30/09/2025: We spent our last night in Ireland enjoying the wonderful food, atmosphere and Irish hospitality with Maggie and her delightful staff here in Galway.
The starters this evening were unforgettable! Be sure to visit and make reservations in advance!

16/10/2025: Great vegetarian choices. We've tried all starters and dips - beautiful pickled lime! The saag aloo, jalfrezi and mushroom rice was beautiful. And also the almond & raisin Naan. Delivery was very fast, considering we live a bit far. Whenever we go there for collection, the staff are always most friendly and kind too.

09/08/2025: Don't let the rather bland exterior fool you as behind the facade is a 5 star family run hotel and restaurant serving some of the finest food I have tasted. Lovely to relax in the Green room with lovely views after your meal. Pet friendly a real deal maker!!
08/08/2025: A very nice little hotel with tastefully furnished rooms, comfortable beds, newly renovated, a modern bathroom, a good breakfast buffet (you can order an extra breakfast), excellent taste, and everything prepared with love. Highly recommended.

We had been out exploring all day and wanted a good warm meal on a chilly Irish fall day when we got back into town and this pub certainly filled that need! The wait staff and manager were very attentive and the locals were so friendly and pleasant to speak with! They were also super accommodating of our 7 month old!

21/10/2025: Great place for lunch at the mid-point of seeing InisMor. These ladies are great cooks and well-organized! The Guinness Beef Stew is a no-brainer...as is a serving size bottle of white wine.

12/08/2025: I visited Niche Café and tried the Iced Matcha Strawberry — it was perfect. They really know how to make matcha right. I love that you can customise it to your taste, choosing your own milk and flavour. A great spot for matcha lovers.

13/10/2025: We had a lovely weekend stay at the Connemara coast hotel The staff were very friendly and helpful especially Ciarán who attended us at breakfast. He spoke in Irish as he served us , I really enjoyed our conversation as Ciarán was the only person who spoke to us in irish during our stay in Connemara .

03/10/2025: We are a gay male couple in our mid sixties. I checked earlier to ask if they had a table for two at 7:30. Was told they would take care of us. When we arrived they said they do not take reservations. When we arrived we had a short wait to be seated In which time a single showed behind. We were seated at a rear bar that sat two not a table. When I asked if we could have a table was told none available. Two minutes later I walked to restroom and saw one available and the person behind us was seated alone in a booth. Didn’t want to make a fuss but felt we were not treated very well. maybe not that gay friendly an establishment. Would not recommend. Wait staff fine.
