either overworked or overwhelmed or both.
All in all, not horrible at all but I would not go back.

17/10/2026: The food was absolutely delicious! I ordered two starters-the mini seafood platter and the squid starter-along with a coffee and a juice. Everything was super fresh and full of flavor. My companions completely shared my opinion! On top of that, the background music was very pleasant and fit the atmosphere of the place perfectly. I’ll definitely be back and will without a doubt order the exact same thing again! Highly recommended!
