11/05/2025: Website is a little confusing as it lists only their Letterkenny location (and they’re a mobile truck, I could have imagined they don’t stay in one place!). I was able to find them just fine in Donegal though

18/08/2025: Great food! We had the seafood chowder and Prawn salmon salad. The staff was lovely. Highly recommend!

03/08/2025: We visited this place on the August Bank Holiday weekend as it was recommended by a local. The food was superb. We ate some seafood chowder and toasted sandwiches. Everything was so well seasoned. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend a visit and can't wait to return.

11/09/2025: I rarely get to go out for dinner and was seriously let down when I ordered steak and it was not cooked properly 3 times in a row. Asked for rare and recieved well done, medium well and blue before sending it back and leaving. Did not get to have dinner out as I had already wasted over an hour waiting for a chef to cook a single steak. Very disappointed.

07/08/2025: We stopped by for a couple of Guinness and really enjoyed this place. Very nice atmosphere and friendly bar tenders.

05/06/2025: Went to Inish fushion this evening with family. 04/06/25. Can't fault anything at all with the place. Very quaint and homely. Food was delicious and served by very friendly staff. Great choices on the menu. Definitely worth trying again to test some more desserts😊. Reasonable priced also.

01/06/2025: Great visit, and friendly, attentive staff. Starter was prawns and noodles, which was beautiful We had the steak special on sat night , which was beautiful well presented and sizzling hot. Desserts was Berry meringues, and ice cream. Thank you for a beautiful meal.

30/07/2025: I cannot recommend this place enough if your looking for cocktails. They are so reasonably priced with even a deal of 2 for 12 euros. They taste amazing the staff is lovely and best part is you can even get them to take away. Love going here every year while holidaying in bundoran

21/08/2025: Dropped in to Luca's without a booking and was easily accommodated with my 2 boys 12yrs old. We had pizza's which were very tasty and enjoyed by all. Empty plates all round. Staff are very friendly and polite. When I'm in Letterkenny again I will be stopping by again.

03/08/2025: Hidden gem in letterkenny. It's not often you can leave a resteraunt feeling impressed all round. Lovely ambient setting. Staff very attentive . Polite . Watching them work as a team was impressive. Food is slightly on the expensive side but well worth it. Large portions. I opted for the texan bbq burger and skinny fries. Well cooked and presentation was on form. I will definitely be back.

09/06/2025: Great bar for live sports with all their screens. Great for live music at the weekends. One of the best pints of Guinness was had here. Staff are very accommodating.

08/07/2025: Came in this morning before setting off to Dublin Port and wanted a nice cup of tea and something to eat. My goodness did I get it. The sausage O’Muffin was perfection. Thanks for having us!

29/06/2025: Food lovely but dear, Service leaves a lot to be desired, slow to serve food

05/05/2025: Came with my fiancée. Despite We were ignored for the first five minutes after entering the restaurant. The food is where I’m really confused. I had the mussels to start — they came in a lovely pot designed to keep the heat in, but the mussels were cold. Some had broken shells and hadn’t been cleaned properly. I had to stop eating them because they were cold and barely coated in a thin layer of sauce. Nobody came back to check on us during the starter. I ordered the fillet steak with crispy red onion rings. The steak was perfectly cooked and fell apart — really well done. The onion rings were so nice I ordered more, but when the second batch came out, they were cold, dry, and clearly not fresh. When we went to pay the bill, we weren’t even asked if we enjoyed our meal. The mussels were still on the bill, even though we told the waiter they tasted off. We felt very unwelcome the entire time, likely because we weren’t locals. I’d avoid this place if you want cold food and warm drinks.

27/04/2025: We had such a wonderful dinner here last Wednesday celebrating my daughterJennifer and Jorges wedding. This was the first celebration of their wedding and Fergal and everyone at the Boathouse made it so special where we gathered for dinner with Jorges family from La Nucia, Spain. Perfect venue with great food, beautiful location and relaxed atmosphere. Special thanks to Patrick too.

09/05/2025: It is a great place for a takeaway, I ordered a medium munch box and it was absolutely huge, A family of 4 couldn't finish it completely, An extra portion of noodles included and massive sauce, will defo come back with the next visit

29/08/2025: If I could only package up BRAW and send it wholesale to be near me in London then I would (Buncrana, you find no gentleman in me)! It’s such a brilliant outfit: quality product, fair pricing, exceptional customer service and amazing coffee at the heart of it all. BRAW could certainly teach London coffee retailers a thing or two about how to look after people. I was back from London for a few days and visited every day. They remembered my order, took time to chat to me, and even provided me with an umbrella, a flattened box and a towel so that I might sit happily in the rain with my breakfast. The last time I sat on a towel in Buncrana was in Sr. Peter’s class in the ‘Baby School’ 1972 when I would do so on a regular basis because I was unable to reach the high door handle and would soil myself as I was too shy to ask permission to go to the outside toilets. No such problem at BRAW, I hasten to add - and that towel can be used again! Well done to all the team. I definitely will be back.
