16/10/2025: I work in the Castle and this place is always such a nice atmosphere! Coffee is always good, the staff are quick and attentive, and the food is delicious. Inside is always very clean too

15/09/2025: we ordered three coffees (there's no table service) and brought them to our table, paying €10.35 (for three coffees). Let alone the fact that the coffees were burnt, after sitting for a good seven minutes, we were playing cards and the staff said we had to move from the paying table (as if we hadn't paid almost €11 for that monstrosity of coffees), when the bar wasn't even full. I looked at the other prices and a tiny piece of bronie cost €5. Also, there was water in a dispenser and it tasted like dirt, not exaggerating. Obviously i gave 1 star because i couldn’t give 0 stars. Highly discouraged.

22/08/2025: A great pub with a great atmosphere. Shows lots of sport and has traditional live music. Has a beer garden out the back. Is enjoyed by young and old. Relaxing during the day but can get very busy and noisy in the evening at weekends but that's not a bad thing. Staff are always very friendly.

20/11/2025: My wife and I had breakfast. Very good coffee and great food. Very friendly staff. We will definitely come back again.

12/11/2025: My husband and I got caught in the rain while walking, our bag handle had snapped, I joked with the very polite cashier about having one of those days. When Grace brought out our coffees she very kindly offered us a plastic bag to put ours into, having overheard what had happened. Such a small but kind gesture and one we really appreciated and made the remainder of our walk a lot easier! On a side note the coffees were delicious and as we looked around the food looked likewise but the service we received will definitely bring us back for a longer visit. Thank you Grace for your kindness!

17/12/2025: I recommend it in Dublin! The cheese is very good and the concept of eating in the window is superb in this beautiful street.

19/11/2025: I love toasties and this one was pretty good!! Very tasty and perfect cheese & ham ratio on the bread. They were out of the classic but next time I’m in Dublin I will definitely try to get one.

23/07/2025: Crusty old cakes and an abusive owner. Don’t go near this place. Food was weeks old, dirty cups but don’t dare complain because you will regret it

17/07/2025: What an amazing cafe. Filled with artefacts from grandma's place. The coffee was superb. The atmosphere awesome. The scones...best I've ever had. Great conversation with Peter who does all the baking himself.

10/08/2025: Mal Servicio al Cliente en el comedor Clubhouse. Estaba deseando jugar el curso; visita planeada el año pasado. Mucha de la ropa femenina estaba agotada. Los caddies no estaban tan interesados como el Royal Dublin o Baltray. No pudimos ser servidos después de la ronda, ya que nos dijeron que no estaban preparados para nosotros. Esperamos 15 minutos para sentarnos en el bar cuando había mesas vacías abundan. Solo vimos dos grupos de miembros cenando, pero no pudimos ser atendidos. El camarero, Derek, era muy lento y desagradable. En general, el curso es hermoso y bastante desafiante. No volveré a jugar este curso. Estoy tan feliz de ir a Mount Juliet Resort para el resto de mi estancia.

10/12/2025: We booked our Christmas party here. They advertised packages. We chose the €60 per head package that said we would have a games host to host games, alongside medals, trophies and photo's. The package ended up being €67.50 per head with service charge. I had been in contact with the venue on the days leading up to the party about food, numbers, time of arrival etc. We arrived, where ushered to the basement where there was christmas crackers on the table, no music and no one serving at the bar. We where a party of 20. We stayed there for an hour with no change. I went and spoke with management and they said we arrived late, some of the girls where there from 7.30pm, we had told them we would be there at 8. They didn't provide anything that was advertised. We wont be back.

09/12/2025: Always a great time at Wigwam karaoke. Plenty of seats in the private Karaoke room. Great selection of songs, decent mics and grear table service with a nice selection of drinks. Very affordable This review was made in connection with a Toast promotion

19/12/2025: Today we stopped by for coffee and a quick lunch, the experience was wonderful. Clean, nice music, delicious coffee and food. I especially want to note the work of the waitress Mary (I hope I remembered her name correctly), she is incredible, great service, pleasant conversations and the most sincere smile. She improved our mood after a busy morning. A good place to relax

06/12/2025: Amazing atmosphere! Beautiful space, excellent service, and super friendly staff. Where else can you enjoy a glass of wine and an ice cream in a pub? I loved it and I’ll definitely be back!

04/10/2025: Always serving delicious very well balanced, perfectly cooked breakfast and lunch. Today's brunch with brisket beef on real sourdough, eggs and Japanese flavours is another great taste and value example!

21/12/2025: This was a wonderful meal. Atmosphere top, service was really thoughtful and attentive. Our waiter Luigi was a great guy and we will deferral return. Authentic Sicily in Dublin, with outstanding and memorable dishes.

19/12/2025: The food is above average, but the service is extremely rude and snobbish. You dont expect that in the hospitality industry for them to be this rude on all 3 occasions that i visited. It was once for a coffee takeaway cup request, the second, was there was hair in the pastry, and third one was for a reservation. We understand they’re busy, but it no excuse to be rude to paying customers, when i was very politely requesting. DO NOT recommend.

31/10/2025: Lovely place, nice selection of baked goods. Flat white was weak, not sure if its double espresso they use or not, would have liked a coffee with more of a kick

12/11/2025: I took refuge inside during a downpour. Very good pub. Mixed crowd, with locals and tourists. Prices are great.
