05/11/2025: We have always had nice varied meals here. The kids finish their meals for once.

16/10/2025: We went twice in one day. Once for lunch which was nice food and a beer. And at the end of the evening where there was a live band and a lot of drinking.

15/11/2025: This place suffers from the lack of competition in the area. Staff is ok but lack experience. The same can be said about the food. The best part of my dinner was a pint of Guinness. Soup tasted like a dissolved stock cube, wings tasted just with spices and fish was very oily. At least it wasn't expensive! This is how a restaurant does when the only competitor is Apache Pizza.

19/09/2025: I had such a great experience ! The burger was fresh and delicious, full of flavour, and the shawarma was juicy and so yummy. My son is usually very picky with food, but even he loved it .and that says a lot! The whole family enjoyed the meal. Definitely a place we’ll be coming back to. Highly recommend! The best think I like as mom ,the kitchen and the shop is very clean, normally I do t eat outside but I really love to eat or order from here 😁

15/07/2025: Hello. We’d like to share our disappointing experience at your café. We approached a staff member (not sure if they were a cashier or a waiter) to ask about the price of the tiramisu. Unfortunately, they didn’t know and just ran off saying “one moment” — we ended up waiting for about three minutes while they were gone. Eventually, they came back and told us it was €3 for a portion of tiramisu served in a plastic container, around 200 grams. Sadly, the dessert was very disappointing: it was hard in texture, had an overpowering smell of alcohol, and the taste was unpleasant — we couldn’t finish it and had to throw it away. Moreover, no one told us if we were allowed to sit anywhere, so we ended up eating on a worn-out bench in the shopping centre. We also had to ask for spoons separately. Overall, there was no proper service and the quality of the food was extremely poor.

19/10/2025: Delicious evening meal made all the more enjoyable by the warm and friendly staff. Duck and lamb were superb.

25/09/2025: We were traveling from the States and this was the best food so far. The atmosphere was welcoming and the staff was kind and helpful, and it was the best fish n chips I think I’ve ever had! Thank you!

01/09/2025: We were there on Sunday for day 2 of a wedding, it was absolutely amazing ,food was top class.Tamara greeted us and looked after us very well.

05/09/2025: Just the best value-for-price Coffee place we visited in 2 weeks in Ireland , and we stopped at least twice a day for a coffee.

25/11/2025: Ate dinner here while we were staying at the hotel and we had a fab meal. All of the food was tasty and we would recommend the Prawn and Salmon Starter, Sausages and Mash and Seafood Linguini. Also it was great to try a few cocktails from the menu which was quite extensive and reasonably priced drinks. It was a family member's birthday the night we ate here and the team all got involved in bringing out the cake and singing happy birthday which was a lovely touch and really appreciated.

13/09/2025: My all time favorite Chinese take away and restaurant. Food amazing, atmosphere good staff very attentive and helpful. We ate in this time. The restaurant is clean and the take away is also very highly recommended.

05/08/2025: You don't want to miss the Golden Palace Chinese in Dungloe! The food is absolutely incredible—I can honestly say it's some of the best Chinese food I've had in a very long time. ​Beyond the delicious food, the staff are wonderfully friendly and welcoming. They make the dining experience even more enjoyable with their warm and attentive service. Whether you're a local or just passing through, this is a must-visit spot for a fantastic meal and great atmosphere. Highly recommended! We will be back again soon.

18/10/2025: I could not fault the rendezvous. We have been there for food as a family and we recently just celebrated my daughters 2nd birthday. We had a fantastic spread of finger food for 10 adults, fabulous variety and gorgeous quality. We were looked after by Josh from the booking to paying the bill and I could not find fault in the whole day. The service was impeccable the food was exceptional and nothing we asked for was too much. The extra attention to detail given to the kids with colouring and ice cream which was really appreciated. Compliments to the chef on a beautiful spread of food. We've also eaten from the main menu previously and the options were fantastic, an option for all. Definitely somewhere to go for a party, a few drinks or a Sunday/Saturday afternoon.
