26/12/2024: Exquisite authentic Curries; great juicy burgers & delicious fish & chips! The pizza is really good too, with a homemade dough and great toppings.

06/12/2024: Esta es mi sincera opinión sobre este lugar: Comida - la comida que pedí aquí era una hamburguesa de carne (con queso) y patatas fritas. Por 21€ está en el lado más caro. La hamburguesa, sin embargo, se cocinó perfectamente. La hamburguesa estaba jugosa, sazonada muy bien y era una de las mejores hamburguesas que he probado. Las papas fritas eran piel congelada estándar en papas fritas, sin embargo, eran encantadoras. El precio es bastante caro para lo que es. Yo diría que 18€ sería un precio justo para la hamburguesa. Servicio - el servicio era genial. Fue una noche tranquila y a su vez, el personal fue muy atento y siempre se aseguró de que nos cuidaran. Aquí no hay ningún problema. Ambiente - es un ambiente encantador cuando entras en el bar. La decoración realmente le da una sensación acogedora y con la adición de decoraciones navideñas, fue una sensación cálida en general. La música era un poco fuerte, pero aparte de esto, es un pequeño lugar agradable. En general, diría que si te alojas en el hotel, vale la pena probarlo. La comida era buena, el servicio era bueno y en general, ningún problema en absoluto. Sin embargo, parece que cierra bastante temprano, así que asegúrese de estar allí antes de las 9 pm para tener tiempo para comer y tomar una copa.

14/01/2025: We love this place when in Buncrana. Great atmosphere, great friendly fast service and the Guinness and Heineken are lovely. The Main Street cafe next door does a great all day Irish breakfast and I love the eggs Benedict. Great place to watch any sporting event and a must when in Buncrana.

09/03/2025: Pizza was amazing! Service was friendly and efficient. Will definitely return. We had no reservation and it was very busy however we were lucky enough to get a table. Great menu, a la carte and pizza. We had the bbq chicken pizza it was so tasty, and massive portion. Waitress very friendly and helpful.

22/02/2025: I very rarely review restaurants. I had to review this one because we ordered from Zezze's based on the very good reviews but we were surprisingly really disappointed. We went for the €26 deal, which includes two 10" pizzas, one 10" garlic bread, two bags of chips and two garlic mayos. If the food was good, this would have been a good deal. The pizzas and garlic bread were burnt and tasted like cardboard. Very different from the other review photos. The chips were decent, though. Every restaurant can have an off night but you wouldn't expect it to be so off with so many great reviews and this was really off. Won't be back. Staff were pleasant.

11/04/2025: From the moment we arrived, it was obvious this hotel struggles with leadership and basic service. Rooms were not cleaned, towels weren’t replaced, and everything felt dusty. The spa was an extra charge (understandable), but visits were limited to 90 minutes, with steep fees for extending time. Breakfast was chaotic—we waited over an hour for food and didn’t bother returning the next day. There’s no restaurant on-site. Instead, meals are served at The Church, a separate venue outside the hotel grounds. Lounge areas were completely unattended—no menus, no staff. We had to track someone down just to get a drink, which was brought over from the external restaurant. The bar only started functioning properly on our second night. The lift didn’t work, so we had to haul our luggage upstairs manually. Most disappointing of all, our request for a birthday dinner in the Old House—something staff originally said was possible—was flat-out dismissed by management. We ended up cancelling our spa and afternoon tea bookings and nearly left after the first night. While the property itself looks impressive, the experience was far from it. Read the bad reviews,and book elsewhere.

19/02/2025: On my first visit a few weeks ago to the Honeypot I was firstly blown away by the amazing service from all the staff but especially our lovely server Margaret as she could not have been anymore helpful if she tried… I am gluten free and a lot of premises are either not very knowledgeable or helpful but this was not the case with Margaret as she went above and beyond explaining what I could and could not have and also giving me various options and oh my the food was absolutely tantalising… It’s so good we are going again over the coming days… So if you want good food great service and a cosy atmosphere drop in to the Honeypot!!

21/03/2025: Inish Fusion has recently revamped their interior & it’s just lovely. Great ambience with extremely pleasant staff who are knowledgeable about the dishes on offer . Midweek there’s an option to BYOB & avail of an early bird menu which makes it exceptional value for money . Cannot recommend Inish Fusion enough …the chefs take extreme pride in their work & presentation. You’ll not be disappointed!

13/04/2025: The most wonderful fish and chips I've had in a very very long time, haddock was soft light but perfectly crispy and flaky with an exquisite tartar sauce and a bed of perfectly cooked chips! Adele truly rolled in the deep(fryer) with with this one and emerged a perfect fish and chips! Staff were very friendly, welcoming and great craic! Loved every bite and will certainly be back for more!

06/04/2025: Always a good feed in Mr chippie on trips to Letterkenny. Staff are so friendly and welcoming atmosphere. I had the spice box which was lovely still full hours later
