15/01/2026: Was about to order food after chatting to a member of staff, the manager called goldy came up to me amd told me to be quiet so he can use the phone, i wasnt even shouting. Pulled him on it saying no call to be tgat rude and he didnt apologise but decided to smile and turn his head. Worst manager i met anywhere.

06/10/2025: Despite the quality and friendliness the name itself is an appropriation of the name a specific groups of indigenous people from Turtle Island (North American to white folks) and iconography of multiple unrelated groups, such as the use of the war bonnet of the Plains tribes, which the Apache are not. In addition the generic and mixed sterotypes perpetuate cultural genericization that does not reflect a proper understanding of nor respect for the peoples the chain claims to honor. There is no way to see this as anything but disrespectful and damaging to the Apache and indigenous Americans in general.

16/03/2026: A hidden gem in Dublin. The photos on Google don’t do it justice. It’s hard to find - a hidden bar upstairs in the hotel - but it’s one of Dublin’s finest and most refined.

14/02/2026: Good thing is extremely affordable but very few vegetarian options. Taste was decent but many meal options are non vegetarian. Good spot for affordable meals.

03/02/2026: worst experience ever! visited 5 mins ago with a baby and a toddler. tried ordering coffee, was told there was no water so only bottled drinks (not a bad experience). BUT when asked staff to use the toilet -my 3year old- WAS REFUSED SAME DUE TO NO WATER! absolutely shocking, I had to take my two kids and my three year old had to relieve herself in the carpark in absolutely rotten weather! manager was present and was on her phone the whole time, wouldn't even get off her phone or assist. NEVER COMING TO THIS CAFE AGAIN, appalling service

09/08/2025: Absolutely terrible service from the blonde girl at the counter. I walked in the place and we were the only costumers. Had to wait 3 minutes while she just sat there doing nothing before she even look at us to take our order. After giving the order slowly and clear, we received the wrong order. Of course i didn’t check on the spot all the items, which the wrong item was the last in the bag, but with previous experience, never had an issue. When i got home, i called the shop, and trying to reason with probably her on the phone, she insisted i’d be paying for the replacement of the wrong item and delivery. Absolutely gutted with this service!! Very unprofessional!

07/04/2025: I really like the winter bowl. Awesome food and good customer service. The staff is really nice and helpful.

30/10/2025: Visited from abroad a couple of times and food and service are good for a super busy cafeteria. It is clear the staff is trying their best in keeping tables clean as soon as they empty and food was prepared quickly and brought to the table. Never tried the baking but it is a good spot to sit and grab a quick bite.

06/10/2025: We went here for our breakfast. I ordered a mini breakfast and my husband ordered scrambled eggs. The lady charged for it and was 13.90. The other lady notified of the scrambled egg and accused me of not saying it when i clear as day said the order. Even my husband said i said it. I found this quiet rude and embarrassing as their was a queue behind us . When i got my food, it was okey, however my husband found shell in his . He thought maybe it was just a once off and continued to eat some more until he chewed on more which really turned his stomach. He couldn't eat it. I brought it back up and notified the two ladies behind the counter of which one was the lady who made it. She just gave me a look, didnt apologise or acknowledged that this shouldn't of happened. I walked away back to my table. Very unprofessional to let a customer walk away like that . When I looked back up she was on her phone and the other lady was doing the dishes. No offer to substitute it for something else or refund . Very poor unprofessional service. Wont be thinking of going here again.

17/03/2026: Very good for the price of it. Cheese burger only 3.50 and was lovely and also got chips in with it and it still was only 3.50. Very good and would recommend.

28/09/2025: The most disgusting place I have ever stayed. We opened up the drawer beside the bed to find green mould. There was stains all over the carpets and walls. The shower door nearly fell down on top of me. However we did get great entertainment out of reading the reviews and owners responses.
