22/10/2025: We used to go here very regularly but have been disappointed during our recent visits. Last time we ordered 2 mains and 1 side, tea for two and an orange juice. The table next to us arrived 10 mins after us and got their coffee quickly. We then got the side and one main, no beverages. It took another 15 mins for the second main to arrive by which the other food was pretty cold. Still no beverages, which we had to ask for again and only got the tea never the juice. It will be a while before we might give this place another go. The atmosphere is really lovely and we're sad to leave this review.

20/02/2026: This is a great venue in the waterfront in Wexford. Novel decoration with cherry blossom vines up the wall and over the ceiling. Comfortable seating. Friendly service and excellent food. Short walk from the National Opera House. Ideal for pre-show dinner.

03/11/2025: Cozy spot with friendly service and tasty food. The menu offers good variety and the atmosphere is pleasant. Unfortunately, the bread was a bit dry, which took away from the experience. Still, a solid visit overall

27/10/2025: Very good cafè with a sheltered terrace on the crescent in Wexford town. Delicious cakes and pastries made on the premises accompanied by a great array of coffee, tea and hot chocolate as well as soft drinks. A good people watching venue.

01/12/2025: September 2025 Nice bar that offers parking for camper vans. We arrived on bikes and the owner was so nice to let us pitch the tent on a field right beside the windmill. The bar was also cozy with an open fire place.

01/01/2026: They were able to squeeze us in last-minute for dinner in new years eve - lovely food, drinks, and staff. They had 2 vegetarian options too which was great

28/12/2025: At Mannions everything is quick and tasty, with no unnecessary waiting. The staff are polite and attentive. Portions are large, the food is good, and the dessert especially deserves recognition — very tasty.

16/03/2026: Nice stay. Food and beverages very nice, room ok, clean. Only problem is parking. Very tight and overcrowded. Building more rooms. Would suggest expansion of parking to be more important to a nice stay.

05/03/2026: A restaurant on its game, fantastic bar service and food, our new stop for catching the ferry going forward, last booking 815pm so worked well for us for tye rest of our journey, would recommend, lovely staff and buzz about the place

07/12/2025: Was in here with my boyfriend Sunday evening. Food was very good, particularly the chowder. The service unfortunately let the entire experience down, I had to ask for the wine list three times, we ordered a coffee and also had to remind the waiter for it. My partner ordered wings and was only later told they had ran out, I asked for a small modification to my main and was told no problem but it came without any changes.

07/02/2026: Great staff, beautiful restaurant. Dessert was great. Got the pizza but it was nothing special I’m afraid, sauce was very bland. Had a burger previously and will order a burger from now on, top tier.

07/01/2026: Good menu, good quality food - by no means exceptional, somewhat pricey for what can only be described as pub style food in a pub style setting though not a pub ! Staff friendly and helpful, decor and furniture bit threadbare, some of the furniture could do with somewhat of a revamp or replacement !

16/03/2026: Grey walls and black carpet in corridors 😩😩- very depressing - lot of grey /Black in Reception😩 Hotel looks tired - needs bright colours - Ladies changing rooms at swimming pool need a good steam cleaning- dirty walls behind seating. My dinner was delicious despite not getting mash potatoes?? - with the turkey asked twice - never came. Coffee/tea facility in rooms - which is great - but no biscuits! It would have been a nice touch.
