10/07/2025: Dreadful ordered at 6.30 had to reorder at 7.15 ended up cancelling food as we were going to the 3 Arena had table booked for 6.30,can’t blame staff they were run off there feet,queuing at bar for 20 mins to be told the other bar only sells 00 wouldn’t recommend it tables filthy with food not cleaned up.bad management trying to save money with little staff

28/06/2025: For the Attention of Owners/Management Having one person serve the bar, do the floor and run food during a Saturday afternoon lunch rush is a ridiculous way of running an establishment. Poor girl was ran off her feet, the customers, well, everyone was left waiting 10 to 15mins to be seen to nevermind served, many tables walked out while we waited for menus, wish we also walked out as the food was horrendous, stale toasted bread with one wafer thin slice of ham on it and no cheese... very interesting ham and cheese toastie, a shambles, do yourselves and your staff a favour and stop cheaping out on staff wages hire another person to work alongside the sole bar tender/waitress/pass runner and have a word with the cook in the kitchen about serving palatable food

26/05/2025: Normalmente no voy a las cafeterías, esta estaba bastante buena, sin embargo creo que le faltan bocadillos, pero mi croissant era agradable. Una caminata al baño pensó que estaba perdido. La comida disponible era buena. 🇮🇪

02/02/2025: I've known this place since the 70's. My dad drank there most of his life. Called in recently, other than decor, hasn't changed much tbh. Lovely staff goes without saying but it's well past it's prime.

08/06/2025: Closed Sunday morning when I visited. Just using this as a book mark to be sure to return. I know this judge and jury is better than the crooked ones in America 😂 at least they’ll serve me a pint while shagging me 😂

25/05/2025: Parked in the car park out the back. Went into Chalks with a load of mates. Spent a fortune in there. Came out and car clamped. Why is Chalks clamping their own customers. Insane. Won’t be going back.

15/07/2025: Negli anni ho visto crescere la qualità degli Starbucks e delle catene simili, sia in termini di offerta che di qualità dei prodotti, prima i dolci, ma poi anche il caffè. Questa volta mi sono orientato su un matcha latte e, in generale, preferisco provare cose più particolari quando vado da Starbucks, oltre a consigliare questo genere di prodotti, rispetto a un classico caffè o cappuccino. Per quanto, da Italiano, tendo a preferire caffetterie più simili a quelle nostrane, devo dire che questo Starbucks è in assoluto il mio preferito, anche per la location e per l’atmosfera del locale.

11/06/2025: the foods and the white mocha was PERFECT and delicious. I always drink white mocha when i visit abroad or in hometown,compare all of them this was the best one ı’ve ever tried. Thanks for all the things,croissants were fresh and the toast was amazing,cookie was good as well. White mocha i cant explain with words. The Cashier with freckles i think she is name is milla was kind too,place is clean and big. Thanks!!

20/03/2025: Los cafés se hacen uno por uno. Mi café llegó 10 minutos después que mis amigos. Pedí un reg latte, pero me trajeron uno helado. Tuve que esperar otros 5 minutos para un reg latte.

28/01/2025: Wonderful hotel with AMAZING staff. A group of us had a wonderful stay in The Price of Wales to celebrate mid-term and meeting up after covid. We had a beautiful lunch with wonderful service from an amazing lady, we had such much fun and laughs over lunch. Later, we had a beautiful evening meal in the bar followed by cocktails. The young man working the night shift warmly welcomed us back after a few hours hanging out in the local bars. He was so friendly and helpful despite the late hour. Rooms were spotlessly clean. The shower and coffee machine were both brand new. Would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a central location,free parking, amazing staff. We will return. Thank you all Monica & Co

22/12/2024: We went to the Prince of Wales Hotel in downtown Niagara-On-The-Lake specifically for High Tea. We have been to many high teas in different towns and cities. The one here has to be the absolute worst!!!The smoked salmon sandwiches (not a traditional high tea sandwich) were served on stale white bread!! Actually, all the breads were not fresh, including the egg-filled croissants. The scones were dry and tasteless. I discovered a dark hair in mine so I sent it back. Apologies were given but it didn't reflect any changes to our bill, which was $55/per person. When my niece made the reservation she said that 2 of us were celebrating our birthdays. Birthday wishes were not mentioned by the server. Nothing. Shame on Prince of Wales Hotel for serving inferior high tea at a very high price.

08/07/2025: Food just ok, price adequate to quality. Cocktails taste like syrup with soda but aperol really really nice and cheap. We got pasta Alfredo and pasta was overcooked but 3 platers for €18.50 so good and tasty. Overall it's nice spot with lovely view. I'll definitely come back.

10/07/2025: Staff are so friendly. The reviews saying otherwise must be expecting a foot massage whilst having their coffee. Paul the owner is an absolute gentleman, his engagement with customers is fantastic. Coffee is always great. Well done 🙏🏼

11/07/2025: All tables are dirty, workers are chatting. Got my meal but realised I was given my sauce for my chicken fries but they never even gave me my chicken fries so now i just have sauce. The rest of the food was just carelessly tossed aswell. Place wasn't even busy and staff were not very pleasant. It is fast food but very dissapointing.

16/03/2025: Ordered Niamh’s Vegetable curry & returned it as it was easily the worst excuse for a veg curry i ever encountered as a vegetarian. Almost no vegetables, mostly mixed peppers in a small bowl of sickly sweet chip shop curry sauce. The waitress agreed to replace it with the falafel & hummus salad bowl my partner was having. Eventually after my partner had finished her meal, the same waitress returned & presented me with a grilled chicken salad. We paid up & left.

27/06/2025: Delicious cocktails. Pricing is alright, but staff is consistently kind and attentive.

22/06/2025: I came here with a hen party and had a wonderful time. The service was the highlight with the staff being kind and attentive, the food was lovely and drinks were delicious. They accomodatate non drinkers in the bottomless brunch which was great. Everyone had a wonderful time! Definitely would recommend!

26/05/2025: Good position, poor room accommodation, bad service (breakfast is not served until 9 o'clock, quite uncomfortable if you need to leave early in the morning - as a result we paid for it but we only had some cereals...). I do not recommend this place.

24/05/2025: The pancetta wrapped pork medallions were the best dish I had on our tour of Ireland. Their arancini and ravioli are also mentionably delicious.
