27/07/2026: There was a mishap with the air conditioning the day before we were due to come for a Hen Party karaoke sesh, which was unavoidable and just bad luck. But Marion couldn’t have done more for us. She went way way above and beyond for us sourcing AC units and fans and taking such good care of us while we were there. We had a ball. And will absolutely be back.

26/09/2026: Called in today on way to Waterford and can’t get over this place. Excellent service and delicious food. A lovely well maintained pub.

14/10/2026: Very disappointing experience. I asked for a less-burnt sausage roll, but the owner became argumentative insisting they were all the same. I decided not to purchase it and simply asked for my coffee instead, only for him to refuse to serve me. Completely unnecessary and unprofessional behaviour.

28/09/2026: Truly awful. Latte was ok. NO plates in the building to put a cake on, given cake on paper bag. Cinnamon bun had no Cinnamon on and was tasteless. Told lattes would be brought over but was yelled at to go collect it. Pretend this is an ebola site...

06/10/2026: I’m a visitor from Canada, we had a blowout on our Rental car. A local called Morans for us, the garage sent a service van, took the wheel with the flat tire away, and brought back the wheel with the correct tire size, installed it and we were on our way in less than an hour. Exceptional friendly service, we thought our day was ruined, but this garage service kept us on schedule for our vacation. If you’re caught in the same predicament as us, we definitely recommend them to get you on your way.

09/09/2026: Rip offs, €70 to plug in the diagnostic machine is crazy. Took 5 mins max, told me go for a coffee so I wouldn’t see how long it actually took them.

25/09/2026: We don’t even have a dog and we were bothered by the sign on the door. Just thought it was unfair and we wouldn’t give money to a company like this. It is the owner not the dogs fault, and many smaller breed dogs are much more vicious and harder trained than these listed. We walked straight back out for this awful judgement

03/03/2026: First time there, The menu was all over the wall and clear as mud Felt under pressure to order as soon as we entered but little available apparently after 12 It felt like we should have been aware??? Waitress abrupt and but the food we received was well presented just not what I really wanted Print a decent clear menu and be receptive to new customers giving them time to order would make a big difference

30/10/2025: Great food, cooked fresh. There is a nice range of breakfast options, all of which I have eaten have tasted well. Coffee is good. Plenty of regular clientele and its buzzing with activity in the mornings, which is a great vote of confidence.

21/07/2026: I bought gifts for friends there. No long queue, security personnel on site.

12/07/2026: Impossible not to stop! Delicious hot chocolate...both milk and dark. A variety of chocolates with interesting flavors. Elegant packaging for small keepsakes to take home to friends.

10/08/2026: Our favorite breakfast or lunch place when in Duncannon! The traditional Irish breakfast is one of the best around, the coffee is great, and the atmosphere cozy. Don't miss this hidden gem if you're in the area.

18/06/2026: John and I had a delicious breakfast yesterday, the fact that you can build your own was great, it takes a host with a lot of vision to recognise that this is the way to go. Bright and airy with a nice atmosphere and great service Richard and Helene created something beautiful to add on to their Hotel that Duncannon really needed. Well done.

03/10/2026: Nice location but all the table surfaces are filthy and sticky, and the bathroom absolutely stinks.

14/10/2026: Staff just allow the whole coffee shop to be used as remote working hub by people who sit all day on laptops sipping one latte for hours. They need to disable wifi and introduce a time limit for real customers who aren’t just remote workers sitting all day! Won’t be back to it again in future.

12/10/2026: I absolutely loved this place, it's super welcoming. The waiters are Spanish and we had no problem ordering since we're on an exchange program. The girl was lovely and very kind. I highly recommend it.
