09/12/2025: The girl at the counter was a bit off putting she wasn’t even looking at me when I was trying to tell her what I wanted to buy the hot chocolate was nice cakes are overpriced though in my opinion for the size the table we sat at was dirty

08/12/2025: I always come here for bring coffee special avery week. 😋 its making a day little more happier and staff its lovely, place on second floor its suitable for have company with friend and playing cardboard games. In overall its very good place, be here.

23/03/2026: Had bunch here just before going to a walking tour from St.Stephens park. We reserved a table so there was no wait. I had the full Irish which was great, but my vegetarian friend felt that her breakfast was lacking the main things like hash browns, so she added them on, but our order wasn't brought out so we needed to ask again. The place is accessible with accessible toilets through a non-automatic door (that might cause some issues) but I would say for an establishment of this size only one regular toilet is not enough.

12/03/2026: Nice family hotel. Great staff, great location close to bus stops and DART into town. Getting a bit frayed around the edges, (renovations coming soon) but still a nice little place to stay. Parking problematic

11/03/2026: The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood. It's a 40-minute walk to the city center. The room was small. The walkways between the beds were a bit narrow. The wardrobe was spacious. There was plenty of room to unpack.

28/04/2026: Ate bar food here on the way home from big match in Castle bar. Good selection of food. Staff were nice but seemed shocked to see us. Service was very good no hard upsell. Very easy to access from main street good onstreet parking.

15/03/2026: I’ve been a regular customer for a long time, but this is honestly the worst hot chocolate I’ve received from Starbucks. The cup looked messy and the drink presentation was very poor. This is not the standard I expect.

12/03/2026: It's dirty!!! It feels like the windows haven't been wiped at all; there are cobwebs there that aren't even a week old. It's best to ignore the floors altogether. We've lost any desire to go there again. The young man who took the order was polite, but he was on his phone, and I don't think he cared whether we ordered or left.

04/05/2026: A gem of a find on bank holiday Monday on Tralee. Don’t let the name put you off….this fab find has an extensive menu and the ambience and background music is class!! Comfortable seating. Coffees are excellent and we enjoyed one full Irish with quality produce and my partner had the tastiest omelette than had a twist of being made with a little garlic sauce. Sorry no photos our plates are now empty. Thanks 🙏

03/05/2026: Staff v rude not nice at all, we left 2 ladies on tills really not suited to customer services

13/11/2025: Went in to get a sparkling water to drink with my medication around 11am told the girl I was just charging my phone before I can pay her. She then demanded I pay before I get served a drink 🤣 .. any other bar or restaurant in the town you can order a drink and pay afterwards it’s not like it’s a rough area. Her excuse was shes never seen me before neither have I and lived in the town my whole life. Won’t be back for a long time understand it’s hard to get staff that aren’t rude. Maybe send her for one day at manors school 🏫 probably wouldn’t be enough. Also 2 other staff behind counter wouldnt but in to give me a drink or defend her or me. 3 staff behind a bar 1 man youd think he could get a drink of water nevermind a beer 😭 also said if you have no money i cant serve you basically defaming my character of course i have money i would never go into a bar without money.

28/04/2026: Staff extremely unbothered and rude took almost 30 minutes to even order then came down to pay for my drink and others at the table paid card when I asked to pay cash server rolled eyes and sighed keep in mind we were the only people there after coming from a really stressful exam would not recommend feeling so upset as server was so rude
