10/08/2025: Mal Servicio al Cliente en el comedor Clubhouse. Estaba deseando jugar el curso; visita planeada el año pasado. Mucha de la ropa femenina estaba agotada. Los caddies no estaban tan interesados como el Royal Dublin o Baltray. No pudimos ser servidos después de la ronda, ya que nos dijeron que no estaban preparados para nosotros. Esperamos 15 minutos para sentarnos en el bar cuando había mesas vacías abundan. Solo vimos dos grupos de miembros cenando, pero no pudimos ser atendidos. El camarero, Derek, era muy lento y desagradable. En general, el curso es hermoso y bastante desafiante. No volveré a jugar este curso. Estoy tan feliz de ir a Mount Juliet Resort para el resto de mi estancia.

07/07/2025: I really like Taste of the Med. The menu is expansive, with a specialist menu for health. Every food allergy can be catered for. Coffee is good here. The staff are consistently excellent. Unfortunately, it’s not possible to leave an electronic tip. Only cash, if you happen to have some on you. I hope the management rectify this issue as quickly as possible, it’s completely unfair to the ground staff. Sara was running around making sure everyone was attended to. During a particularly busy day, a concert in the castle day, she was excellent. I could see the frustration of customers when they couldn’t add a tip to their card payment. Those passing through won’t come back with cash to tip a young person. At least I could. I have older kids so this issue really bugs me as they need the money for college life. I missed seeing Kirsten there, she’s another wonderful member of staff from my previous visits!

25/06/2025: Over charged for our food. Pointed out she was charging for a cappuccino we didn’t have and just proceeded anyway Not as nice as it used to be. Extremely disappointed

14/09/2025: Wasn’t really welcomed when I came in. Staff seemed preoccupied even though it wasn’t busy. Wasn’t really sure what food was served etc. No food boards on display. And no real assistance. I ordered a cheese toaster and red wine. The food was nice and the wine was ok. But was expensive for what it was.

19/02/2025: My wife and I dropped in here yesterday for dinner at luchtime.Everything was top class.An excellent dinner and dessert at a reasonable price.The staff were courteous and friendly.Very handy with a car park just opposite.Highly recommended!

12/02/2025: Stopped in here for good pub grub as have heard good things! However, what we got wasn’t up to the great standards people rave about. I ordered the lasagna, my partner got the stir fry and we got chicken wings to share. Chicken wings, couldn’t be faulted lovely and crispy. Lasagna was horribly dry, as if they attempted to heat it up and melt the cheese at the same time, with no clingfilm over it..so the mince dried out completely and clumped together. If I hadn’t of waited 15 mins already I would have sent it back. As for the stir fry, my dad’s old leather boots are of similar texture-super dry, to the point that if not washed down with a fizzy drink would definitely pose a choking hazard. My partner had enough and decided to wash it down with a cold pint of Heineken 0.0, Shur what could go wrong right? No. Glass clearly hadn’t been washed out properly or they had lemon fresh tablets in the dishwasher, Heineken with a hint of citrus! Not so yum! Over all, didn’t cause a fuss but wish I had of because the food was just not up to par at all. Lovely staff, could be more attentive but hey! Who wants staff checking in on them anyways👌

16/08/2025: Clean and welcoming place, excellent service. Cappuccino compared to the large Italian ones, but you can choose between small, medium, and large, but excellent. A piece of advice: stop by ☺️🤗🤗

17/07/2025: What an amazing cafe. Filled with artefacts from grandma's place. The coffee was superb. The atmosphere awesome. The scones...best I've ever had. Great conversation with Peter who does all the baking himself.

13/07/2025: Delicious Chicken Burger & Great Atmosphere! Had a fantastic meal at the Bridge House Bar. I ordered the chicken burger, and it was honestly one of the best I’ve had — crispy, juicy chicken served in a fresh bun, topped with a giant onion ring and a cherry tomato for that extra flair. The portion was generous, and the thick-cut chips on the side were perfectly cooked. The presentation was top-notch, and the whole atmosphere of the place was warm and welcoming. Definitely a spot I’d recommend for anyone looking for tasty food and a relaxed vibe. Can’t wait to go back!

10/08/2025: The Applegreen on the M9 has some great food options and is a convenient stop for a break. The only drawback is the location of the EV chargers. They are right at the entrance, which can cause queues of cars and block traffic. It would be far better to have them at the back of the premises with more chargers to handle demand.

04/08/2025: Really bad experience. Parking was dreadful. Random Parking and we couldn't get back out. Toilets were all blocked and wouldn't flush. No sanitizer. And no order on any queues for food. .wouldn't stop there again

07/09/2025: Went in for carvery today 2 adults and a baby .food was v v poor won't ever be going back first and last visit won't lie haven't felt great since and either has my partner.

07/09/2025: Only popped in for a coffee (Irish). At about 10.30 am it seemed to be the only place open at the time. Friendly welcome from the staff in a pleasant environment. LP

06/09/2025: Nice cosy cafe with a homely atmosphere. I got tea which came on a nice tray with a cute milk pot and tea pot. I also got the pancakes with berries and cream which I forgot to photograph. They were nice but very chewy and I sadly had to ration my berries and cream, I would've liked double the berries and cream.

25/08/2025: I recently stopped by this cozy café and decided to try their turkey melt, an apple, and a flat white. Everything was delicious, and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The staff were wonderful, too. If you’re in the neighborhood, I definitely recommend checking it out. They offer a nice selection of pasta dishes, sandwiches, wraps, and plenty of tasty treats as well.

21/07/2025: We've been to a few Elephant and Castle locations and generally had a good experience, but this particular visit left me a bit underwhelmed. The atmosphere was pleasant, but very quiet and the staff were friendly enough, but the food didn’t quite live up to expectations—especially compared to other restaurants in the chain. I’ve had better wings at several other places in town. For a signature dish, it just didn’t deliver.

15/08/2025: The service was very friendly: we arrived 10 minutes before the kitchen closed, and they still let us stay for dinner. The food was very good and the portions were generous. I would return.

27/08/2025: Decent food and nice place to meet folks in the shopping center area , how ever the service needs to improve greatly, I waited for staff to come over to take an order for 20 minutes with no sign, had to get up and go to the bar where I wait another 10 minutes before they came from the back. This is at 3pm on weekday afternoon.

18/07/2025: Food was good , service was average , food price was fair , but €6.80 for a lime & soda plus the that order was forgotten didn’t impress us
