16/05/2025: Experience here was brilliant. The bed was very plush and comfortable, there's plenty of storage space, and you can't beat the location for being right in the center of Dublin action. Add on a friendly staff, and you get top-notch accommodations in Dublin.

24/04/2025: Very Cosy place! Very friendly stuff. The Chicken Pesto is lovely. The Chai latte is not too sweet like other places. The Cheese cake on the other hand is a no go. Diabetes overload 🤭 (waaay to much sugar) I would say the place does need a good scrub down and deep clean. Overall I would recommend.

18/04/2025: We have always enjoyed our breakfast at Bakestone. We’ve been happy and satisfied customers here for many years. However, today was different. Dreadful and upsetting experience here this morning. Went to Bakestone, as we have done for a long time, to meet friends for breakfast. We arrived ahead of our friends and ordered coffee from the server while we waited for our friends. We told the server that we would order our food once they had arrived. At this point in time another member of staff, who was manning the till, arrived and advised the staff member that there were clearing tables. We were asked to go ahead and order our coffee. This we did. At the till, an extremely rude and somewhat aggressive member of staff demanded that we return to the order area as we didn’t have a table number. We politely informed her that we were asked to go to the till by the other member of staff. She became very animated and very sharp with us. Her tone with us was totally unacceptable. She mentioned something about a leaking roof and she didn’t have any tables. We responded that we were asked to go and order our coffee at the till. The person on the till continued to be rude and very confrontational with us. We asked the initial server if we could speak with a manager. We were advised that the person on the till was the manager. We were then told we could sit outside with our coffee. We make the decision to have our coffee outside as advised and wait for our friends. We decided not to order any food and when our friends arrive advised them not to order food. We would go elsewhere for breakfast. Dreadful customer service and could not recommend this establishment. I can see from the reviews that there is a pattern of poor reviews here.

16/05/2025: Last month , We hosted a pre wedding family get together for our daughter Mia at the Rivercourt Hotel. We could not praise the hotel Highly enough. From the very first phone call to commence with the organising to the good bye the morning after the event, Each and every one of the staff were out on their own, providing 5 Star service to each of the 35 family members. . A special Shout out to Sharon , Ciara , Noel - you were amazing and made it so special for our family. The event room was top class , the dinner was superb , but the staff on duty made it for us. Thanks again. You are all amazing. You have a great thing going in your hotel , you, the staff make the hotel the success that it is. Well done

19/04/2025: Our 4th time staying. Great location and friendly service. Great patio/outside space next to river but fills up in fine weather. No table service and the bar queues can be long.

07/05/2025: A well located eatery in Clane shopping centre beside the Westgrove hotel and Dunnes Stores. I have been a few times for coffee and some food. Open from 9am weekdays but could open earlier as footfall is present.

24/02/2025: Visiting family in Clane, stopped for a coffee and scone, lovely cafe, very reasonable and so clean, we also went for breakfast, the French toast, is excellent.

01/06/2025: Lively atmosphere, super attentive service and delicious cocktails in the beautiful setting of a 5 star hotel in the city centre, not much more one can ask for.

10/05/2025: We loved this bar. We didn’t want to leave to our reservations because we were having such an amazing time. The staff is lovely and drinks were wonderful.

18/05/2025: The rooms are large and clean. The furnishings aren't the most modern, and there's no air conditioning. The TV is small, and the channels don't really work. It was okay for an overnight stay, but way too expensive. The pub on site is great; I think it's open to the public.

17/05/2025: A lovely comfortable quiet stay. The staff went out of their way to be helpful, and couldn't have been nicer. I had a delicious dinner, and a generous breakfast, and will be back next time I am in Limerick.

03/02/2025: Definitely the cosiest and friendliest pub in Waterford - the little snug with the fire is beyond compare. Great selection of alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks with superb recommendations from Tom and the bar staff. Gigs upstairs are unreal. Best value glass of wine in a crystal glass ever!

15/05/2025: I had my Engagement party here last week and it was amazing start to Finnish. The function room was perfect and the staff were so helpful especially the Dj! Would highly recommend and will definitely be back.
