21/05/2025: I've been coming here for 4 years about 3 or 4 times a week, the staff here are lovely and so kind. Today there's been a violent incident that the security guard yelled at a young mother. This was clearly an act of racism. It was very disappointing to see that this individual created a disgusted atmosphere in this lovely coffee shop.

07/04/2026: Not dog friendly anymore - Told our small dog not welcome. House rules re the Manager. Our friendly dog has given endless customers in Starbucks Dunlaoghaire joy for years (particularly during Covid) and we were all welcome up to now. We always tipped.and were good customers. Will go else where.

05/04/2026: Avoid as much as you can ... lots of people will be here with their apple products connecting to the starbucks free wifi so the network will be really slow. Service, 2 girls at the till and they still manage to offer a let down service. And of course you will need the vode for the toillets.. Place, dirty.

29/04/2026: Value of money! One of the best place in the town! Food is delicious, on top of everything the welcoming gestures of the staff. Clean environment with delicate sitting place! I would definitely recommend to give it a try! I will be visiting them again for sure!

My family and I have been loyal, weekly customers of this establishment for over two years. During that time, the food was consistently of a good standard and the service reliable. Unfortunately, in recent months there has been a noticeable and concerning decline in both quality and customer service. On several occasions, the food has arrived in poor condition — burgers burnt, chips undercooked, and overall standards well below what we previously experienced. Delivery times have also become increasingly unacceptable, with orders arriving over an hour late. Last week, our order was mistakenly delivered to a neighbour, who had already opened the food before realising it was not theirs. The food used to be of a good standard, but recently the food quality has deteriorated to an awful standard. Burnt burgers, chips barely cooked, delivery orders over an hour late. On several occasions, the food has arrived in poor condition — burgers burnt, chips undercooked, and overall standards well below what we previously experienced. Delivery times have also become increasingly unacceptable, with orders arriving over an hour late. Last week, our order was mistakenly delivered to a neighbour, who had already opened the food before realising it was not theirs. We contacted the restaurant to understand what had happened and spoke with Mohamed, who apologised sincerely and assured us that, as valued long-term customers, the cost of our next order would be covered as a gesture of goodwill. The following week, out of respect for the hard work of the staff and in the hope that the previous issues were a once-off, I decided to give them another opportunity and paid the full €40 for our order rather than referencing the promised gesture. Our delivery was scheduled for 7:50pm, but it did not arrive. When I phoned the restaurant, I was told it would be at least another 40 minutes due to them being “very busy.” While I understand that restaurants can experience peak periods, repeated delays combined with declining food quality and poor communication reflect a serious lack of customer care. The manner in which my concerns were handled during that call felt dismissive and unprofessional. It is deeply disappointing to see a once-reliable local business fall to this standard. Loyalty should be valued, and basic service standards maintained. Regrettably, based on our recent experiences, I can no longer recommend this establishment.

04/04/2026: Unfortunately after a very long wait for food that didnt arrive we got our money back and left. We queued for about 15 mins to order our breakfast, yes it was busy, but after 20 mins and the coffee gone cold we asked a very nice young waitress if she could check the status of our order as people who had come in after us had been served. She came back and said we should have the food in a few minuites. Another 10 mins later the food still had not arrived, asked the waitress again if she would check. She brought us fresh coffees and said the food should be out in a few mins. After another 10 mins we decided enough was enough and resquested our money back. Very dissapointed ........

15/02/2026: Had a nice chicken Caesar sandwich, tasty and filling. Nice place for a bite while garden shopping.

16/03/2026: A hidden gem in Dublin. The photos on Google don’t do it justice. It’s hard to find - a hidden bar upstairs in the hotel - but it’s one of Dublin’s finest and most refined.

09/02/2026: Overall very poor. We arrived at 3.00 on a Sunday to be told they were closing at 3.30. Didn’t get a warm fáilte not very good for a tourist village like Adare and this is in the Visitor centre. We got a coffee and walnut cake which was very dry and crumbly, coffees only ok.

20/10/2025: Was in Earls last weekend, I had a lovely sandwich and coffee made by the super staff. Big shout out to Tom who was very friendly and obliging. I’ll be back!

20/10/2025: Very rude and unprofessional young sales assistant. No basic manners, no “thank you” or “please.” Left a very unpleasant impression. Manager should look into this.

01/10/2025: The pepperoni sensation bagel is delicious here. I've ordered it in other O'Briens but they just don't do it as well as Nassau does. Service is good too, workers are friendly and usually seem to be in good moods.

25/08/2025: Just played golf. The course was in excellent condition and so manicured..... The staff in the club house bar/restaurant were friendly and helpful. Mary in the Pro Shop is a delight ... couldn't do enough for us .

17/03/2026: Seems a few have this issue. Ordered from the cafe on Just Eat. They accepted it and then 15 minutes later, they cancelled. Avoid them!

12/02/2026: Lovely deli food , spreadable pudding on the breakfast roll, good chicken fillet roll and the vanilla cream slices are great . Lovely spot , great value too

14/04/2026: Popped in for a Guinness when in Galway centre and wasn’t disappointed. The atmosphere gives old sailor vibes, dark but full of atmosphere. Highly recommend stopping here. We attended on a Monday at around 6pm and was quite and easy going

09/06/2026: During our visit to Dun Laoghaire, we stumbled upon this place. Unfortunately, our experience was not at all positive. The food wasn't worth the price; it was too oily, tasteless, and the portions were smaller than expected. The door was a bit off-kilter, and since it was heavy, it was difficult to get in. The outside chairs and tables weren't clean and were full of bird droppings. On top of all this, when we checked out, we were told a different price than we actually paid because the clerk added a €10 gratuity without us being informed or asked. Furthermore, when I asked the girl at the counter for an explanation of a dish, she answered in Spanish (a language I don't speak). If the service had been up to par, paying wouldn't have been a problem, but for a place and food in this condition, I consider it almost like a rip-off. I ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND IT.

24/04/2025: I came in in around a month ago and was about to ask if they had the facilities for me to charge my phone with a cable and plug when i was interrupted and told “toilets are for customers”. I felt it was rather rude. Today i came in for a second time. It was the same man and he was rather rude, kind of flinging the food at me. I wasn’t asked whether i wanted my food toasted and im assuming they only do takeaway cups as I wasn’t offered a plate or mug. Overall poor service. He’s a white man with what I assume is a French accent, middle aged.

22/01/2026: Probably the best Starbucks in Dublin. Very chill atmosphere with decent coffee and fast wi-fi. The Staff are Friendly and helpful, especially the American barista.

19/06/2026: Everything was amazing, from the choice of food and quality of it, to the 2 members of staff that treated us with the best service we got in Liffey valley for the 2 days that we were there. Special thank you for going above and beyond for our orders and we liked it so much we came back twice. For the 2 staff that worked there on Thursday 18th June 2026, a massive thank you!
