17/08/2026: I understand that people may not be in the mood and may be having a bad day, but this is not a reason to treat people because some may not hear or understand a word; this is not a reason to be biased towards people!

07/06/2026: I didn't like it , the salad was like plastic, chicken in salad was a gujon , it's like covering plastic salad with fried oil, sorry but not worth it, the tray with food slippery from oil, food has to be picked up by yourself and brought back and you have to slide yourself through all the narrow spaces between the customers. Not worth the money, it's better to get a sandwich in Tesco.

30/05/2026: Extremely disappointing Too Good To Go experience. I paid almost €8 for two bags and received only four sausage rolls. The advertised value should have been around €12–€15, but what I received appeared to be worth far less than what I paid. When I questioned this, the staff member seemed not to understand how Too Good To Go works and simply told me, “Go somewhere else if they give you more there.” !!!This was rude, unhelpful and completely unprofessional.!!!!!!!! AppleGreen needs to properly train staff on the Too Good To Go programme and on basic customer service. If employees are responsible for handing out orders, they should know what customers are paying for and treat them respectfully. I had previously heard complaints about unfriendly deli staff at this location, and unfortunately this experience confirmed those concerns for me. I will not be returning until staff attitudes and customer service improve…🙄

13/04/2026: Lovely food most of time thay dont use fresh chilli its dry one would give u 3rd degree bruns one is a nuf thay put 20 or more Iv noticed thay new drivers indin kinda lada thay never bring little change to ur door if o u 1 or 2 have to go car so u let them go.SCAM

26/07/2026: I came in while waiting for the bus. The lady there was super friendly. We had a quick chat. The space is bright w a lovely vibe to sit and chill. There is a space out back for smoking. The bathroom is clean. It is wheelchair accessible.

13/08/2026: Food was truly awful. Especially the deserts that are so dry, it seemed nothing was fresh. The staff was very nice. AC was not working. It was super warm inside!

07/02/2026: Stopped in for lunch (both coeliacs) and were both very impressed. Husband had the curry and I had the turkey and ham. The meals were hot, tasty and plentiful. Very impressed.

26/01/2026: Last week I ordered a €13 vol au vent dinner. It came with 1 vol eu vent case, 1? I may as well have ordered chicken nuggets and chips with some white sauce. Ya wouldn’t wanna be craving a vol au vent dinner cause ya won’t get one. Tasted grand though with chips

22/03/2026: I had a really disappointing experience at Starbucks. I bought a drink and then asked politely to use the bathroom, but a staff member with black hair refused and spoke to me in a very aggressive tone. She said I couldn’t use it because she was cleaning, even though the café was still open and serving customers. As a paying customer, I believe I should be allowed to use the restroom during opening hours. The way I was treated felt rude and unnecessary. Definitely not the level of service I would expect.

19/07/2026: Sat for 20 minutes in the bar waiting for someone to take my order . Waiter just stood at the bar chatting to the bar staff . Left my drink on the table and walked out . Only reason I left 4 stars is because the food is usually really good in the bar and cafe .

12/06/2026: Excellent, charming place to stay. The rooms were very clean and the beds very comfortable. Very close to the center and with incredibly friendly staff. I would definitely stay again. I loved it!

27/05/2026: Leaving the place after my first night, paide for two. Very small bed and uncomfortable sleeping conditions where I won't fit into the bed and will have to put my feet against the wall. Old, sagging mattress Hard pillow No hot water in the shower Noise throughout the night Light coming into the room from outside Privacy issue with the peephole lacking a cover highly dissatisfied. Only good thing it was clean

19/02/2026: Staff are friendly and happy to be there. Nothing is too much for them. I'm not the biggest fan of the Costa brand but the staff slowly melted my heart. I'll definitely be back. Thank you.

05/06/2026: Terrible. The value for money is very poor. We booked breakfast, which was served in a cold, uninviting room reminiscent of a train station waiting room. The tables were empty; there wasn't even a napkin or plate. Very unfriendly and unpleasant. The coffee was watery. Staff were standing against the wall picking their noses. There were refugees eating nearby. It would have been helpful to know that we were staying in a refugee shelter. Absolutely not recommended.

09/07/2026: Just stopped for a tea .and the place is rocking 😎 the food looks beautiful presented on top of the counter .the staff are all happy and doing a great job..wil be back definitely..welldone

27/06/2026: Went there for breakfast and was happy with the food. If you're looking for a typical good Irish breakfast this is a good stop.

17/08/2026: This area is like a food court, we bought food and sat on the side of this cafe’ the guy asked us not sit. There is no way anyone will know if certain seating in food court belong to any particular shop. Poor behaviour.

14/08/2026: I would give 5 stars for the quality of the coffee, but I’m lowering my rating because they didn’t blend my iced mocha. When I asked, they said they don’t have blending. Also, the loyalty card doesn’t work there.

08/08/2026: First time in a burger king in cork probably be the last. Staff member that dealt with us was useless. Missing simple stuff like dips when asked about where are the I got one when I ordered two I told her id ordered two. She responds with what was your number and starts looking my order up on the system. Why because she didn't want to walk down to the store room and get a new box because they had ran out of stock. Eventually I got the second dip which was part of the order. Overall terrible experience
