30/11/2025: The location is good, but that's where it ends. We received an unfriendly welcome. The food was mediocre, and the staff seemed more concerned with friends than guests. Upon leaving, there wasn't even a goodbye. We opted to eat elsewhere.

30/11/2025: Mediocre Guinness, didn't know that was possible. Poor and unfriendly service, bad seafood chowder, and bad chicken wings. We left after the appetizer to eat a delicious main course elsewhere.

08/02/2026: Really good and tasty Thai food! Service was also excellent, well done to Megan and her team.

02/02/2026: We were there yesterday 1st February. The reservation had been done over a week before, and we arrived 5min ahead of time - there was no table ready, so they hastily cleared one up for us. There were a lot of young waiters going around, looking like they did not know what they were doing! One came to take our order, then another one came over - no communication among them. Waiting for the starters was not too bad, like half an hour. But then, the main courses did not arrive over an hour after they had cleared the starters! We also had to ask for cutlery for the mains... All in all, very disappointing service. The food was OK.

06/12/2025: My new favourite bar in Killarney. Very glad we only live an hour from here. The Murphys was excellent (the best in Kerry). Staff here were very friendly. Great cosy bar, but just push the door that sticks on your way out or in.

12/11/2025: I took refuge inside during a downpour. Very good pub. Mixed crowd, with locals and tourists. Prices are great.

18/08/2025: Freshest tastiest food I've been served in a long time ! Must stop in if your passing it's truly well worth it. Only problem is you won't have room for dessert after eating the dinner 🤣

12/03/2026: Nice family hotel. Great staff, great location close to bus stops and DART into town. Getting a bit frayed around the edges, (renovations coming soon) but still a nice little place to stay. Parking problematic

11/03/2026: The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood. It's a 40-minute walk to the city center. The room was small. The walkways between the beds were a bit narrow. The wardrobe was spacious. There was plenty of room to unpack.

03/05/2025: Popped into Noms recently—service was quite slow, so be prepared to wait a bit. I’d recommend paying by card, as you'll end up getting a lot of brown coins in your change back if you use cash 😏. (Well thats what happened us) That said, the donut I had was absolutely delicious—fresh, fluffy, and worth the visit for the treat alone.

02/04/2025: I ordered some of the sauces online and it has been 16 days and running with no sign of the order being delivered soon. I emailed to let them know and got no reply. I would not recommend ordering anything online, not reliable one bit and the lack of communication is nothing but poor.

08/11/2025: I have been going to his restuaunt takeaway fir the last 6 months and the food the service has been nothing sort outstanding. This is just the best Chinese around the whole of mallow kanturk abd the surrounding area. Had a beef curry tonight with fried rice and spare barbecue ribs, oh my word the best and I mean the vest beef curry I have ever had even in the UK. Family run lovely people give ut a try

20/09/2025: Absolutely super service, real moment of truth stuff and they delivered big and saved the night. Highly recommend the crew here. Ambience of a quiet place to eat if you're in the hotel on business.

10/09/2025: It's a hotel bar that serves food. Went for something that was on the menu online, not on the menu. Wanted a cold cocktail, no bartender on so settled for a Guinness, that someone at the bar instructed the server how to pour. Food was average and under seasoned. Atmosphere was rather blah. Server could have used a little help, and a little deodorant. (Sorry)

21/12/2025: Have been to place a few times ive no complaints in any shape or form 100% recommend food is excellent A++++

28/02/2026: It may be a settings issue with the machine, but the takeaway order I placed last night for an extra hot chai latte and an Americano resulted in drinks that were so lukewarm and tepid that it was possible to stir the "hot" chocolate with my finger. As I had been asked twice if "extra hot" was what I ordered, I didn't see any point in complaining to the staff as they were trying to make what was ordered.

23/02/2026: The food here is lovely especially the baked goods like the carrot cake and protein balls, but the wraps and and sandwiches are not very filling. This place is lovely to come to for a coffee, chat and something small. I go here every morning for my cup of coffee for a fiver and I am always greeted with a smiling face and the coffee is always good!
