21/03/2025: Firstly - It has to be said that the staff are very pleasant. Unfortunately I had a "pizza" 🤢 - it was of a lower standard than a poor quality frozen supermarket pizza (actually, maybe thats what it was!) . Ingredients were poor quality, dough not properly made, nor was it cooked correctly. Quite overpriced for the standard. In short - it really was 'junk food'! Worst pizza I've ever had in Dublin.

05/02/2025: Crosbie Café is the best spot in Dublin. The service is amazing—everyone is incredibly friendly—and the quality of the food and drinks is excellent. Plus, it’s located in a place with stunning views, making the experience even better.

11/02/2025: We had a lovely experience in Ait Eile last weekend. Service was excellent. Lovely choice of wines and the food was superb. I had cod which was absolutely delicious. Others had steak, salmon and a variety of starters. Apart from the steak being a little over cooked, the meal was just a lovely experience.

07/01/2025: I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at Ait Eile, firstly I was warmly welcomed in by Tracy. There were lots of options for both adults and kids on the menu. Katie, my server, was really kind and friendly, which made the whole experience even better. After my mains I had a warm brownie dessert, it was unbelievable Overall I would highly recommend Ait Eile to anyone looking for a clean and welcoming environment to eat.

05/02/2025: No manners.. Cleaned my own table. Before sitting down.. Brought my plate back to counter after finishing too .. Staff member took it off me. Not a word. No thank you or eye contact. Shocking display of manners. Ongoing thing here..awful management

23/11/2024: I was with my friends in the place, and they kick us out for not buying anything. Then I bought a chocolate stick and he told us that everyone need to buy something to stay there, they place was empty and we weren't doing amything wrong

10/04/2025: As soon as we walked through the doors we we're greeted by a lovely girl behind the counter, (I didn't get her name but she wore glasses) with a "hello " and a smile. I had the single stack with fries, my wife had single burger with cheesey fries. Food was very good and so were the portions. Will definitely call in again.

01/04/2025: Was just in for food which was really yum but the best thing was the two ladies who were on the close on the 1st of April were super friendly and I’d go back just because of their service !! :-))

20/11/2024: Have gone to this cafe twice now, the food has been fine both times- nothing remarkable. What stands out to me is how unwelcoming the staff can be, specifically a small fella with glasses. I’m not expecting anything extravagant, I work in customer service myself, he just does not seem like he wants to be there at all.

31/01/2025: Parece que este Café ha ido cuesta abajo desde la última vez que visité con la familia hace aproximadamente un año. A partir de esta semana, probablemente fue una de las peores experiencias de servicio al cliente que he tenido y solo iré a lugares como Avoca la próxima vez que estemos en Dublín. El lugar parecía apresurado cuando entró por primera vez, como si quisieran estar cerrados y fuera del lugar 1 hora antes. Aunque entiendo que es genial estar fuera en el minuto en que está cerrado, todavía serviría a mis clientes pedidos hasta la hora de cierre. No es medianoche como los restaurantes de comida rápida, así que el cierre no debe ser tan apresurado, ya que la hora de cierre es bastante temprano (16 h 30 o 17 h 30 ). Todo lo que parecían interesados en decir era “hora de cierre”. " La actitud del personal es negativa. Cuando estaban en el mostrador para pedir, dijeron que no hay porciones de nada en exhibición, sino solo ciertos pasteles (algunos fueron retirados de la exhibición porque tenían más de 4 días después de haber elegido esa rodaja). Mientras estábamos en la mesa comiendo y bebiendo nuestro té, alguien vino a nuestra mesa y nos preguntó si nos podían quitar los platos y el té. Entiendo que es un buen gesto para aclarar después de que hayamos terminado, pero no cuando todavía estamos bebiendo nuestro té y terminando nuestros desiertos. Para la próxima vez: Por favor, ponga un cartel en la entrada para que sepamos de antemano que las últimas porciones de comida son antes de las 15 h 30, ya que no había ningún cartel obvio para decir eso y solo había una actitud apresurada hacia los clientes. Una visita realmente decepcionante en comparación con lo que solía ser y con su servicio al cliente.

22/03/2025: Well here I am again giving this place another chance to redeem itself and yet again I'm let down. Today I asked for no black or white pudding with my full Irish breakfast and instead I asked if I could have a small portion of beans instead. I was told "we don't do swaps and the beans would be extra". I refused my breakfast as I simply would not give them the satisfaction of my money if they cant help but be completely inflexible with their customer service. That's the last time I will visit this outdated cafe which has fallen so behind the times.

25/02/2025: The breakfeast is disgraceful few frozen potatoe cubes 2 sausages like my little finger deep fried pudding & sausages like come on deep fried no proper white toast brown bread was tough as boots today & just under 20 euro they hit ye with 3 50 or 3.75 for tea extra it's a bank loan ye need to eat here unless your worth a fortune ill never return YOUR BREAKFEAST IS TO DEAR SHOULD BE 9.95 ALL INCLUDED TEA BOTTOMLESS AND TOAST BOTTOMLESS BYE BYE 👋

15/12/2024: Seasonal drinks are expensive for the type of inexperience service that you pay. Staff needs major improvement on making drinks as well as distinguishing different type of milks.. ordered a cafe drink with normal full fat milk but barista confidently said to me that skimmed milk is the same as normal fat milk.. 🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️

14/12/2024: I was here today and the place was so dirty, the table tops were sticky with so much dirt, disgusting! Too many staff not doing nothing and very little effort to please the clients! The floors are also very very dirty! I guess standards are not a priority here for sure! Very disappointed, not coming back.

16/12/2024: For a little independent cafe in a shopping centre you're really not going to do any better. The food and service is generally great, and the tomato soup we had was simply fabulous, with top notch fresh home made sodabread. Delicious.
