05/09/2025: I had a perfectly foamy cappuccino, the staff were amazing and polite, the shop was clean and well managed as well , special shout out to the barista named Rihan , made an amazing drink and very patient with us at the till, explaining the roasts, definitely coming back again.

03/05/2025: Popped into Noms recently—service was quite slow, so be prepared to wait a bit. I’d recommend paying by card, as you'll end up getting a lot of brown coins in your change back if you use cash 😏. (Well thats what happened us) That said, the donut I had was absolutely delicious—fresh, fluffy, and worth the visit for the treat alone.

02/04/2025: I ordered some of the sauces online and it has been 16 days and running with no sign of the order being delivered soon. I emailed to let them know and got no reply. I would not recommend ordering anything online, not reliable one bit and the lack of communication is nothing but poor.

06/09/2025: When we visited there were no cold drinks available, but the food was fresh and tasted like every other Burger King, so that's good. Staff was nice!

04/08/2025: Great place to try an Irish breakfast! The portions are generous and the prices are very reasonable. We were a large group, so ordering was a bit chaotic, but they were very patient. The vegetarian options are also excellent.

03/08/2025: Absolutely astonishing place for a nice pint. I was wandering around Clone Strand Beach when I found the pub so I decided to stop for a pint and enjoying the sunset. There is a large carpark where you can easily park your car or motorbike. I would suggest to stop here.

31/08/2025: I been here many times over the years it is a lovely spot for food and drink. Would definitely recommend people to come here. On a hot summers day i would reccomend outside seating area and during the autumn and winter months would reccomend people to sit inside fine size pub. 5 minutes walk from library.

29/08/2025: I recently celebrated a Hen Party here with my friends, planning to enjoy the sun and their barbecue. Unfortunately, things didn’t go quite as expected. First off, we were told over the phone that a bottle of Prosecco was 27 euros, but when we got there, it was suddenly 39 euros per bottle. And to top it off, we had to carry the bottles to our table ourselves, basically self-service even for the Prosecco. The barbecue was decent, and the food was okay. We had booked for around 15 people, but only 12 actually had the barbecue. Still, the manager insisted we pay for all 15 portions because they claimed the food was already prepared. I get that, but it would’ve been nice if they’d told us upfront that they’d cook for 15 no matter what. At least then we could have figured out a way to use the extra food or save it for later. We spent the whole afternoon and evening there, eating and drinking, which added up to quite a bill. When it was time to pay, I asked the manager if we could take the leftover food for dinner since we’d paid for it. What they gave us was really disappointing cold, dry meat that seemed like it had been out for ages, just wrapped in foil with bread. No chips, no salad, nothing. Given that we paid for the full menu, it felt really unfair. All in all, the service, especially from the manager, was pretty poor, and it felt like they didn’t care much about the customers. It was a letdown, especially for such a special occasion.

11/08/2025: Went for the bottomless brunch yesterday and we all had a great time. Food was good, drinks were constant. Staff was extremely lovely and went above and beyond for us. Amazing experience

05/08/2025: Disaster! Waited an hour for food. For a burger and fish & chips. The noise level was like a train station. Never again.

05/08/2025: The vegetable soup here has absolutely no flavor. It's just diced potatoes, chopped onion, and carrots in water. Only after adding a lot of salt and pepper was it even remotely edible. The coffee was definitely not freshly brewed and was still very strong with milk. We wouldn't recommend it. The ice cream and fries are probably better.

28/01/2025: Wonderful hotel with AMAZING staff. A group of us had a wonderful stay in The Price of Wales to celebrate mid-term and meeting up after covid. We had a beautiful lunch with wonderful service from an amazing lady, we had such much fun and laughs over lunch. Later, we had a beautiful evening meal in the bar followed by cocktails. The young man working the night shift warmly welcomed us back after a few hours hanging out in the local bars. He was so friendly and helpful despite the late hour. Rooms were spotlessly clean. The shower and coffee machine were both brand new. Would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a central location,free parking, amazing staff. We will return. Thank you all Monica & Co

22/12/2024: We went to the Prince of Wales Hotel in downtown Niagara-On-The-Lake specifically for High Tea. We have been to many high teas in different towns and cities. The one here has to be the absolute worst!!!The smoked salmon sandwiches (not a traditional high tea sandwich) were served on stale white bread!! Actually, all the breads were not fresh, including the egg-filled croissants. The scones were dry and tasteless. I discovered a dark hair in mine so I sent it back. Apologies were given but it didn't reflect any changes to our bill, which was $55/per person. When my niece made the reservation she said that 2 of us were celebrating our birthdays. Birthday wishes were not mentioned by the server. Nothing. Shame on Prince of Wales Hotel for serving inferior high tea at a very high price.

01/06/2025: This venue shows no respect for the town or its residents. Extremely loud music continues deep into the night, well past midnight, disturbing anyone nearby. There is no sense of local charm or consideration — just noise. A very disappointing experience that leaves a negative impression of Kinsale.
