15/12/2024: Seasonal drinks are expensive for the type of inexperience service that you pay.
Staff needs major improvement on making drinks as well as distinguishing different type of milks.. ordered a cafe drink with normal full fat milk but barista confidently said to me that skimmed milk is the same as normal fat milk.. 🤦🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️
14/12/2024: I was here today and the place was so dirty, the table tops were sticky with so much dirt, disgusting! Too many staff not doing nothing and very little effort to please the clients! The floors are also very very dirty! I guess standards are not a priority here for sure! Very disappointed, not coming back.

21/03/2025: Firstly - It has to be said that the staff are very pleasant.
Unfortunately I had a "pizza" 🤢 - it was of a lower standard than a poor quality frozen supermarket pizza (actually, maybe thats what it was!) . Ingredients were poor quality, dough not properly made, nor was it cooked correctly. Quite overpriced for the standard.
In short - it really was 'junk food'!
Worst pizza I've ever had in Dublin.
05/02/2025: Crosbie Café is the best spot in Dublin. The service is amazing—everyone is incredibly friendly—and the quality of the food and drinks is excellent. Plus, it’s located in a place with stunning views, making the experience even better.

11/02/2025: We had a lovely experience in Ait Eile last weekend. Service was excellent. Lovely choice of wines and the food was superb. I had cod which was absolutely delicious. Others had steak, salmon and a variety of starters. Apart from the steak being a little over cooked, the meal was just a lovely experience.
07/01/2025: I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at Ait Eile, firstly I was warmly welcomed in by Tracy. There were lots of options for both adults and kids on the menu. Katie, my server, was really kind and friendly, which made the whole experience even better. After my mains I had a warm brownie dessert, it was unbelievable
Overall I would highly recommend Ait Eile to anyone looking for a clean and welcoming environment to eat.

23/04/2025: No longer a hotel. This is just a golf course with clubhouse now. It has signed a 20 year lease as an IPAS refugee centre for 277 adults. So hotel is gone. Needs to change Title to just golf course.

10/05/2025: Went there today with the family, service was fine but the food was awful. Undercooked fries and rubbery chicken. They forgot to give me my milkshake, I actually didn’t even notice this until about an hour after I left, to be honest considering how bad the food was they probably did me a favor.

16/12/2024: For a little independent cafe in a shopping centre you're really not going to do any better. The food and service is generally great, and the tomato soup we had was simply fabulous, with top notch fresh home made sodabread. Delicious.

27/02/2025: I had hoped that Butlers would provide an enjoyable experience with their drinks, especially the dark hot chocolate, which I've always enjoyed at other locations. Unfortunately, I found the one at the airport to be quite disappointing, and it did not meet my expectations. Based on my experience, I wouldn't recommend it, as I believe there are better options available.

24/04/2025: I came in in around a month ago and was about to ask if they had the facilities for me to charge my phone with a cable and plug when i was interrupted and told “toilets are for customers”. I felt it was rather rude. Today i came in for a second time. It was the same man and he was rather rude, kind of flinging the food at me. I wasn’t asked whether i wanted my food toasted and im assuming they only do takeaway cups as I wasn’t offered a plate or mug. Overall poor service. He’s a white man with what I assume is a French accent, middle aged.

Staff were friendly.
Breakfast was gorgeous, made fresh with gorgeous produce. Will definitely be back.
22/03/2025: Well here I am again giving this place another chance to redeem itself and yet again I'm let down. Today I asked for no black or white pudding with my full Irish breakfast and instead I asked if I could have a small portion of beans instead. I was told "we don't do swaps and the beans would be extra". I refused my breakfast as I simply would not give them the satisfaction of my money if they cant help but be completely inflexible with their customer service.
That's the last time I will visit this outdated cafe which has fallen so behind the times.

21/03/2025: Anytime I am here everything is always perfect and the way I would like it. The staffs efforts to ensure that everything is clean is amazing. Their salads, rice bowls and açai menu is fantastic and beautifully presented in the shops front.
The staffs efforts to ensure that all HACCAP guide lines are followed is superb. I will definitely recommend as the food, and staff is always on point. The price range is good too and quite affordable for a healthy menu selection.

21/04/2025: Fix your opening hours. Google and your own app says you're open at 6.30 on weekdays, you are not. Twice I visited at this time and you were closed. One of those times I had ordered and PAID via the app before visiting.
Yesterday (20/04) i went at 10am and you were closed. Your app and Google says you were open from 8.30.
Unacceptable.
