26/09/2025: After one too many toasties I treated myself to a proper dinner and had the chicken dish. It was so delicious. I couldn’t get enough of the sauce that was with it. Amazing.

26/09/2025: Really really fab restaurant. Staff, food and ambience were all ten out of ten. Came here with a group and Sandra and all her staff looked after us to no end. The food was just perfect. Very much hope to be back. Thank you so much :) <3

20/03/2026: Very disappointing experience, mainly due to the service. The food was average at best — the meat didn’t taste fresh and the coffee was served barely warm. However, the most unacceptable part was the staff’s behaviour. After taking our order, they openly discussed it among themselves and commented on how little we ordered, assuming we wouldn’t understand their language. This is highly unprofessional and disrespectful. There is no requirement for guests to order a certain amount, and even if someone orders just a coffee, they should be treated with basic respect. I left feeling uncomfortable and disappointed. This level of service is not acceptable.

30/09/2025: This place is a good option to stay near Galway, the room is fine, nothing special very simple and require some basic renovation, our stay was pleasant but for what we payed we probably could find something much better and closer to town. The best here is the restaurant and the staff, even if didn't have dinner due it was fully booked the night we stayed, we had breakfast there next day and it was really good. Parking is small but enough, we had to wait for a while to be able to park but is included with no extra cost which is fine.

19/03/2026: Really beautiful old school hotel. All the staff are lovely, from the two ladies who checked me in to the young man who served me breakfast. Had a great night sleep in a very comfortable room and overall a great experience.

23/12/2025: Only found this gem few months ago even though is open few years, quickly became a favourite. Welcoming, beautifully furnished, great food, great service and clean services. What more would you want for.

26/12/2025: Every time I have eat in Sullivans the food is absolutely wonderful and I mean that 100%,the staff are top class and look after their customers, it is one of the top class hotels in Ireland because they do the one objective perfect the customer is looked after and customer service is great cheers Declan O Shaughnessy Tubber County Galway
