06/04/2026: Absolutely come back had such a fab day. Visiting for easter from bangor co down . Staff fabulous Shane the manager was first class as was luke and all the bar staff. Definitely be back well looked after.

25/03/2026: Usually a great reputation for food, disappointed on this occasion. Has been a long time since eating in Oasis, and came in with great expectation this morning. Coffee machine "wasn't heated up" 15 minutes after opening. We ordered promptly enough though, and waited for some very, very poor coffees. I took one sip of an Americano and that was all I was able for. It was dreadful, and burnt. My partner managed to drink her cappuccino, but the burnt milk wasn't great either, also managed to see the steam wand on the machine not cleaned and coated very heavily in milk well after it being used. Safe to say this establishment could really do with investing in some coffee training. The full breakfast, listed as the full grill on the menu, was pretty good, to be fair. It was plated really silly on a chopping board though. It would have looked a damn sight better on a plate. There's no need for a chopping board, tiny jug of beans, and a small basket of chips. Plate it better on an actual plate and you're onto a winner of a breakfast. It was tasty, and no real complaints about it otherwise. The eggs benedict was a real let down with over-toasted muffin, dried up hollandaise sauce, and over-cooked poached eggs that looked like they'd been sitting for ten minutes prior to being served. Service was poor enough, we waited about half an hour overall for the food to arrive, and it nearly felt the same length of time waiting to pay in an otherwise fairly empty place. The brunch menu itself has great potential, and the Oasis usually has a great reputation for food. Will put the eggs benedict down to a bad day, but the coffee was the really terrible and put a real downer on it all personally.

04/11/2025: Can only rate the restaurant/pub. We were five people who stayed in the area for a week. Went to the place twice to enjoy some nice and delicious food.Nice and varied choice. Very friendly and accommodating staff.

27/01/2026: Nice little restaurant, simple menu but what they cook is delicious. Staff were on top of everything, food came out quickly. I had a BBQ bacon burger and it's was just fantastic. Can get quite busy and not to much space inside but worth the que if there is one!

12/04/2026: From the moment we arrived until we left, our experience was 5 star! The reception staff we met - Sharon, Teresa and Joan, were so friendly and helpful, and couldn't do enough for us. Our room was spotless and very comfortable. If we were being picky, it would benefit from a mini fridge. Breakfast was amazing! The staff again were so helpful, especially Sarah. My partner asked for her breakfast to be cooked in a particular way and it was no bother to the staff at all. We had an evening meal on one of our evenings. The menu was extensive and food excellent! The hotel has recently been refurbished and it is a joy to stay in. We can't wait to return.

12/04/2026: We only food and drinks her so can not comment the accommodation. The food was excellent and all of our party agreed. The menu has something for everyone.The staff were very polite and courteous. The hotel is very tastefully decorated. The bar is very cosy and welcoming. Well worth a visit when out this way.

08/01/2026: I went to the highlands hotel quite a few times now for my work travelling. Staff are really friendly and nice. Room is decent and comfortable. As a French guy maybe I have really high standards for food but drinks and starters and mains are really good (thaï curry is average, should remove it from menu). Desserts are mid for my opinion it’s a shame but overall very nice hotel and experience.

14/03/2026: We were given vouchers for here and it was our first visit. The food was incredible, quality ingredients and options. The service was fine, I didn't get a drink I ordered but that's not the end of the world. Highly recommended.

19/11/2025: The Salty fox is on the way up to Tullan Strand. They do a lovely breakfast and lunch. There toasties are very tasty and served with a small side salad with some crisps great if you have been walking and you feel hungry. The staff are really nice and make you feel so welcome. If your up that way you should give it a try once you have been you will want to go back.

30/03/2026: 1st time staying at the Waterfront Hotel on our 1st motorbike trip of the season. In short, did not disappoint! I had a small but very cozy room all to myself for what I thought was a pretty reasonable price. The view of the Atlantic and nearby islands was stunning. Had all 4 seasons in a day. So chose to drink at the bar downstairs and eat at the restaurant. Bar staff were all super friendly and professional. The food was good too with some great highlights, namely the steak sandwich, most of all the sea food and the Creme Brulee with white chocolate and served with a berry compote - best ever. Housekeeping was on the ball too. Plenty of free parking available onsite. The breakfast that was included was top notch as well.

12/11/2025: Tasty pizza but on the small side for the price - 15euro - would be fine for an expensive lunch but not filling enough for dinner especially as they skimp on the cheese. The place itself has a nice atmosphere and the staff are friendly and its lovely to be able to sit outside but they would need to serve the pizzas on warm plates because it got cold very quickly.

17/10/2025: Phenomenal! Pizzas, Platters, Desserts, Coffee, Dips and more! Try everything on the menu and you might even have a surprise guest joining you, their pet Robin 😉

17/02/2026: Lovely setting & layout. Friendly and welcoming service was given from start to end. No complaints. Food was lovely and enjoyed by all.
