01/03/2026: Returned today, had the most wholesome Sunday Roast, we had to literally roll out afterwards. Oven baked brie, with chutney and grapes a meal in itself. Roast rib eye with all the extras was melt in mouth. Honestly we shared a dessert between four of us because we couldn't eat more. Really fab and such a nice vibe, fun with the staff and outstanding service from the Granary Belly. Will definitely return

08/02/2026: First time visiting Wexford town and booked this restaurant the night before . Obviously very popular as the only time available was 5.15pm which was perfect as we were hungry after our drive. It was a great choice . Restaurant was empty as we arrived and quickly filled up within 15 minutes. It’s obviously very popular locally . We were made to feel so welcome by all the staff who were so friendly and efficient at multitasking despite the place being v busy. Food was amazing . Special thanks to JP who really seemed to go the extra mile with all the customers

A big bonus is the in house café which provides quality food & service. Definitely, worth a visit to browse & perhaps enjoy a breakfast or lunch!

The beautiful grounds, the atmosphere, and especially The Wishing Tree - the ancient apple tree nestled in the gardens completely captured our hearts.♥️✨️ Maria and Rachel were absolute angels throughout the entire journey.😍 From the smallest details to the biggest moments, they handled everything with such care, warmth, and genuine excitement for us. Nothing ever felt like “just another wedding” — they made us feel truly special and supported every single step of the way. We honestly couldn’t have done it without them.♥️♥️ And Paul… wow. The food was beyond incredible. So many of our guests told us it was the best wedding meal they’ve ever had! 23/11/2025: We had our Wedding at Newbay House in September 2025 and it really was the best day of our lives. This review cannot express how good everything was. From the first day we went to view the venue we knew it was special. The house and gardens are beautiful and so elegant but it is the staff that set this place apart from other venues. Rachel and Maria and the whole team are so good. Absolutely nothing was a bother. We had no stress at all in the lead up to the wedding or on the day itself. They are so kind and so helpful. All our questions were answered and we had no doubts or worries whatsoever. Paul did an amazing job with the food. He was so helpful at the menu tasting and everyone was raving about the food. On the day everything ran like clockwork. Dinner bell rang at the agreed time and everything was just right. The whole day exceeded our expectations in so many ways. So many of our guests said it was the best wedding they had ever been to! Thank you to everyone in Newbay House. Maria & Steven 6th September 2025

Onion tart was overpowered by the amount of goat cheese and steak had a very very sweet jam. There was a lot of room condensation - water dripping down the walls and poor acoustics, which was a bit off putting.
