29/09/2024: It was okay.. we only needed a room for the night on our journey. I would have been disappointed if we were going to be staying multiple nights but it served its purpose for us.

26/09/2024: Slightly old and tired. It’s a traders stop with a small bar beside reception and basic food menu. Not a place to visit but not the worst if you stop for the night

03/09/2024: Definitely Not a 4 star as advertised. Everything was Old: Bed, Cot, curtains, carpets needs replacement. Windows not cleaned for a while I think. Not even a game room for kids.

03/09/2024: Just popped in for a spot of lunch. Pleasant surroundings food was good and regularly priced for a hotel. Pint bottle a bit pricey at 7.50.

06/11/2024: Sunday 3rd November I went into the store for a meal. The first thing I’ve noticed when stepping inside was the extremely strong smell of bleach. We ordered food and sat down. The smell of bleach was still very strong. When I sat down, I was sitting for less than a minute until I decided to take my coat off. The food came and it was nice, no complaints at all about the food. A few minutes after we started eating the girls had to open the door due to the smell of bleach. They were also speaking VERY loudly in Romanian which we knew as we are from Romania too. We finished eating and I went to put my coat back on me when my daughter noticed that there were bleach stains all over my €400 almost new Karen Millen coat. It was VERY obvious that it was due to the cleaning that was done in the store before we entered due to the very strong smell of bleach. I went to the counter to complain to the manager. That was when I was met with the most shocking and appalling behaviour and attitude from THE STORE MANAGER. She went by the name Georgiana. She did not at all take accountability for the use of bleach on the tables when it was VERY OBVIOUS that it was used. Her apron was COVERED in bleach stains yet she stood her ground and said that no bleach was used, even when the store had an extremely strong smell of bleach when entering. She was no help at all, when I asked for her managers phone number she said she was the manager and that she was in charge of every problem related to the store. She was saying things along the lines of ‘what do you want me to do? Take money from the till and give it to you ?’ As well as saying ‘we are opened until 5pm today’ when telling her that I wouldn’t leave until a resolution was given. Her attitude towards me and this situation was absolutely disgusting and appalling and I have no idea how she came to be a store manager if THIS is how she deals with problems that arise due to a fault of her employees. She ended up contacting her manager and I briefly spoke to her on the phone and I was promised that the manager would call me back but I haven’t received a call back. If I knew that I was going to ruin my €400 coat and also be treated with so much disrespect and attitude by the STORE MANAGER, I wouldn’t have went there. What would have happened if a family with a child sat down at that table and that child happened to have licked the table that was previously cleaned with bleach on it ? Absolutely appalling behaviour and attitude from the manager like I’ve never ever came across before with absolutely no accountability being taken for something that obviously they were at fault for. Will not be going to that store again.

06/10/2024: Not worth the price, food was not spectacular. Food was prepared fast, but eggs from microwave is maybe not for me.

20/06/2024: Staff drinks so nothing special little place for a large group and that didn't eat there. A selection of drinks service was nice a tad slow but very friendly. More catered for students

28/10/2024: Had a puncture tyre on Saturday and changed for me even though was not open So kind and helpful

13/10/2024: Driving the peninsula in a rental car and the windshield wipers were nonfunctional/awful. A local recommended Moran"s Garage and we showed up at 5:55 PM, they close at 6. The owner and mechanic were able to track down and then install (with some fitting issues) new wiper blades with a smile. Appreciate them staying late and helping make the rest of my trip safer.

Not too noisy to sit and have a chat, or celebrate a special occasion The food was nice and service friendly as well The fish and chips was ok, but the Brie and cranberry carried the meal for us Portion size is good, but your paying more for the lovely environment

04/08/2024: Very poor service, took over 50mins for food to come after ordering, when it came out it was cold, hardly any potatoes/mash with beef dinner, asked for some more mash, 1 scoop arrived out and when bill came had been charged €4 for it!

06/09/2024: I recently visited Renzo and it did not disappoint. I was looking for a place to sit down and work from my laptop for the day. After the positive reviews online I decided to try it out. Firstly, I was greeted when I walked in the front door by the friendly staff. The girls were extremely attentive and with access to free wifi it was the perfect spot. I got the bacon and cream cheese bagel (also offer vegan sandwiches) and a cappuccino. The girl with brown hair severed me with a smile on her face. I will 100% be back !!!

15/08/2024: Music is too loud, could barely hear the person with me! As a trained barista, the coffee I ordered came in a cup I’d use at home & looked AND tasted like instant coffee I’d have at home. Won’t be back unfortunately.

30/04/2024: I visited when in buncrana end of April 2024. Had seen good reviews and I wasn't disappointed. I'm coeliac. Choice of gluten free bread, and I chose Dundee cake. A good sized portion and delicious. Choice of milks and the American coffee was lovely. My friend had a almond square which was delicious. Staff efficient and friendly, good seating, supervalue next door
