11/05/2025: Just popped in for lunch and had bacon and cabbage which was on the main menu. The food was top class. Really delicious. It was served with cabbage, carrot and parsnip and turnip, mashed potatoes and baby boiled potatoes. As always the staff were very nice and friendly and very helpful. Looking forward to returning for the fab breakfast and yummy griddle bread !

25/04/2025: Very poor menu options for vegetarians. Dark and cold place. Fish dish was not good & I felt sick afterwards. Pricey for what you get.

07/04/2025: Love this little place, only cafe that can make a nice chai latte hot and iced, they have complementary biscuits and doggie treats and are dog friendly. Really like it and the the people, good vibes all around

23/04/2025: Stopped in here for a few drinks with family whilst in the area. The barmaid was very friendly and attentive. The pub has a great outdoor area with plenty of seating and another bar at the back of the area. Definitely worth a visit if with a group of friends.

24/04/2025: Disfrutamos de un encantador almuerzo familiar aquí recientemente — tuve una ciabatta muy picante, mientras que mi pareja deliraba sobre el pollo supremo y mis hijos demolieron sus tortitas. La camarera no pudo haber sido más servicial e incluso traer malvaviscos extra para los chicos.

22/05/2025: It was delicious! We had some tapas, the goat cheese toastie and spinach thing were amazing. The waiters were quick and friendly, the music was nice and the river nearby was amazing. I would highly recommend it to travellers to Sligo who are looking for good food and a nice place to stay.

05/05/2025: Having a full Irish breakfast, and some sandwiches and pancakes, not bad! The price was fair, the food was nice. Although I wouldn't have minded a slightly bigger portion. It wasn't really impressive for something called Full. The food was good, and delicious. Although it was a regular weekday, it was very busy, we had to wait for somewhat 15-20 minutes, before we were seated, and once seated, we had to wait somewhat 10 minutes before we could order. But with the location and the atmosphere, it was absolutely worth it. Beautiful location, and very cosy with all the people around you. Although it was busy, it wasn't too loud, and you could easily have a good conversation with your partner. There was even seats outside, alongside the river, very beautiful. I would absolutely recommend coming here for having a good coffee or tea, and then have a cake or anything, but the lunch is rather on the cheap side. Maybe not for a next time, but the cake and tea, absolutely yes!

12/05/2025: Not sure what makes this a 4-star hotel. The stay was just like any other average chain hotel.

11/05/2025: Had booked a room at Claregalway hotel for weekend for family celebration nearby. Unfortunately got a call the night before to say the hotel had a plumbing incident and had to cancel our booking but would try to get us another hotel nearby . Rachel on reception was very helpful and rebooked us into another hotel 15mins away .She also was very friendly and supportive. And rang us the next day to make sure we were ok and arranged for the hotel to give us a free bottle of wine . Thanks again for all your help. Much appreciated.
