07/01/2025: Delicious food. This is a vegetarian's dream. The people are very nice and the place is cozy. There isn't much parking available next to the cafe, but plenty within a few minutes walk.

15/12/2024: Stopped for breakfast with a friend here on a whim and Seed & Soul did not disappoint! What a lovely find. The food was great, the staff lovely and the atmosphere really relaxed. We will be back!

04/10/2025: Nice, older hotel. The hotel has seen better days; the rooms are functional and clean. There's no elevator, but you can have your luggage brought up to your room and back down again. Friendly staff. The breakfast was a bit odd; rolls were counted, and if you wanted more, you were given toast. The selection wasn't great either. But it's fine for a short stay; the location is very central.

24/08/2025: I was very excited to try this place unfortunately it fell very short on the expectations. This was probably our only bad meal in out 9 day trip in ireland. We were sat at a very small table in the back where I barely had space to move back my chair to sit without hitting the person behind me I ordered the chowder and lamb duo, my husband ordered scallops and and a beef dish. Starters were ok. Nothing really wrong with them. The main courses my lamb was very disappointing, it was both overcooked and stone cold, the taste was also off like if it was made in the same pan with fish and not well seasoned. The beef dish was also lacking in seasoning, fat was not rendered. Definitely not a meal worth the price. We decided to skip desert waiters were polite but service was not the best, I did not get a meat knife like my husband did, dishes were very cramped on the table and waiters were having a hard time getting things on and off the table, very awkward.

03/10/2025: The Irish stew was very disappointing, very very watery. They served brown bread with it presumably to soak up the water. This was definitely not a good take on a usually delicious Irish dish. My friend had the ribs which were good. Just don't order the stew.

08/09/2025: We came on a rainy day without a reservation and were lucky to get seated, even if it was at a tiny table. The staff went above and beyond by moving us to a larger one once it opened up. I had the ribeye, which was fine on its own but excellent with the sauce, easily a 5/5. My girlfriend’s salmon spaghetti was the real highlight. Definitely order that if you get a table here. My only complaint is that the food takes a really long time.
