28/05/2025: Stayed at this hotel in May 2025. The place is absolutely beautiful. The bedrooms were fantastic and very clean, my room had a fridge. Staff were very couteous and helpful. Dinner menu was out of this world, what do you expect, apparently they have 15 chefs.
Waterford is a beautiful place and well worth the visit.

04/05/2025: The Hudson Rooms in Liffey Valley never disappoints. 👌The food is excellent, the cocktails are delicious and carefully made, and the staff is professional and always in a great mood. The atmosphere inside is warm and inviting ,perfect for a full dinner or just a few drinks. We’ve been here several times and always had a great experience. Highly recommend!👌😍

21/05/2025: I usually like to stop there and I was many times ,but this time I am giving the lowest possible review for food that was served to me fish chowder with literally two muscles inside and two tiny slices of bread .Please see yourself and let me know if anyone would pay 14 euro for this .Service is good ,the place is a nice and quiet location,but I suggest better caution with food since it's not important just visual ,Aldo portions are also small and tiny and there is no value in that meal at all . Disappointment today..Please see the attached photo of what I was served and what I got .I ordered fish chowder and one beer total cost of 21 euro and was left disappointed with the food completely .

09/03/2025: Very apt ably named for its location in Navan. Formally owned by the Smyth family now revamped a little for the better it continues now as very good bar/ restaurant with an Asian food theme. The food aspect is available in a good size restaurant area and also for takeaway if you wish. The bar staff are attentive and very polite at all times. The management here is a Asian lady who is wonderful hostess who oversees that every guest is treated with grace, respect, and any request is dealt with immediately.! I don't live in the Navan area but when I do visit it's a place I do wish to visit when in town.

03/06/2025: Visited here yesterday service was good but food was like slop/both meals were like a soup not as expected and no flavour and friends food was freezing cold had to go andbe heated up.....music and dancers was ok but was more like watching a show rather than the usual Irish pub atmosphere
03/06/2025: Discount via the Hop on Hop or bus 2 meals for the price of 1. Really bad. The beef stew only contained 1 piece of meat. Was more soup.....the service was also nonchalant and unfriendly. Not recommended.

14/03/2025: Este era un pequeño pub genial. Nos encantó el ambiente relajado, con un montón de rincones acogedores para sentarse, y tenían una fantástica selección de cervezas. El personal estaba muy bien informado sobre lo que tenían y nos recomendó un par de stouts con sabor muy agradable. No comimos aquí, pero la comida se veía bastante bien. También es amigable para perros, que siempre obtiene puntos de bonificación de nosotros.

17/05/2025: Food was very poor. Chicken burger was burnt, smash burger was so-so taste wise, and the fries were bland and limp (possibly cooked and left sitting for some time). Service was really slow and you had to make a decent effort to try and get a server to come over to the table. There was just a lack of care given by the staff. We had to ask for cutlery and sauces. Not the first time we've had bad service. I honestly don't know how the owners/management don't
read these reviews and see something needs to change. It's as if the staff are actively trying to avoid serving customers. Drinks, as always, take an absolute age to be served. Won't be back.

01/11/2024: Small pub, but super cozy. We sat at the little tables outside where we could calmly drink our pints.
The very friendly waiter suggested us a beer and, in my opinion, we are better than Guiness.
A good place to have a drink.
