15/08/2026: We as a family have ate at the oasis several times and would highly recommend it for great food and great staff who are very attentive including the manager who is always making sure everyone is happy and satisfied with their visit. We find it hard to leave letterkenny without a trip to the oasis. Highly recommended. 👌

10/08/2026: Was in here with a friend for dinner. It was lovely m. Food was well presented and served in good time. We had a bottle of wine we didn’t feel rushed it was very relaxed and chilled. I have to give a shout out to one one of the servers called Petey who was an absolute pleasure all evening he was positive and friendly great energy made sure we were ok without invading our space he is a credit to the bar. Such an enjoyable evening all round.

16/07/2026: Popped into Conkers in Ballybofey at the weekend and was really impressed 😊. The place was absolutely jam-packed, which is always a good sign, and there was a great atmosphere with plenty of locals enjoying themselves 👍. We had the chicken goujons and a deli roll, and both were spot on 😋. The goujons were crispy, tender and served with a really tasty dip, while the deli roll was fresh, well-filled and exactly what you want for a satisfying lunch. The staff were friendly, welcoming and kept things moving despite how busy it was 👏. You can tell it's a popular local spot for a reason. Just a note for anyone visiting: parking is available on the street nearby, but it's paid parking. It wasn't an issue for us and there were spaces available 🚗. Overall, great food, friendly service and a lovely local vibe. We'll definitely be back! 🍽️😊

22/07/2026: Simple Simon's is a fantastic spot right in the heart of The Diamond in Donegal Town 📍. Whether you're stopping by for breakfast, lunch, coffee, or a sweet treat, this place has something for everyone. On my visit, I ordered the chicken burger with chips and a cappuccino, and everything was fresh, tasty, and well presented 🍔🍟☕. The portion size was generous and the coffee was excellent. One thing I really liked is that they have a separate deli section with plenty of freshly prepared options, alongside a huge variety of craft beers, spirits. It's a great place to browse if you're looking for something a little different. The café offers both upper and lower deck seating areas, giving plenty of space and a nice atmosphere whether you're grabbing a quick coffee or sitting down for a meal 🪑✨. Their pastries are some of the best in town 🥐😍, but be warned, they sell out quite early because they're so popular! The only thing to note is that there is no dedicated parking directly outside, but there is a paid parking lot nearby which is only a short walk away 🚗. Friendly staff, great food, excellent coffee, amazing pastries, and a central location make Simple Simon's an easy recommendation whenever you're in Donegal Town. 👍😊

01/08/2026: We had a delicious meal! It was super busy; at first, we thought it wouldn't be possible anymore. It turned out it was, but we would have to wait a little while before we could order. We were able to order drinks right away, and not much later as well. It was delicious, and the service was very polite. Several waiters even asked a few times if everything was to our liking. So, despite the peak busyness, everything was perfect!

The new PV Acai van is such a fun new addition for summer and the girls are so helpful and their attention to detail in making your order is just fab!

15/04/2026: We called in there for lunch. The menu is varied and the food was excellent and very good portions. It is in the town centre and has both indoor and outdoor seating.

16/07/2026: We were travelling through to kilcar and stopped to pick up groceries. It had a varied selection of food and we got all we needed.

14/07/2026: For a Supervalue store this has everything you'll need for your local shop or stop off for refreshments while driving through. Toilets also available. Decent off licence alcohol section too.

20/08/2026: I was very shocked to have this desert presented to me. It had fallen apart and had little to no biscuit on the plate . I watched the cheesecakes come out to a group beside me and they were much bigger slices and together . I would also like to add that I was sitting for 20 minutes on my own before the desert came . It was a set menu and desert was to arrive after they collected my main course plate . Workers were walking by me constantly . Nobody asked how my meal was . Eventually someone copped that I was waiting for the desert . There was enough staff to deal with the little crowd in there but I felt ignored . My advice is to show the same care to solo travellers as to groups or couples .

25/07/2026: Was passing through Letterkenny and decided to stop off here. I wasn't expecting much since it was in an entertainment centre, but I was pleasantly surprised. The food was tasty and the drinks were good. But what I really enjoyed was the service. Very polite and accommodating young staff. There was a manager running around and you can tell he cares about how the establishment is perceived and was giving it 100%. The place was packed on a Saturday evening too and full of locals which is always a good sign. A nice atmosphere, good food and pleasant service. I would recommend to anyone staying or passing through Letterkenny.
