18/09/2024: E' un self service e in orario di punta si forma una certa fila ma piuttosto scorrevole e veloce. Io ho preso lo stufato di agnello e devo dire che ha superato le mie aspettative perchè saporito e morbidissimo. Non all'altezza delle aspettative invece la "mitica" torta di mele. Prezzo abbastanza adeguato al tipo di ristorante.

25/05/2024: This is a fairly large restaurant catering to tourists, but has good food reasonably priced. I had a salmon and spinach quiche with salad, that filled me up for the rest of the day. Good value.

13/09/2024: Avoid September 2024. No toilets as being renovated. No WiFi and on this occasion not very friendly staff. . Coffee was good.

16/08/2024: Went to Burger King. Coffee lukewarm. Food not warm. Chicken in chicken burger burnt and like a pancake. Tiny slice of tomato. Chips with cheese and onions tasteless. Way below the standard I have come to expect of Burger King.

24/09/2024: The layout and set up of the bar was good as was the atmosphere. However the food was very poor. The veg soup was puréed and full of cream (not really a veg soup). The Cobb salad was smothered in something that tasted like English mustard (which I like but not too this length). Not a lot of options nearby so the prices are also very high. The bottles of soft drinks were tiny and a ridiculous price. I did question a few things but just got blank looks. Feel like I visited a diffrent place compared to other recent reviews

20/07/2024: Sanctuary bar ambiance and food was superb special thank you to Mr Devang for serving nicely. Overall experience was great 👍.

15/07/2024: Brought my son for lunch, food was nice (ciabatta toastie) but thought it was quite expensive (€8.95) for what we got. Also, small bottle of apple juice was €2.75

29/05/2024: Never really liked the place. Very generic and absolutely nothing vegan or vegetarian bar some leaves. Usually very dirty, especially the floor, and some really rude staff. One brought down my coffee to me by depositing it on the table rather determinedly not looking at me as though serving was beneath her. She then sat at an adjoining table for a chat talking obnoxiously loudly and cavorted around after gabbing with others instead of working. Not impressed. Kinda like the type to do sneezers or spit in your coffee if she was in a bad mood. Which she most definitely was! The coffee also isn't. It's just an automated machine rather than beans but they charge heftily for everything. Very bad attitude. Can do without snarky staff when you just want to relax. Bandon really doesn't have anything going for it.

14/07/2024: Visited here a few times whilst staying at druids glen and as it would turn out 3 differing experiences food wise. Started with Afternoon Tea the day we checked in with petson i was staying at hotel with and it was both our first time having such. The service was top notch. The menu was very tasty across the board and overall very enjoyable. First evening we quickly realised that in order to avoid sitting in the bar or a long wait reservations are required as it can be busy. Eating in bar wasnt that enjoyable seats way to low which when your over 6ft isnt easy. Food the first night well when you order the steak which on the plus side was cooked the way i liked but was as tough as anything to cut through very sinnuy and you end up saying the garnishes were far more plesent to eat then that aint good for price. Even more so when you wish you had ordered the smoked salmon begal the other person had. Service was good Second night we had the sense to book but again where we sat made for a challenging experience again due to how low seats were. This made the experience of eatting the very tasty pasta we both ordered an interesting challenge so we didnt spill or drop it. Again though service excellent The two drink only experiences we excellent. Cocktails are made fresh to order and even made me a mojito which wasnt on menu. A couple of quibbles one wish bulmers was on draft instead of bottle and second wish for rock shandy they had club orange and lemon instead of fanta. Been a whiskey geek decent selection wish they had the local fercullen whiskey range. Overall enjoyable. Prices a little punchy for bar menu but quality overall excellent apart from the vey chewy, sinnuy hard to cut steak.

06/04/2024: Lovely comfortable setting with very welcoming and friendly staff. Food is basically overpriced bar food with a burger and chips for E25. Children's menu is well below par. Very disappointing. Frozen pizza should never be served in a 5 star hotel! Service fantastic, food mediocre and over-priced.

19/08/2024: I’m getting my coffee there every morning for the past 2 weeks , I felt that the coffee was amazing every time and staff was more than lovely even tho unfortunately I have to mention that there is this one girl that I’ve been served few times … Jesus …. She literally ruins your day …. This girl ( short dark wavy hair ) is extremely rude and not just towards me , she had the same attitude towards the rest of other customers too , you can see on her face that she gets annoyed when you enter the place , every time you ask her something it’s like she wishes she wouldn’t have to speak with you, full of dirty looks and never smiles plus the coffee that she made this morning was absolutely horrible, had to throw it in the bin , it’s pitty because the other girl and guy are always the nicest people and your coffee is amazing After this I will have to not choose your coffee shop anymore and pick a better option, this kind of person being the first one you interact with in the morning it’s very sad as it can ruin your whole

06/08/2024: A great place to stop on a long journey. The staff are friendly and welcoming. It was very busy but we did not have long to wait. I can thoroughly recommend the Sizzler’s salad special, which was very tasty with fresh salad.
