12/07/2026: Every time I come here the bathroom is out of order. People can't even wash their hands. The staff would not allow people to even use the sink. That is not higenic. Also the service is not good. I would not recommend this place.

10/07/2026: I live in the U.S. surrounded by SBUX and the standard of service in this branch is worthy of review by leadership. There was only one person serving when we arrived so there was a long line. A polite woman in her 50s placed and collected a large order. She then returned and said a drink was missing. Rather than simply make the drink, the female dark-haired barista chose to fight her. The woman had a slight limp and she made her walk out and retrieve the order. She then said she would be checking the security cameras. Just make the drink - even if she’s wrong, it’s not worth the bad feedback and lack of return custom from that lady and all the people she (and I) will tell. Eventually the barista conceded reluctantly that she had to make the drink and did so, with snarky comments to the customer (who to be fair, was telling her to ‘ off). Thrilled the three children I was with got to experience that :s

28/05/2026: The price is expensive the drink is fair .the bathrooms are not clean I don't like the branch .

05/05/2026: I went here for a meeting and got a latte and a croissant. First the good, the staff was very nice and the lady who took my order was smiling and helpful. The croissant was heated in the oven instead of the microwave and was lovely. The coffee however was extremely disappointing. The latte tasted like a mug of steamed milk a little of coffee flavouring mixed in with a spoon. It did not seem that the barista had touched my coffee. I knew there was a reason why I don’t visit Starbucks and the coffee today consolidated that! If coffee is the main selling point, I expect a latte to have coffee in it not to just have crossed paths with coffee on the journey to my table!

05/08/2026: Very disappointing experience. The service was slow and unfriendly, the atmosphere was unpleasant, and the food quality was poor and handed over in inappropriate packing.Definitely not worth the visit, and I wouldn't recommend it.

22/07/2026: Only the 2nd time here first time was fine 2nd time well that was a waste off 16.40 euro and will not be back.. would not feed the dog that raw chips no taste well unhappy to say the least

14/07/2026: For a restaurant part of a big hotel it is very sad being send away after a long day drive as their kitchen closed extremely early at 19:45… Had to go out and search for an alternative. This is zero service for such a big hotel!!

15/06/2026: For the second day, we tried the food here and were completely satisfied. My partner, a chef, finding a good restaurant for him can sometimes be difficult, but this time he was happy. The service was also good, and the staff were nice and friendly. Diverse and healthy atmosphere.. Thanks a lot.

26/07/2026: Ray tasted like pneumonia, chicken kebab had more sauce and lettuce with no chicken. Ive enough grease on the plates to fill my deep fat fryer. 70% of the "food" went into the bin.

25/05/2026: Avoid this place!!!!Just got a kebab tray nothing in it doner meat burnt and I called and he hung up on me and was so rude ... 9euro a disgrace

05/06/2026: The food it okay, the workers are quite rude. Me and my boyfriend went in to get some food and they told us to leave and I noticed the managers whole family sitting down at the end of the row of booths. We were asking them why they were refusing us service as we just wanted some food but they refused to explain. I assume it’s ageism as me and my boyfriend are 14&15 but still tat is NOT okay and rude and actually lazy. Wouldn’t recommend going here and supporting that behaviour

25/08/2026: I usually go here when I am visiting the shopping centre. Plus side good prices x d the food is usually good quality. I was there on Monday for breakfast. Small fry included tea and toast for 11.50. The price is similar to other places but the fry was awful so greasy I had hobget done napkins to try up foxk come up but even with that I just managed the egg and sausage. I will not be having that again, at least not there. Disappointed. Up side, quick and friendly service.

24/08/2026: i purchased a birthday cake here and when we tried it at home it was very stale, 100% not fresh. tasted very weird and even gave a friend some stomach issues.

22/06/2026: Loved this local place!! Wonderful bartenders. One chased us down cause we left our phone. Amazing gentleman!! Very grateful!! Fish was delicious!!

21/05/2026: Pizza is good for the price. They charge you extra if you're eating pizza from there. Strange! The service is not great also. One time they send me a wrong pizza order. They asked me to drive back to make it right when complained. But they kept the old opened pizza box for themselves and gave me the new one. No proper apology. I'd have given both the boxes for the troubles atleast, if i was the manager.

16/05/2026: I Ordered chicken Fried Rice a really simple and easy order when I walked in they asked did I order chicken curry and I said no chicken fried rice but they still got the order wrong. Will not be trusting this place again if they can’t even get a simple order right.

22/03/2026: Absolutely awful experience from start to finish. The room itself was in a shocking state, with mould growing on the walls which immediately made the whole place feel dirty and unsafe. To make things worse, we had complete strangers somehow entering our room at 3am — even though the door was locked. It was genuinely unsettling and left us feeling like we couldn’t relax for a second. As if that wasn’t bad enough, the guys staying upstairs took a shower and the water literally came through the ceiling and onto our bed. Completely unacceptable and honestly unbelievable that a place like this is allowed to operate. There was never anyone at reception or in the lobby to speak to, so we had no way to report these issues or get help. By the end of the stay, we felt so uncomfortable that it was like our skin was crawling the entire time. Even basic things didn’t work properly — the curtains wouldn’t close, leaving us with no privacy. The only positive thing I can say is that the location was good. Unfortunately, that’s nowhere near enough to make up for everything else. I would strongly advise avoiding this place.
