14/10/2025: Had breakfast here with mother, sister and grandmother. Food was delicious, good prices and great service too. Not one complaint. Will definitely return here.

07/10/2025: Disappointing service. It doesn’t cost anything to smile or be remotely friendly. Very cold service.

01/10/2025: The pepperoni sensation bagel is delicious here. I've ordered it in other O'Briens but they just don't do it as well as Nassau does. Service is good too, workers are friendly and usually seem to be in good moods.

26/10/2025: Great bar and fantastic food. Lovely staff and great homecooked meals. A real Irish bar. Staff where very friendly and welcoming. Great atmosphere and will be back again.

14/12/2025: No security on the exterior door. 2 drunk men pounded on our door at 2:00 and spent the rest of the night outside our door. Not sleeping mind you. There was arguing and there was an hour of whisking. Whisking. With a wisk and empty metal bowl. All of this within earshot of reception. Horrible night! I get that it's the party season, but the room overlooking the road with active drunken violence until 3:30 was a lot. No blackout curtains means the street lights fully illuminated the room. And not a chance of a warm shower. I can't believe we paid €190 for one night. Extremely overpriced.

04/11/2025: Room number 12. Terrible room. Dark, small window overlooking a wall and a ventilation pipe that constantly made loud noises. In addition, there were cooking smells coming in from outside, so the window had to remain closed. There was no room service. When we inquired, we were told that the cleaning staff was too busy. Loud door slamming, especially the interior doors. The hotel said someone would contact us. This never happened.

16/11/2025: Couldn't get through on the phone to to place an order so went in person. Nightmare to get parking. Cash only. Placed order was told 30-45 minutes. Waited just over 1 hour. Plenty of people coming in to collect orders so expectations were high. Food: large 3 in 1. Lacking curry sauce, chips were dry. Rice was nice. 2 large spice bags: Bags were filled to the brim. Very spicy. Chips dry. Chicken chunks were dry and hard. Definitely needed curry sauce to takeaway the dryness Extra curry sauce: curry sauce is okay. Chicken balls: chicken was hard, batter was over cooked. Free prawn crackers because we spent over €20. In total it came to €38. I so wanted to enjoy the food here but didn't do won't be back.

24/10/2025: chips were greasy, chicken chow mein was awful, curry was awful and had more onions than chicken. Only order a spice bag from here, everything else is disgusting

16/12/2025: Just love this place the food is freshly cooked exllent and the staff are so friendly and helpful 😋

09/12/2025: It was the only place open on Sunday morning for breakfast at 10am. At €14 I was expecting something decent from the full Irish, however the sausages were horrible if they were 30% sausage it was a lot is my guess. Bacon egg and toast were really the best bits. The fella with his phone on loud across from us capped it off. I would not go back.

07/11/2025: The toilet is always out of service, not good when you have a journey to make after your visit here ... 😢

28/10/2025: Dreadful Starbucks compared to others in Dublin area. The welcome you get is frosty to say the least and the place is dirty inside and out and the washroom / toilet facility has been closed for months - one could speculate that this is because the staff don't want to clean it! Regardless, I do hope the FSAI take notice of this place sooner or later and issue a closure orders until that is resolved. The staff's solution when I needed to take our 3-year old was "just go to the shopping centre" and then "go to Nando's" (a ridiculous suggestion at 10.30 am).

26/07/2025: The Phoenix Park cafe is in a great location. The owners have the luxury of getting a captive audience due to the volume of people visiting the park and the lack of places to eat. I feel that the food has gone downhill. I’ve been consistently disappointed with the last few visits. My last visit was at the end of June. We all ordered lasagne and the food was dry and tasteless. There was a lack of choice of salads on the day that we visited. This restaurant used to be great. It’s a shame.

06/06/2025: ¡Qué caída en desgracia! Hace unos años, este era un lugar increíble para comer con gran variedad y de primera calidad - no es así ahora. Hay poca variedad y mi pan tostado caro era horrible. El pan tostado carecía de queso y era duro como una roca - también puede haber sido cartón. El café no estaba mucho mejor. Los servidores eran agradables, pero no volveré. Esto no habría valido la pena a la mitad del precio.

09/11/2025: Nice food, I got the sandwich of the day, a drink and a hot dessert for a good price. AMAZING customer service. So friendly and helpful, made the experience so much better.

06/10/2025: Despite the quality and friendliness the name itself is an appropriation of the name a specific groups of indigenous people from Turtle Island (North American to white folks) and iconography of multiple unrelated groups, such as the use of the war bonnet of the Plains tribes, which the Apache are not. In addition the generic and mixed sterotypes perpetuate cultural genericization that does not reflect a proper understanding of nor respect for the peoples the chain claims to honor. There is no way to see this as anything but disrespectful and damaging to the Apache and indigenous Americans in general.

17/09/2025: Double espresso and ham & cheese panini at Dublin Airport. The sweet tangy mustard makes it. Absolutely delicious!

02/09/2025: I spent 7.95 euro on a chicken tikka wrap. Absolutely no flavour at all. Utter waste of money. I would never purchase again from shop. I wasn't expecting miracles but a half decent wrap would have been most welcome.
