18/11/2024: We’re a group of friends from Barcelona who came to visit another friend living here in Ireland. She surprised us with a dinner at what she called one of the best restaurants in County Cork. And let me say, it was a very pleasant surprise because we had an amazing time. The restaurant is a bit outside the city, in a peaceful and idyllic setting, yet still close enough – we got there in just 20 minutes. The food? Absolutely spectacular. I’ve never had a sole that size before, and it was cooked to perfection, so tender it felt like a sponge. We also had hake, which was delicious. The side plates of vegetables were spot-on, cooked to the perfect texture. Everything was just flawless – too perfect, even. It’s been a long time since I’ve had such authentic fish for dinner. We also tried oysters, which were heavenly, and chicken pâté with avocado and crab. Everything was a solid 10, truly. I don’t usually write reviews, but I felt like I had to this time because it was genuinely one of the best dining experiences I’ve ever had. The atmosphere was also authentically Irish, and the owners – I don’t even know what to say – were incredibly friendly and attentive. They felt like real friends, making you feel at home, as if you’d known them forever. When we return to Ireland, we will absolutely be coming back.

19/07/2024: A most memorable Friday night If you want a magical experience..Finders ..If you could rate a restaurant experience at 6 stars or more..it's in Nohaval .The kind warm welcome from the proprietors..the food..the music...the people..the setting ..the finer details.It exudes elegance in every manner Huge respect to the owners for coming back even stronger after surviving pandemic .

29/10/2024: Service above and beyond! Alan is a fine man for sure. We had landed in Dublin after a day of travel and I was as ill as I could remember. We stumbled in there just done in around 9pm, couldn't find our air bnb... no place to stay and hadn't had anything to eat in 24 hrs. His first comment was "Oh! you don't look so good you need a Guinness!" I wanted to hug him then and there but my stomach I feared wouldn't keep it where it belonged. Alan was nonplused! Took the matter right over and sent to doctoring me up and tending to the comfort of my wife Mary! He explained with fervent enthusiasm he had just the thing, some red lemonade!! and proceeded to pour me a class and left the bottle like a good man. Made me chuckle. Oh... and I was so hungry and yet not sure I could eat but he served us both up some potato leek soup that was simply exquisite and just the thing! His last prescription was some brandy in a snifter, ordered me to simply toss it back proper and exclaimed! "Ohh your looking better already, ya got color coming back in your face"!! The story is fun to share but truly... the experience was simply magical with the kindness and care we continued to often receive the following week of our travels across the land and down the west coast. It was just Grand!! Alan this review is weeks overdue and I apologize, I bow my head low for your pardon! Just know that I intend to steer everyone I know your way! And also to say hello to Foxy too! His birthday is coming up! November 5th!!! Foxy is a fine patron who was intent to set us up at his in-laws suite. Just fantastic people, awesome food, the staff support each other it was clear. What a great experience, so fun, we felt blessed to have found them. Alan even found us hotel in Maynoosh! I guarantee the Deadman's Inn is worthy of your time and effort. I'm sure I speak for my wife Mary as I send you our finest warmest regards!

10/09/2024: Can I give them 6 stars? Peppers is the real deal. We were a group of 100 cyclists and crew on a 400Km charity cycle across the wild atlantic way raising funds for LauraLynn. Peppers fed us all for free as a donation to our cause. Can't thank them enough. Awesome food, great great great people. Highly recommended and I'm looking forward to my next trip to visit them again as a paying customer.

07/10/2024: Not impressed, placed an online order on the website on 25th Sep and 12 days later, still not received, no response to emails or phone calls.

03/10/2024: I just had the most amazing experience at your donut shop! The service was outstanding—friendly, quick, and attentive. The staff really made me feel welcome and went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. And the donuts? Absolutely delicious! You can tell they’re made with care and top-quality ingredients. I will definitely be coming back and recommending your shop to everyone I know!!!

13/11/2024: Have been here on numerous occasions for brunch. Always a good and reliable spot in the centre of Dublin. Must visit ❤️

03/11/2024: Service was great, we had a new service person who looked after us very well. The food was absolutely delicious.

31/07/2024: Came here recently for a party. We had a good time. Finger food was good and there was a band playing we enjoyed very much. Staff were very slow though at the bar.

13/07/2024: On our way to Doolin from Westport we stopped for a fortified lunch. The open faced ham & turkey over mashed potatoes and veg with dressing was OK but a tad dry even with brown gravy.

02/11/2024: We were here for a 21st and we had a great night, service was very good and the DJ was very good. Great night overall.

14/10/2024: Visited Last Saturday October 12th Asked girl serving if the had salmon. Got an abrupt NO. WOULDN'T HAVE COST ANYTHING TO SAY NO SORRY. A LITTLE BIT OF TRAINING WOULD SUFFICE

25/07/2024: Colourful and fresh salads and food. Café area upstairs is not very clean. Some of the staff have poor customer skills, like they don' t care at all. Lack of hygiene. One lady from the deli counter was handling and serving food with her hands.
