01/10/2026: Great campervan parking with great facilities.

20/09/2026: We had a great one night stay at the back of the pub where they are set up for motorhomes and vans! They charge €15 a night to park and use the shower and toilets and you can pay another €15 to use electricity. It was very quiet with only one other van in late September. We enjoyed a lovely Guinness in the pub with a gorgeous log fire and friendly locals, would highly recommend it. Thank you Lisa for making us feel so welcome.

05/05/2026: We stayed over a long weekend for a family event and the location, accommodation, facilities and service made it a special occasion. We cant recommend corcreggan mill enough and will certainly be back to enjoy a further stay

04/09/2026: Quick and professional service, delicious food. Affordable. We are big fans of Irish breakfast and Friars' one was a good shot. Very happy with coffee too.

30/08/2026: Had a Good Plate of Fish and Chips there Today at a well Recommended Local Chip Shop a Great Place to Eat In at, With very Good Service.

17/02/2026: Took our daughter there for a 21st birthday treat. Our 2nd visit but first overnight stay. She has additional needs and was made to feel like a princess. Had scones and coffee/tea in the afternoon, while we waited for the rest of our party. Pre dinner drinks by the fire. We had a very good meal and returned to the bar area where we sat and drank until bedtime. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good. I had the full irish, daughter had pancakes with lots of fruit and honey. I also had melon and was too stuffed for breakfast scones. Our daughter was able to get upstairs with help but had to come down on her bottom, so if you can't manage stairs be aware. Overall, a very good experience, one we enjoyed immensely.

01/05/2026: Absolutely perfect. Huge room. Very warm. Clean bedding. Great location just across from the beach. Friendly staff and nice atmosphere in the bar area too. I highly recommend! I would definitely return

26/09/2026: Unfortunately they don't offer vegan options (like the Green Burger) anymore. The Guinness is very good and the stuff is very helpfull and friendly.

22/09/2026: Must have hit unlucky here with all the good reviews, went in for a drink, don't get me wrong, the staff were friendly but where we sat, there was an awful stench that put us off the idea of eating anything there. We were seated just in the door on shabby cream seats that were stretching their seams, the pint of Heineken that had went flat quickly and we decided to drink up quickly and get out of there.

09/08/2026: We came here after hiking Errigal and stopped in for some food. busy Saturday and even though we had no booking, the staff were so accommodating and managed to get us a table for 5. The lady with the blonde hair (I never got her name!) was absolutely brilliant and so friendly. The food was honestly delicious, every plate was licked clean! 😂 If you’re ever passing through Donegal, definitely give this place a try. Thanks a million guys, we’ll definitely be back again when we’re passing through Donegal! ⭐️

15/07/2026: We discovered this restaurant quite by chance and are so glad we did. The beautiful and cozy atmosphere won us over the moment we walked in. The food was simply fantastic – delicious, freshly prepared, and beautifully presented. Every course was a delight. Special praise goes to our waitress: she was incredibly attentive, warm, and had a wonderful sense of humor. Her friendly manner contributed significantly to our thoroughly enjoyable and relaxing evening. If we're ever in the area again, we'll definitely be back. We wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant and are so happy we found this little gem. Thank you for a wonderful evening!

12/10/2026: I called with Marc Brown manager of filling station today he was kind enough to call me when I left my number last week with him . I got ADD BLUE last Monday 5th Oct. . There was a leek in ADD BLUE pipe from the pump however this damaged my overcoat badly when filling , and from him looking at it today he agreed if was done. 👍 Im told to come back next week when he speaks to his boss and get compensated for it . Thank you Marc see you Monday next 🎶👍

31/08/2026: Food was cold and reheated and the lady at the counter said they had no ice cream left after we had placed an order of two ice cream, so she gave us a refund, and then 5 mins later we were sat eating our food and she served someone 3 ice creams. 20 mins later she served 2 other people ice cream. Very annoyed by this . why is say no to us and then serve multiple people. My friend waited 30 mins for a nugget and chip , ( it's 9:30 at night by the way. Still had a good bit of staff on and they all were standing there....) when I went up to flag this issue they said oh the Order was sitting on the counter and this staff member said oh ye I just found that lying there I will drop it down to you In a few mins. Very poor customer service overall

20/08/2026: Great little pub in Donegal Town tucked away from the town centre. Staff are great craic and the pints are amazing. Would recommend for the authentic local experience.

15/07/2026: Tasty coffee and The flashing lights were really cool. There was a playful sense of fun in the decor and it was extremely large buttons that you should not press under any circumstances ever I like it. popular with the locals so they must be doing something right😉

11/06/2026: Nice coffee, pleasant staff, young 'vibe'. Comfortable, clean and fast service. Lots of well behaved young folk there - nice to see.

18/09/2026: Falafel wrap was nice but the staff were incredibly rude to me and my friend both times we went in , guy in the shop at the back made us feel really uncomfortable with how he was watching us clearly thought we were going to steal something and ended up not buying a cool hat cause I did not want to interact with him, friend asked if the cheese and onion quiche was veggie just to be sure and the lady said “yeah it’s cheese and onion “ and rolled her eyes ,god forbid someone asks a simple question at simple Simon’s I guess 😛

08/09/2026: Paid €15 for a take away ham & cheese sandwich. It was handed to me in a grease-stained box. It consisted of a chunk of thick, tasteless, old foccacia bread with a sliver of fatty ham, a tiny slice of cheese and lots of lettuce and thickly sliced onion, dry as a bone. Awful. I wanted to return most of it the next morning but they were closed. If you can't get a ham & cheese sandwich right there is no hope.

13/08/2026: Food was great, so were staff and restaurant was looked great. Portions and price very reasonable.
