16/10/2025: Hello, It's a shame that for our last stop we were disappointed by our stay at your hotel. On your advice, we had booked through your website (confirmed by email from you) that breakfast was included. "Tom," I believe, refused us breakfast for the next morning. We had until 9 p.m. for dinner, and we arrived before 9 p.m. You told us the kitchens were closed so we could enjoy your famous pizzas. Finally, the room was very noisy, the window did not at all insulate from the noise of the road next to a very busy road! A shame about our last evening, a bad experience. Night of October 14-15, 2025 I'm not used to reviews, but our travel planner advised us to let you know about our disappointing visit. 05/12/2025: Fabulous experience from start to finish!! Arrived to our table precisely at 6:30 for our dinner reservations…was greeted warmly by the staff. We studied the menu and ordered our dishes….Loved it all!! Shellfish Bisque…excellent Portmagee Crab Bake…yummy Sea. Bream……definitely expertly prepared!! Enjoyed all the staff, knowledgeable, friendly and full of life!! We shared a house made Lemon tart with ice cream and berry compote…2 Irish Coffees!! Highly Recommended!! Thanks Q&C staffers!!!

28/10/2025: We went for dinner and waited just a couple of minutes to get a table, but it was totally worth it. The food was delicious and you could really taste the quality in every dish. Prices were very fair, and the drinks were great value, especially for Ireland. Definitely a place we’ll come back to!

11/01/2026: Went into Salvatores with my partner and because we were not a party of 10 Americans the food was thrown at us. I went outside after the starter and the main course was on the table. Once the main was finished we were given the bill as a load of yanks walked in. I would never go back to it.

11/01/2026: Got a pizza, a carbonara and a mint milkshake. The pizza was dripping in oil and there was a hair. The carbonara was dry and pasta was tough to chew. There was also a bone from the meat in the pasta. The milkshake was not worth the €7 it cost. At no point did a member of staff check on our table after we had received our food to make sure all was okay. For the €45 it cost, you would get much better food elsewhere in Killarney. VERY dissapointed (Did receive food shortly after ordering⭐️)

21/10/2025: Friendly welcome. The view from the launch...priceless. Very clean and tidy. We had a lovely stay.

13/10/2025: My bed had a tilt but was ok otherwise. The service was happy and eager to please. The food was good.

05/10/2025: Stopped in on a roadtrip with family, good pint of Guinness and a great steak with peppercorn sauce - service was very warm, and got the recommendation to head over to the Killarney Grand for a fun night of love music!

14/01/2026: Store and Staff are great. Newly refurbished and lovely store but the bottle bank at entrance and smell is such a turn off. Entrance is filthy and such a let down to shop.

12/10/2025: Really delicious bagels especially the porky one and the donuts are so tasty and hit the spot! Staff are all lovely aswell and coffee is delicious 😋
