The best restaurants in Donegal

26/08/2023: Went to visit yesterday and had coffee and cake. I thought the 75 cent surcharge for oat milk was a bit much, but the coffee was very tasty and the cakes were also really good. You can sit nicely inside. We'll definitely be back today :)

26/08/2023: The cake is very tasty, I can especially recommend the orange cake, the carrot cake was a bit too sweet for my taste, but also delicious.

03/02/2024: 10 Stars for this wee Gem.Met a Lovely Young Fella on arrival. Room is at the top so 3 flights of stairs but worth it for the View/Location/comfort. Its on the corner and looks out onto the Diamond.To the left you can see The Castle from the window..Room Has a double and single bed.Clean Towels/Kettle/Tea/Coffee/Iron/board/Small fridge with freezer/Tv/Hairdryer/2 heaters/Cool fan/Table and Stools..And an AMAZING shower...All must of been a recent renovation.Looks new and very well finished.And Lovely and Clean...Entrance private OR through the Bar..So best of both worlds..Never got a chance THIS time to sample the Bar but I'll be back I'm 100percent positive about that.. I'd definitely recommend a stay here..Taking my son next time I go.. Also, worth a mention, sound proofing must of been done.Couldnt hear the Bar at all..Very impressed 👌🏽

01/01/2024: If you visit Buncrana you have to call in to Roddens. It's a very organic place and the regulars are great people. Great bands and music at the weekends.

08/09/2023: Absolutely adorable spot right in the center of Donegal Town. The selection is impressive, gorgeous, and, most importantly, delicious! Coffee, pastries, treats, bread, sandwiches. It is a bit hard to find, as you have to walk through a courtyard off of the main town square. I would recommend adding a sign (flag or sidewalk poster) in addition to the one on the wall.

30/12/2023: I love this place. It is at the centre of the shopping experience. You will always meet somebody to chat, with a lovely treat to eat and drink. The staff are relaxed and accommodating.

As good a quality as city break to Roman Restaurant pizza, that I've had, but on your Knee in the car, in Donegal, LoL😁. Gone in 7mins..... Just missing a Glass of Rioja to wash it down. . Definitely give him a shout.. Lovely Pizza. Only €12.95, For Nothing👌🏻

23/12/2023: This is without question the best, oroper Urish food to be had in the north west. Like the food you would grt in the seventies. Big flowery spuds, bacon, cabbage, fresh fish honemade soup. Sublime. A unique experience
