07/09/2026: Popped in to get out of the rain on a trip across the lough swilly on the ferry. Delicious seafood chowder that was plentiful with salmon, cod, mussels, maybe prawns and squid l, too; just can’t recall exactly. Great service and decent prices with an unbeatable view where we sat at the big window overlooking the lough.

24/05/2026: Omg. From the first minute we stepped inside we were treated like royalty. Nothing was too much trouble. The accommodation the food and the service was excellent. They grow and use their own products. Our bedroom was in the main house. Outstanding. Had a wee look around the grounds and the Spa, Wellness house. So tranquil and lovely. Will definitely be back and thank you for making our time there so special.

10/08/2026: We stayed a couple of nights at the house and everything was perfect. We were two families of 6 people and we could fit perfectly. The house is pretty, everything was very clean and we really enjoyed our stay. The kitchen is fully furnished and we could prepare dinner for the 12 of us . Enda is a very nice host, he was always available to help us and reacted immediately when we needed his help. Self check in went very smoothly. I strongly recommend this house 🙂

17/08/2026: I absolutely loved our visit to the Eclipse Cinema. It was such an impressive set up, brilliant friendly staff, very reasonable my prices and a whole variety of additional extras not usually found at most cinemas - pizza, hot dogs, sweet popcorn, wine, pool table, arcade games, and food delivered to your screen. Also I loved how classy the staff were dressed and the overall aesthetics of the cinema. Very impressive to the eye & then add very friendly staff to meet and greet you. Eclipse cinema is top of my list & it will be hard for any other cinema in the country to come close to it. Also in speaking with a girl called Kerry, a member of staff who has worked there for many years, she informed me that the cinema is Irish owned & for me that is the icing on the cake! Top class spot. Well done to all who own, manage & work here! Ye are doing a fab job 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

12/10/2026: I called with Marc Brown manager of filling station today he was kind enough to call me when I left my number last week with him . I got ADD BLUE last Monday 5th Oct. . There was a leek in ADD BLUE pipe from the pump however this damaged my overcoat badly when filling , and from him looking at it today he agreed if was done. 👍 Im told to come back next week when he speaks to his boss and get compensated for it . Thank you Marc see you Monday next 🎶👍

31/08/2026: I hate to say this but the supermac beef patties are terrible, the bread and dressings perfect. I had heard how great this place was but as fore I was disappointed. Now I hear the chicken is much better so I will be giving it another go. But definitely not the burgers.

18/09/2026: Patsy Dan's bar was the first and best pub of our Ireland trip. It had a really special atmosphere with beautiful music and friendly people. We thoroughly enjoyed watching and listening to the musicians. As an added bonus, we were allowed to spend the night in our campervan in the parking lot without any hassle. We highly recommend a visit.

04/09/2026: I was the only customer on a very quiet Thursday afternoon so no atmosphere to speak of (though I can imagine 10 pm on a Friday night would tell a different story). Excellent Guinness!

15/05/2026: The hotel and staff were amazing! Great bar/restaurant and breakfast area. Just a short walk to St Eunan’s Cathedral. And get some seafood chowder at The Brewery Bar on the way back to Dillon’s. I loved my experience in Letterkenny.

07/05/2026: Just back from a two night stay in Dillon's, it's a lovely hotel and right smack in the middle of Letterkenny and the bars and restaurants. We ate in Dillon's last night and the food was delicious as was breakfast this morning. But Dillon's best asset is their staff, they are a friendly, helpful bunch and deserve praise. Their attitude made our visit even better. Thankyou 🤗

23/08/2026: Incredible meal! The food is of the highest quality, with so much flavour and nuance. Slight misshap when given a not chilled bottle of white wine, but when we mentioned they immediately sorted this without any difficulty. Honestly so great, 100% recommend!!

15/08/2026: I really enjoyed going there! The staff was really friendly and the food was delicious. I ordered a burger there and I highly recommend it! I met the chef there,Nadine who managed to make my burger tasty and a piece of art at the same time

09/07/2026: Homely food, a warm and welcoming atmosphere, and fantastic value for money. I’ve been coming here for over a decade and have never had a bad experience. The menu offers a great variety, and every dish is consistently delicious. I absolutely love the Hawaiian Burger! I couldn’t recommend this place more highly.

21/08/2026: The restaurant is in a lovely location and the decor is beautiful, so we had high hopes. Unfortunately, the service really let the experience down. We were waiting a long time for both drinks and food, and the overall service felt quite slow. When the food eventually arrived, the pasta wasn’t cooked properly, while both the prawns and salmon were overcooked. It was disappointing, especially considering how nice the setting is.

07/10/2026: Cosy Corner is definitely worth the trip! The food is excellent, and I was genuinely impressed by the flavours and quality. I tried the Thai stir-fry noodles and the onion rings, and both were absolutely brilliant — fresh, tasty, and full of flavour. The onion rings in particular were spot on! 😋 The location is a little away from the main road and tucked in around the factory/industrial area, so it may not be somewhere you simply stumble upon. But don’t let the location put you off — take a spin over and give it a try! It’s well worth discovering. There’s a nice variety on the menu too, so I’d definitely recommend trying different dishes rather than sticking to just one favourite. It feels like the kind of place where you can keep coming back and exploring something new each time. Great food, generous variety, and definitely a place worth checking out. Highly recommended — especially if you enjoy trying different flavours and something a little different! 👌🍜

04/05/2026: The only place we found open late for dinner. Good prices, generous portions, and a takeaway option. They have everything you could possibly need. Highly recommended!

12/05/2026: Our wedding day at this stunning country house hotel was nothing short of magnificent. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and wonderfully down‑to‑earth throughout the entire experience. Caroline is a fantastic manager. The venue itself feels like something lifted straight from a Jane Austen novel, full of charm and quiet grandeur. The grounds are beautifully kept and are picture‑perfect backdrops. Inside, the period‑style rooms and roaring fire create an atmosphere that is both cosy and timeless. The food was out of this world, and the service was truly second to none. Memories we will treasure forever.
