05/10/2024: Went to from limerick to see my daughter in college so had dogs with us , raining so staff said bring dogs in so nice cut up sausages we ordered for dogs food was lovely staff so nice prices are reasonable,, will def go back thank you

30/10/2024: Aromatic pumpkin latte or cappuccino with maple syrup? Everything - to feel the aromas of this autumn. And a muffin with peanut paste and pecans is something incredible! It is similar to cinnabon, but with the addition of aromatic nuts. And be sure to try the lemon tartlet!

31/10/2024: I had to clean our table myself ,food was horrendous overcooked,burnt, the meals came out separately,would never eat here again.

29/10/2024: Pathetic experience. I often come here to work - while enjoying the view and the food! But today - i was working with my colleague- and a waitress kept coming to me every 5 mins to order something. I told her i am a regular here and always order food while working! So requested to give me some time. Despite, She kept coming back and telling me to order. I had the order decided and was about to order - but received a call for 15 mins from a client - she again came and started to disturb me when i was on a call and kept disturbing! I showed her the order is added - i just need to pay - which i will after call - but alas! Pathetic customer service! Will never go there to work ever!

27/10/2024: I was in this Starbucks yesterday, It was the worst experience, I have ever had. It was around one o’clock! One young woman, member of staff, was doing her best , but her male colleague, was a disgrace, very scruffy, and obviously didn’t want to be there. The whole place was scruffy actually, and toilet blocked!!! Will not be going back. obviously! The cappuccino I had, by the way was undrinkable! I took one sip! I had a biscuit in a wrap to eat, as everything on display looked desperate! That’s all, somebody needs to take a good look!

19/09/2024: I had an extremely disappointing experience with a staff member named Andrea. Her attitude was terrible and her service was unacceptable. While placing my order, she looked at me with a dismissive expression, even rolling her eyes, which made me feel uncomfortable and singled out. It felt like she was treating others more politely, which raises concerns about possible discriminatory behavior. This kind of attitude is damaging to the reputation of a well-known brand. I strongly recommend that Andrea undergo further training to ensure that all customers are treated with the respect and professionalism they deserve, regardless of background.

12/08/2024: Terrible experience came here today with family as part of our stay at the hotel where do I start we were seated and ordered at 6:10pm didn’t receive food until after 7pm when questioned staff told me we were going to have to wait another 20 minutes because they had 2 bigger tables and we weren’t the priority when food arrived it was cold flavourless and disgusting I would give zero stars if I could I payed 31 euro for a steak it comes out cold and when reported staff says “I’ll put it in the microwave for a minute “ we won’t be back highly advise everyone avoids this place for food

25/07/2024: Bad service waited 1 hour after starter, staff avoiding contact and didnt return with solution, total breakdown of service and communication, shame as it's a lovely space, went to Lennoxs for a bag of chips

14/10/2024: Nice place and nice coffee, but half of the time the employees are too lazy to make filter coffee and pretend they don’t have it. When they do make it they say it takes 5 minutes to brew, which I’m always fine with, I just wish they wouldn’t act like they don’t have it when they feel like it.

21/08/2024: My wife and I visited Starbucks in the red mall shopping centre in Blanchardtown Shopping in Dublin on 21st August 2024 at about 2 fifteen in the afternoon. We ordered two cups of what was alleged to be "tea". I turned out that the alleged "tea" was undrinkable and, in my opinion, wasn't fit to be served as sloppy pig swil. When I brought this to member of the staff they told me that they could only work with the ingredients provided by Starbucks so I don't blame them in anyway. The two alleged cups of "tea" cost us €7 €uro. I will be seeking an apology and reimbursement from Starbucks. 11/08/2024: A very busy location, but the service from the cashier was great. I stopped by to pick up a Been There series mug but didn't get any food or drinks as it was way too busy to wait.

30/10/2024: Great bar! Drinks may take a little longer if it's busy. We can still highly recommend this bar.

25/10/2024: It's a very friendly place. The lady who works the bar is this blonde lady. She is super friendly and this other dude. I don't remember what he looked like but he worked the same night as that blonde lady. He was also super friendly overall just good vibes from that place

18/10/2024: So i have been here on a few different occasions. There spice box is consistant and its ok not amazing but it does the job. There fried rice very bland pure white not a bit of brown tint to be seen. Fried noddles do be burnt. Curry,Oyster and black bean sauces all flavourless no seasoning its like the chef has no pride in there cooking what so ever,so sad to see.

14/11/2024: Went through the drive thru today (14/11/24) and had such a lovely experience. Drove right past the "order here" sign and the lovely person inside was so polite and patient and kind. I genuinely can't get over how helpful she was! I wasnt sure what to order ( i know i was the nightmare customer here) and was panicking so told her kind of what I wanted and my dietary requirement and she was more than happy to help and even told me of things I didn't know Starbucks had (dairy free cream has never been offered to me before, I use usually get a glass eyed shrug when I ask for dairy free alternatives). She has dyed red hair and is such a beautiful kind and caring person and deserves a raise. Honestly she made the 8euro coffee cost not hurt my soul as much. 10/10

08/11/2024: I want to give 0 star to Diana in Starbucks Lucan at Supervalue for making me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable in coffee shop that I visit so often and I usually feel great when Jacob is there. I went with my friend for our usual Friday coffee I approached to give my order to this lady Diana . She was taking my order in a way that she is doing me a favour. She asked me do I want something else and I asked her for a smile. I felt the regret of asking her for a smile straight away after I felt passive aggression from her. The way she commanded me to tab to pay was in a not nice way. I understand that people have things in life but she is always being like this and also for me this attitude of hers is not acceptable and professional. People are going to Starbucks to have some nice time with friends and when you meet that type of attitude in staff it’s just putting you off for the time you stay in the coffee shop. I want to give 12 stars to Jacob and if everyone can be like him that coffee shop would be N1 and it is when he is taking care of costumers. Diana please smile more often when you at work or change your job with something that you enjoy doing, because this attitude doesn’t serve you.You are the face of the shop when you take orders from people and you are part of the atmosphere there.😉
