12/02/2025: Kip of a place. What place that sells coffee doesn’t have coffee. Staff very rude and ignorant when informing about them having no coffee. Been without certain products for a few weeks now. Might as well close up 👍 -10 if possible. Do not recommend .

02/02/2025: All of us went here for coffee and a cupcake during the summer and oh my gosh it was closed when we arrived the kids had to be comforted with the doors closed because of the rain during the night

07/11/2024: Was staying at the Ardboyne hotel but couldn’t get the United game on. Messaged this pub to see if they was playing the game and they got back to me straight away. Glad I came down, Mick & Tara looked after me and the wife, great characters in the pub and great drink offers. Highly recommend 👍

03/03/2025: Terrible food everything is covered with wimp lettuce & tomato drenched in some awful so called sauce.the tea is like ditch water awful taste. Staff ignorent not a place I would recommend to my enemies.

15/12/2024: Our first time here and our last. It wasn't busy and one of the female staff waitresses was rude and abrupt. We just wanted to know a price of soup before we sat down however she kept telling us to just sit down and not give us the courtesy of answering. As we ended up sitting down we stayed but weren't happy with our experience. We are tourists and felt unwelcome.

13/03/2025: Just want to say myself and 8 lads from Manchester stayed last week from Fri to Monday, some of the bad reviews this hotel is getting is wrong I honestly can say this is a great place to stay the rooms were spotless, beds clean and comfy with all u need iron etc towels, shower gel And the breakfast was unreal loads of choice and was presented in a lovely way The staff were very friendly, and accomadating, the only little down side was the disco was a little loud but to be fair they do tell you that We will defo be back again also in a great location as well for pubs restaurants etc Thank you all to the Queens hotel

12/03/2025: Excellent location. Rooms were clean but cold, no mirror in room or hairdryer. Reception staff very friendly. It was noisy until early hours but Hotel advised prior to our visit that would be the case.

23/11/2024: Apparently they will just cancel your Just Eat delivery order for absolutely no reason. No phone call, nothing. What is it about small businesses in Ireland having like zero business acumen? Like at least call me to tell me why you’re cancelling my order you wastes of space

27/02/2025: I had hoped that Butlers would provide an enjoyable experience with their drinks, especially the dark hot chocolate, which I've always enjoyed at other locations. Unfortunately, I found the one at the airport to be quite disappointing, and it did not meet my expectations. Based on my experience, I wouldn't recommend it, as I believe there are better options available.

05/02/2025: This Butlers does not accept loyalty cards, and is already more expensive than any other Butlers in Dublin. ❌❌❌❌

25/01/2025: Love the Sandwiches. Coffee is great too. Have not been back since about 3 months ago they appeared to change the sandwiches. They didn't respond to an email regarding this. I'll try again sometime soon to see if they have gone back to the super sandwiches they used to have.

10/01/2025: I have being coming here the past couple months, the staff are lovely coffee is lovely. But to my shock today I was charged 3.95 for flat white, maybe this was always the price and I didn't notice. But sorry folks I won't be back, anymore than 3.50 for flat white is robbery.

24/03/2025: Wilton Shopping Centre, Cork. Busy spot at lunchtime located inside main thoroughfare but seats come free frequently. Service a little slow at peak times.

21/02/2025: Have been going here for years and noticed it getting poorer and more expensive each time in the last two years. Scones particularly poor. Overdone and flat - I’d be embarrassed if I had baked these! Very little else to choose from to have with coffee.

18/02/2025: Lovely spot. Great selection of Cakes, sandwich and fab coffee. Staff are also very friendly and helpful. Definitely worth and visit. 👍🏻

19/02/2025: El restaurante se beneficia enormemente de un hotel al lado y absolutamente ningún otro lugar para comer en los alrededores. Comida promedio, a precios pretenciosos. Visité un martes por la noche y estaba sentado en el bar, ya que no tenía una reserva. No hay nada malo con eso. Sin embargo había 6 mesas vacías cuando llegué. Y seis vacías cuando me fui, así que ¿por qué forzar el asiento del bar? Las tuberías principales están en su mayoría al norte de 25 euros (38 para un filete), así que esperaba algo un poco especial. Las porciones eran bonitas, preparadas competentemente, y gastopub pequeño. Precio - valor que definitivamente falta aquí. El personal era igualmente agradable y educado. Pero no pude evitar sentir que preferían estar en otro lugar. Quizás avergonzado por las pequeñas porciones y los precios cobrados. Dublín no es una ciudad barata, pero siempre es triste ver a un restaurante subirse al carro, solo porque pueden.

28/03/2025: The coffee was exceptionally delicious, rich in flavor and perfectly prepared. The service provided by the store staff was equally impressive — attentive, courteous, and genuinely welcoming. A truly delightful experience from start to finish. 🙂
