17/05/2026: This has to be the most professionaly run bar I have been in a long time. I was there with family on a very busy day and the management and especially the floor staff guys were so patient and helpful to any wishes on the day. If you want to experience a bar of this caliber then go to the Wishing Well. You won't regret it 👋

16/07/2026: We visited the Misunderstood Heron and Campbell's twice, once for coffee and cake and once for lunch and some drinks (from Campbell's). Both visits were excellent. Delicious fresh food and located in an extremely beautiful and relaxed location. Well done Misunderstood Heron and Campbell's pub for creating such a lovely place to while away a few hours.

28/06/2026: The concept would certainly cause enthusiasm in a big city. Even the high prices would not bother. The restaurant doesn't want to fit in the area. We liked the food, even if it could have used a little more temperature here and there, but we would have expected something different in this section of Ireland with changeable climatic conditions. It would be helpful if you could see on the menu which food is hot or cold.

17/03/2026: My experience wasn’t good the room looked ok but the smell was horrendous like a wet mop that hasn’t been cleaned for a long time couldn’t sleep with the smell I was booked for 3 nights but I only stayed 2 the breakfast was ok bit small the bathroom was awful both taps running hot water no cold water couldn’t brush my till I had to buy bottled water terrible experience I would never recommend this place to anyone won’t be back

03/08/2026: Amazing afternoon meal in Foleys yesterday. The staff were excellent and the owner was so welcoming. Menu is very extensive and offers a delicious range of food. The cocktails were incredible. My friend’s father stayed there and said the bedrooms were stunning. Highly recommend Foleys for anyone staying in Kenmare or anyone who wants to dine or have a drink there. I visit it every time I am down and I will definitely be back in the future.

16/05/2026: Tasty vegetarian breakfast (missing something though, maybe add halloumi?), but unfortunately I can’t say the same for the coffee. The smashed avocado (forgot to take a pic) was smothered in hollandaise sauce, which took away the flavour of the avocado. The service was great, the young girl who served us was very friendly and accommodating.

27/07/2026: This place was magical for us! My husband and I needed to sit down after visiting nearby pubs looking at their art, but we were not in the mood for heavy pub food. The charred cauliflower amazed me-- it's my favorite Perfect Bite ever, and the crudo and Basque cheesecake were also delicious perfection! Thank you for welcoming us so close to closing time and for sharing stories of Mimi and more 😊You gave us a wonderful memory of Dublin. ♥️

25/08/2026: We just bought 2 empanadas, I thought we were getting one with ham and cheese and the other beef and blue cheese, we felt surprise that in the inside they were full of potato and nothing more.

23/08/2026: I went there specifically for Argentinian empanadas and ordered the traditional Argentinian ones. I received three empanadas and paid €20, but when I tried them, I realised they were actually traditional UK-style empanadas. I went back after taking a bite. I was only able to exchange one because I had already bitten the other two. I then bought two of the empanadas I had originally asked for, but I was charged the price difference. The girl who served me was in such a rush that she didn’t properly listen to what I was asking for. I also felt pressured to make my purchase quickly, which made the whole experience quite frustrating.
