I highly recommend this spot for breakfast – they offer a great selection of scones and other tasty treats to go with your coffee. The interior is quite simple, but that’s not what matters.

27/07/2026: There was a mishap with the air conditioning the day before we were due to come for a Hen Party karaoke sesh, which was unavoidable and just bad luck. But Marion couldn’t have done more for us. She went way way above and beyond for us sourcing AC units and fans and taking such good care of us while we were there. We had a ball. And will absolutely be back.
15/07/2026: Spent time here with summer camp students to play bowling. Alex could not have been more helpful and hospitable. Was extremely patient and friendly with the kids, made their time here easy going and smooth. Could not recommend enough.

26/07/2026: Even though it wasn’t busy, we were waiting a long time for someone to take our order and had to call a waitress over. We ordered 3 pizzas, which takes a few minutes to cook, but were waiting 45 mins and had to ask staff twice before we got them. The pizzas were overcooked slightly too. The pints also have no head, but the bar staff are friendly. While they also have good taste in music, it was way too loud and we could not hear each other without shouting. Would not recommend.

04/08/2026: A cosy, colourful little café in a cute village, perfect for a stop on a long drive. The sandwiches are delicious, on plump toasty bread and really nicely presented. Lovely choice of desserts, but there's also a very tempting icecream counter which attracts a lot of happiness off the streets. Lots of tourist souvenirs for sale as well as some usual newsagent supplies. There staff are friendly and fast with orders, the place is a gem.
26/07/2026: Go 10 minutes down the road to Cafe Rose instead. We ordered sandwiches and waited 20 minutes until we asked how long it would be. They said 10 more minutes. There were two staff that we could see, it was a week day and not busy. We got our money back and left.

18/06/2026: John and I had a delicious breakfast yesterday, the fact that you can build your own was great, it takes a host with a lot of vision to recognise that this is the way to go. Bright and airy with a nice atmosphere and great service Richard and Helene created something beautiful to add on to their Hotel that Duncannon really needed. Well done.

03/03/2026: First time there, The menu was all over the wall and clear as mud Felt under pressure to order as soon as we entered but little available apparently after 12 It felt like we should have been aware???
Waitress abrupt and but the food we received was well presented just not what I really wanted
Print a decent clear menu and be receptive to new customers giving them time to order would make a big difference
30/10/2025: Great food, cooked fresh. There is a nice range of breakfast options, all of which I have eaten have tasted well. Coffee is good. Plenty of regular clientele and its buzzing with activity in the mornings, which is a great vote of confidence.
